Lacking professionalism it was time for me to check out it’s like the older lady was attacking me. They had a lady and her daughter ahead of me but she insisted on on loudly sayin 30 dollars mam as if I wasn’t going to pay 😂I was very confused. Never going back and I asked for shellac they put regular on my toes I was livid.

Brought my 11 year old daughter to get her nails done for her first time. And he pretty much made fun of her for biting her nails. Told me to get her a pacifier or to bring her to the bathroom and whip her a$$ to break the habit.

Just love this salon so much. I always enjoy myself here. They are very talented people and take pride in their work.

Alex and crew were very accommodating. We had a family day with my 3 aunts and a granddaughter. Making memories is what its all about! ❤❤❤

Best place for pedicures in Sulphur. Everyone is so friendly. Love the massage chairs. Plenty on staff, so wait time is minimal. Highly recommend!

It took them 3 hours for us to be seated and nails done. And there was only like 2 costumers. But the nails were decent. The place itself isnt very clean. The areas werent cleans as well.

I am from out of state and needed a fill. I chose Prestigious because of their rating and am so glad I did. They did a beautiful job for less than I typically pay at home. If I lived hear, this would, without doubt, be my salon of choice.

My fav (use to be) i went today WAITED 3O MINUTES. a lady came after me. they started doing her nails and told me to wait. I will never go there again. Very stuck up and rude. They must realize the customers make them who they are

Love this place! Alex is a genius with nails. Always so friendly and they really go the extra mile. I live in Moss Bluff and work in Westlake, but this is my nail salon regardless!

They CANNOT DO EYEBROWS 💯 DO NOT GO FOR EYEBROWS. I’m never going back. Don’t know how the nails are but I’m not going back to find it out.

Went in for French tip nails, Alex did them and they look amazing! He has a great personality, loves to make conversation while hes doing your nails. Gave me tips on how to take care of your nails for longer wear. Overall good experience, if you go, ask for Alex. 😊

Very rude !! Asked for types of pedicures as I had been in the pedicure chair for 10 minutes already, she said just tell me what you want, I give you price, Im tired today . So I did and went on with it ..Then after getting pedicure I get to nail tech, the guy thats always working there talking about fishing (not sure if hes the owner ) he proceeds to text my friend (while he has my hand in his hand doing my nails )who was with me anonymously saying dont bring her back here.. I mean it she showed me the text in front of him, we were trying to figure out who it came from . we werent sure sent it ..we paid and left . A week later my friends daughter goes in and he is bad mouthing me, saying I complain and how he texted my friend while I was here saying dont bring her back I only asked for types of pedicure!!! Spent 100.00 there both times Ive went!!! Horrible, childish. Messy business people. He just lost 3 regular customers !! I will make sure to tell anyone I can now petty they are and obviously can turn down customers because they tired ....

The best experience of my life! I went yesterday around 530ish, not knowing they closed @ 6. Alex did my almond shaped nails & painted my toes since I couldnt get a full pedicure. Talked about hunting and fishing. He didnt rush his work at all just because they was closing. I live in Lake Charles but work in Sulphur & never have a I heard about this place. The only thing they dont do is wax but thats okay. This is now my new nails shop ☺️ thanks Alex you rock!

First time to get gel nails and i absolutely love them. So pretty but they are my real nails.

Apparently family owned and not really very professional, in fact they are pretty unprofessional so the name prestige doesnt really go well with this place. They still do their job and paint your nails etc. But its not a place where I would really go get a pedicure again. Their prices are the same as other places and yet the environment is not as nice.

My first visit to this particular shop was last week and I have been raving about it ever since! Clean, professional, friendly staff and my nails turned out EXACTLY how I wanted. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

Super unprofessional every time I have been there. Watched a woman argue with a customer and she was extremely rude to her. No one in customer service should ever speak to a customer that way. Especially when the lady was very polite about it.
