I needed someone to repair my car which was damaged in a collision and determined to be a total loss simply due to the age anf value of the car. I searched around to find someone willing to work on a total loss and found Hoelz. Not only did he agree to work on the car, but he did the work I asked, and nothing more. I didnt get pressured to fix things I didnt care to fix (dents and dings and paint). He did all this for a very reasonable price, much much less than what insurance had quoted me. Friendly staff as well! I would definitely recommend Hoelz body shop, and Ill come back if I ever need to again!

I had our Tesla repaired after a fender bender, and this shop does top notch work! Very honest and professional. Highly recommend.

I was hit back in November 2019. The person swiped the front drivers side. I chose Hoelzs because they took the Esurance that the other driver had. I didnt get my car back for over six weeks because, according to them, they were waiting on parts. I got it back in December 2019, but didnt drive it until September 2020 because I had a leased car that I turned in in late August 2020. In the time Ive been driving since then, the paint on the front has peeled, the door clicked when I opened and closed the door because the screw wasnt tightened correctly, the window rattles when its down and the music is playing at a regular volume, and the weather strip flew out and I have no clue where it is. I DO NOT suggest you come here for service.

Had an awesome experience with hoelz. Got the job done in record time as far as Im concerned cant even tell that there was any damage to my vehicle at all will take my vehicles back there anytime. Great service and great people

I will make it short and sweet. Good quality work and they are fast! And they were $170 cheaper than another paint shop I went to. I love this place, and will recommend to all.

Car took a week longer than was told to get repaired. After getting the car back I noticed the work they did doesn’t match the other side of the cars quarter panel and the old bumper was left on that was only attached with a washer I installed to keep it on until the body work was done. Not everything was repaired that was said to be. Not to mention the body work is not the greatest and the inside of my car is full of dust.......I will be returning to get the job done correctly. I will update on the outcome and give them a chance to make it right.Update car was taken back and they took 2 weeks to try and repair it again. Some things were fixed and some still left broken. This time the paint didn’t match. I don’t even want to take it back because I’m tired of dealing with these people. Don’t use this body shop!

Cant say enough good things about this place! Love it! Just picked up my Buick Rendezvous and it looks great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the price was right. It was also done in a timely manner. Will return if I ever need anymore bodywork, and would recommend to my family and friends. It was very refreshing and calming after having to deal with an insurance company whose teammembers didnt seem to know what they were doing. GREAT PLACE!!

Took them 25 days, with some prompting, to contact my insurance company just to tell them that they decided to total out my car. But the day after that 2 people were quick to call me and let me know that the car would accrue fines if it sat there any longer.

They do good work. Little slow on my car but happy with the results .

This place is amazing. They treated me like family. I brought in my van that I was told needed major repairs. That was not the case. The repair I did need was done at half the price the same repair was done at another garage. Cant say enough about everyone here.

In raising 3 teenage children, we have had our share of auto accidents. We LOVE Hoelzs Body Shop and highly recommend them. They have always given us the best service and we have been highly satisfied with all the work they have done.It is also nice to know that our insurance company, State Farm, and insurance company used by someone who had hit our vehicle, Nationwide, had no questions for us when we said we wanted our vehicles taken to Hoelzs. We DID NOT have to go through the trouble of getting 3 different estimates as many companies require. This told us that Hoelzs has a great reputation with the insurance companies.We have been using Hoelzs for over 11 years now. Would not go anywhere else!

I normally do not post negative reviews about an establishment but in this case I feel that a review about this auto body shop is warranted because of my very negative experience. Hoelz scheduled to have my car repaired for 2 weeks. I made the appointment to do this 2 weeks prior so they know I am making my repairs with them in advance and also letting them know that I dont have a replacement car or rental to use while they have my car so I need it repaired as promptly and as fast as possible, because I have to take leave from work while it is in the shop. I was expecting them to stick with their own repair completion estimate like most businesses do. I also drop off my vehicle 1 day prior the repair start date and after that I kept calling them and I talked to Patricia their receptionist regularly. Throughout that time I was told that the car repairs will be done as scheduled. Two days before the due date I called and was told it will be ready as planned. Due date came, I was expecting a call from someone that my car can be picked up but no one did so I called later that day. At that time I was told it is not ready and that it will be ready the next day which really annoys me because I was told that it will be ready that day. The next day I called again to check if I can pick up the car and was told again that it is not ready and it will be ready early the next day. This is the second time it was postponed the last minute. I feel like I was getting the run around but I was reassured this time that it will be ready and I made sure to tell them that if the car is not ready by the time they said it will be, that I would be late to work. When I went to pick up the car at the time they specified, it was not ready and when it finally was I was already late for work. This shop has no concept of timeliness and customer service other than Patricia. I got one lame excuse and thats it, no formal apology or way to rectify their mistakes. If you read the post from the others before me, they complain about the same thing, and speaking from experience this is true. If you want a shop that delivers as promised at a timely and courteous manner you need to look for another shop. Myles or Norton have better prompt service and customer care than this shop from my experience, so I would look there instead.

Nice friendly people. It took almost two months to fix my car after i hit a deer. Was told it would be a couple weeks. My insurance company pays for a rental up to a month. Holezs had my car way past that time so Hoelzs had to take over paying for my rental. Never again

Do not use this shop! The work was completed late and wasnt finished the first time I came to get the vehicle. Upon returning the second time, William did not take the time to discuss the repairs with me even knowing that the work was not completed properly the first time. I felt completely disrespected and ignored by these folks who received nearly $5,000 for the repair to my vehicle. Overall body work seems fine, but I prefer to be treated with respect when dealing with something as stressful as a car accident. Clearly this shop lacks attention to detail and customer service.

My experience has been awful, they used used parts on my car without my permission and it wasnt fix properly the first time. Had to take it back a second time still not fixed properly. Getting back the second time there where black hand prints on my side panels inside the car that are frabic and white power all over my car. and the back seat off line.. Awful customer service!! Rude! Worse repairs ever! Now having to take my car somewhere else to get it fixed!!!

Passionate mechanics and bodyworkers here. I came here after I got crashed into down in Florida on vacation. The Body shop down there assured me everything had been restored but I noticed on the drive back something didnt feel right with some of the parts involved in the crash. I took it to Hoelz for what I thought was a minor follow-up adjustment. But when they took off the bumper they brought me back there. They were more disgusted than I was that the FL shop had only replaced the outward appearance of my car, I still hand twisted metal behind the bumper, they didnt replace the fender or bother to remove my old horn they just slapped a new one beside it.I had my car back from Hoelz 2 days later with the work completed and their painter even spotted some dullness in my replacement plastic so he went ahead and put some clearcoat and such on it. I never would have noticed until it was pointed out to me (and it WAS dull!) but these guys did and they cared about it enough to do it.Great local body shop, friendly staff, will go again the next time I need anything major done to the jeep. Thanks guys!
