After trying a ton of places over 6 years in Summerville I finally found my place. All it took was one visit and I knew I would always be coming back. Every visit is high quality conversation and haircuts.

Needed to get my beard trimmed and shaped up. I normally go to a place in Mt. Pleasant but was looking for somewhere closer to home. Glad I found this place. Trevor knows what hes doing. He took his time and did an amazing job. I am greatly pleased and will definitely be returning. I would highly recommend Trevor for all your beard needs.

Love going here - the vibe, cut, and staff are incredible. I drive 45minutes from West Ashley every two weeks for a beard and hair trim. I don’t see that changing anytime soon!

Trevor does a mean fade at an affordable price. And the only true skin fade Ive found that is a legit straight razor skin fade in Summerville, highly recommend.

Was looking to get a walk in haircut from the barber, he was not in. But Jillian did a very good job on my hair. A bit pricey but its worth it for a good haircut. Would come back.

I realized I needed a haircut last minute, I was leaving the next day for an out of town business trip, and my regular barber couldn’t get me in before I had to leave. I called around and MOD was the only barber in the area that was able to get me in last second. The barber was unavailable but their stylist Katie Cole had an opening and was able to get me in that day. I’ve had some rough haircuts before, and never having been here before I was just hoping for a decent cleanup. My expectations were far exceeded, and Katie ended up giving me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in the last few years. Without meaning to I found my new barber shop and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Have an event this w/e so dropped in w/o an appointment & Trevor was super accommodating. The mop on my head needed to be tamed so I asked for the Executive cut (tight sides, long on top) with a 2 on the sides. I cant even grab the top cause it was cut way too short. Sides and back are evenly faded so I was happy with that. Trevor and his wife are good peoples and the cut was even so when I go back, I will be more specific. Cool vibe, good people!

If youre looking for a great haircut and or a great beard grooming, look no further. Trevor has bailed me out of a bad beard cut and given me the best haircut Ive had as an adult. I let an inexperienced barber touch my beard, she messed me up bad, he fixed me right up. Ill never go anywhere again. If you dont go here, Im sure he can fix whatever the other guys/gals mess up!

I havent had a lot of luck with barbers or beauticians in the past. Never repeated business before, due to issues with each place. Was skeptical about this place as well. Walked in without an appointment. Was welcomed immediately and checked with the barber to see if they could slide me in. He had time between clients so he welcomed me back and sat me down. After all said and done, this is now my barber. I will start making appointments to return. Great job guys, you were awesome! Thank you for making me feel welcome.

1st time here and was very impressed. Great atmosphere and Trevor is a master at his craft. Gave me a great cut on my hair and beard.Will definitely be back and will tell everyone about his shop.

Great vibe and great experience. Very detailed barber taking the time to ensure that you look great. There are a lot of places you can go to get a cheap, fast haircut. Although, when you leave those places, that is how you will look....cheap and fast. Life is too short not to look your best. Trevor Elam, The MOD Barber, will make sure you do.

Same day appointment, so that was snazzy. The price I think is a bit step for a teen cut but, you get what you pay for! Would definitely take my kid back.
