Got my nails exactly how I wanted. Fun and friendly atmosphere. The prices are a lil steep but definitely worth it to get quality work done! Will def be back.

I walked in and immediately asked for a soak-off, acrylic overlay, and a pedicure. As for my pedicure, the shaping was extremely off and the work was sloppy overall. The polish is bumpy and there are dents in my gel polish. The technique was terrible, I was/am extremely disappointed. I then went to get my hands done and let the guy know what color I wanted. I further explained that I wanted the color match the gel color on my feet and I even told him what number polish it was. He did not soak off my last set, instead he took it upon himself to drill it down and just layer new acrylic on top. The kicker is he used a pink acrylic powder instead of doing a clear acrylic overlay and then putting gel polish on top. I informed him that I wanted the exact gel color that I had on my feet, on my hands. He caught an attitude and polished my hands really fast as if I inconvenienced him somehow for asking him to do one of the many things I asked of him prior to him beginning any services. The entire atmosphere was dull and no one really talks to you or makes you feel at ease. The only good thing that came of this entire experience was my eyebrows.That’s also the reason I even gave a one-star rating.

I went in a usually I see lily! SHES THE BEST! Love her work. This a younger gentleman did my nails and did regular simple French tips. I asked for short coffin shape French tips. They’re very long and square!!! Then I get to the register and they tell me $75. SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS FOR FRENCH TIPS THAT WERE NOT DONE HOW I ASKED! I will not be returning again. Very Unsatisfied :(((

People are friendly and nail salon was clean. Luckily I walked in and was able to sit right down, no wait. They have a steady flow of customers so Im sure a wait should be expected normally. I enjoyed my pedicure and polish looks very nice. I got fills which unfortunately Im not as happy with. You can see where they needed more smoothing before finishing.Service Date 7/19/2019

It was quite busy when I walked in but they worked in a very timely matter! Also, it was definitely worth the wait! Satisfied every time or they make it right!

I give a 5 star rating because, first time i went here, it was very clean and surprisingly classy in the inside- i also absolutely love the fish tank lol! But everyone there is nice and funny!!! They are all amazing and talented workers. Plus ive been here 4 times already and it just gets better every time i go here. Im coming in today for my nails to be done again for the 5th time 😁 just the only thing i kinda dont like is the wait I suppose it is 30 minute wait but sometimes its like a hour but oh well idc about the wait- it was worth it!!! Ive seen the 1 star reviews on here and they are pathetic, but besides that, this place is absolutely amazing!!! They do so much things here and they do it so well. And me being a 14 yr old actually having some more common sense than the casual 37 yr old karen moms that yell at the workers who work their butts off for what people want. This place is great. No matter what other rude people say!

The best nail shop that I have found! They take their time, nails come out beautiful and last longer than any place I’ve gone to before. Very friendly staff. I recommend them very highly. Impressed with the amount of colors they have available and if you show them a picture they do it better.

Hands down the best pedicure Me and my wife have ever had. Our pedicure was great with a great leg and foot massage. The lady who did my pedicure she spent an hour for my feet.Staffs were very nice. Very clean place and prices good. Highly recommend.

Sheer perfection with my nails and the staff is amazing!

I thought they did a good job of getting 4 of us seen and finished very close together. I took 1 star away because the lady did not spend enough time getting my feet smooth. That is really important to me. I should have spoken up about it though. Im sure she would have remedied that. They were very nice.

Not happy! My grandma never does anything for herself. I wanted to spoil her. She waited over an hour. A lady walked in the door, and got helped right away. My grandma left without getting her nails done. Then they tried to argue with me saying some of the nails techs only do pedicures or finger nails, which i understand. However; I watched the guy, that helped the other women, doing both. Disappointed for sure. But, my pedicure was good.

I’m from out of town and this is the ONLY salon I will come too. Nail techs are very friendly make you feel at home. You never wait more than 5 minutes, they’re all hard working and their work shows how well they preform. Never had a bad experience. If you’re looking for great nail technicians this is the place 100% recommend to everyone!!!

I didn’t have to wait when I got there. The staff were amazing they took their time doing my nails even though I came in about 20 minutes to closing time. Prices are a little high but I think it’s worth it I will definitely be back.

My nails always look amazing when I leave here. They are exactly what I want and I always get compliments on my nails. Tara is an amazing nail tech. All of the nail techs here are great.

5 star experience except it took almost an hour for an acrylic refill... 25 minutes of that time was waiting for someone to be available in the end though the nails were fantastic and the techs were very friendly!

I absolutely love this place!! I refuse to go anywhere else to get my nails done! They are always spot on with what I want and cam copy a picture with no problem. They have added more chairs and pedicure seats! They have any color you can think of and do the most amazing things from dip to color powder to gel and acrylic. I get the marble or ombré 9/10 of the time and jewels. They are the cheapest place I have found that does the best job on my nails.I highly recommend coming here for any and all nail feet or waxing needs! They have the eyebrows on fleek!

I recently visited Model Nails Spa on a weekend trip to Sulphur. They have lots of colors and gel nail polish. Lily did a fantastic job on my nails. Wish I lived closer as would be a regular client. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Sulphur ❤️❤️

Very bad Service. 👈 this was my first review that I wrote at the spa, the owner had read it minutes after then she look at me with a mad looking face and said that she wanted to talk to me, then she ask me why did I give a bad review infront of every body, and I told her that because the person that was doing my nails has a really bad attitude with me, then they start saying that shouldnt say so with the same bad attitude, I wish I could give a non star bad it dosent give the choice, they better say that they cant take any customer so late than do so and give a bad Service.

This place is ridiculous! Very, very POOR Customer Service! This was the worst experience I have ever had! The nail techs were in a hurry and rushed my entire manicure. I came in for a manicure and it took an hour and forty-five minutes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SALON!
