Never had insurance before and wasn’t going in the right direction. The staff here was very helpful in guiding me into what I needed. 5/5 would recommend going again. Great service.

From the get-go, they butchered our policy. They had a new agent working on our new account with them (we were trying to move our cars and home over to them from two other insurance companies). Everything was done incorrectly, so they then had two seasoned agents try to fix it. They kept claiming it was a glitch in the system that was nation wide, however State Farms main number said there was no such glitch. The actual agent there, Rick Campbell, was asked to call us and he never did. We never did meet him, because we could never get past the rude office staff. We never got phone calls returned when they said they would return them. There was so much attitude with them all, too. I felt like I was inconveniencing them to give them our business. Im not ready to scrap State Farm yet since I hear great things about them as an insurance agency, but we will definitely be switching agents. Dont waste your time with this poorly organized office. When I asked about a billing discrepancy on our first bill and mentioned how the math is off, the lady literally responded that their math is always off by a few dollars. Not the kind of place I want handling my financial affairs or my home...

I can only speak for myself. I have auto and renters with Rick and have never had a problem. My rates have not changed and I have been with them for about 8 months. The staff is friendly and no issues here. I would (and have) recommend.

Nobody would ever help me worse company evet

After trying another insurance company and realizing state farm is actually cheaper, I came back to state farm. I did previously have a bad experience with this company, however I was told the agent made some mistakes and is no longer with their company. I am all for second chances, hopefully this time will suit me well

State Farm Customers BEWARE,State Farm has a 600 million dollar project to pay for, whose pocket is that coming out of, the customers. I was recently a State Farm victim and they got me for 273 dollars, on top of the overdraft fees acquired from their increase in my rate without my knowledge or consent. I canceled the next day to hopefully recieve some of my money back and they still will not return any of the funds. Future and current customers beware because they will send you to multiple numbers for months until you give up. Switch while you can!!!!! Especially goes for my agent Rick Campbells office in Summerville, S.C..Damian
