Its a great company but the insurance is high for Senior citizens. I heard them advertise about a good driving record and its rewarded by a check but I havent received anything for my great driving standards!!!!!!

Don is a fantastic agent! Always available, knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. In my opinion, having an agent always available amd ready to help is what sets Allstate apart from the rest.

I am not getting a discount on my cars for Day lights that are running at all times. Day Lights are a safety feature that i should be getting credit for.

Great customer service

Not impressed. My wife purchased a home owners policy from Don Moffett Allstate at this location. We sold the home and contacted our Agent on July 22nd. 6 months and 20 + emails later we still have not received our refund from the policy.Having purchased 3 other policies in the same year (with other agencies - One in NYC), we have had no issues getting our refunds or with communication in general. We have had constant issues here and had to sign and resign and provide documentation. The amount of time we have put into chasing this has been ridiculous.When we get our refund I plan on donating the money to a local charity.

Samara at my Allstate office is the the absolute best. I email this girl at least once a month and she is always right on top of anything that I need. Best service ever. Thank you, you guys rock!!!!!!
