I experienced an untimely flat tire and pulled in to Shop Life as the tire gave out. I was very grateful when they took time to immediately take care of my problem. They jacked up my vehicle, changed the tire, filled my spare with air, and sent me on my way no charge. There are still some hometown service stations in America that take care of people in need. Words cannot express the awesomeness of the service, pricing and staff at Shop Life. My transmission starting slipping on Saturday and completely went out on Monday. I had no clue who or what I was going to do. The young lady to fixed my head gasket referred me to Shop Life Auto. They were honest, dependable, punctual and on point when it came to my repairs. As an older single female I cant begin to describe the number of times over the last several decades I have been cheated and financial abused by previous car repair shops. It has given me PTSD when it comes to having my car worked on. I. am. serious. about. this. I can tell everyone how I ended up at this shop, but that would be a long story. Just know, that when you feel something is not right with a mechanic in your gut....believe it. Long story short, I found this awesome shop from an Auto Zone employee who recommended me, because of my concerns. Went in today because my oil light came on, and I just recently had an oil change. I knew it had to be a leak, but being that the other mechanic supposedly had that problem fixed already, I was a little worried pulling in. I was reassured that they would find the problem and fix it. He remembered my car from the oil change that was just done a month ago, and took care of my car. Not only did they find the problem, but he actually fixed it with a better part that would be better for my car....... for FREE!!! I offered to pay something, because it was not their fault the other mechanic shop lied and cheated me out of hundreds of dollars. They wouldnt take it, and I can tell you, that theyre a honest hardworking shop. We dont see a lot of shop these days, thats passionate about their craft and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone!!! Oh, and my car is a Lexus. May God continue to bless them.

Fantastic staff, extremely helpful. The entire time I was there, they talked me through the process on what they had done and were very helpful and what they could do about it. Its a bit sad that they couldnt finish the diagnostic on my car (very old 1983 Toyota Supra), but they were very helpful and tried their best to do it. Would highly recommend

I want to share how wonderful Shop Life Auto repair was to me yesterday.I needed immediate help with a serious mechanical issue and was referred to Shop Life by a friend who works at an auto parts store. Shop Life made time for me, everyone was professional and courteous, and the owner Edward found the root of the problem quickly and repaired it even faster! I could not believe how quickly we went from shaking hands to meet and discuss the problem to shaking hands that they had fixed it.They are located about a half-mile from the intersection of College Park Road and 17A, so are close to Goose Creek and Ladson. They are worth the drive no matter where you live.They have ensured my repeat business and that I will refer others to them.

I have a 2013 Chevy Sonic that I bought recently and it came with problems. Edward and Kevin are a dynamic duo and have spent lots of their time to help get to the bottom of all the issues. Their southern hospitality really comes out with their customers as they would rather you be happy than just do what you ask and end up unsatisfied or with other issues. Highly recommend these guys for ALL things mechanical!

This shop was recommended to me 2 days ago, and today I took my car in for a few issues, the biggest being my AC and they were amazing!!! Ive been to numerous people trying to figure out what was wrong with it and no one could help me. They however assured me they would do all they could to find and fix the problem. They did just that! Plus, the customer service was outstanding the guys were so polite and helpful. I recommend this shop a million times, and will only be bringing my car here if problems arise in the future.
