Today was my 3rd visit (?) to this salon. They were short-staffed but still handled their customers with care and grace. Customers were greeted and made aware of time delays. Those who stayed, were brought to be serviced rather quickly.I had a refill and cut down done. The gentleman that did my nails was respectful and gentle. He was precise in his work and didnt make me feel rushed.I can see myself returning and referring friends.

First time going and they was super nice, I had a pedicure done by Vincent, he did an awesome job!

I absolutely recommend Luxx! Everyone does a wonderful job! Kelly did my nails today, and my boyfriends pedicure last visit. She defintely does quality work! There is an older male that does amazing pedicures, he is so detail oriented! The place is always so clean, and everyone is kind. I will never go anywhere else.I love how clean and beautiful the salon is. Youre greeted as soon as you walk in. Ive used several different nail techs for manicures (shellac over nail, no false) and pedicures ( usually spa pedicure, sometimes deluxe always shellac) and all techs are incredible. They pay attention to detail, take their time to assure its perfect, are so kind, and literally always do an amazing job. I also get my eyebrows waxed here every 2 to 3 weeks and they do a great job! I highly recommend this salon to anyone!!! Massages are amazing 😍

This is definitely my new nail salon while I’m in town for work, they are efficient first and for most, and they are all super friendly. I’m always one happy customer when I visit them.

They are on top of their game offering the latest and greatest in polishes and design as well as spa treatment and the staff is more than capable to doing it all with the utmost professionalism. Shop is clean, spacious, and beautifully designed.

This place is absolutely amazing! They can do so many things with your nails. They come out beautiful.

I found this nail salon a few months ago and now I go there every 2 weeks..

First time visiting Luxx Nails 5/6/21, and I wish I could give them ZERO stars. My nail tech Tommy was extremely rude and disrespectful during my entire service. He was not receptive to any critiques about his work and became combative with me when asked to correct the very noticeable issues. Another nail tech eventually had to step in and try to salvage the horrible job Tommy did on my nails.

First time trying out this salon and I have to say I was very impressed! Walked out of there satisfied with my nails and the price! Will definitely be a regular now! 🤩

Never been here before today. Very nice place and super nice people working there.

The facility was clean and was properly staffed. However, the woman who provided my pedicure and manicure services was listening to music with an ear bud in on ear. She got both the colors for the shellac on my toes and the dip on my nails wrong. Then had an attitude about it when I mentioned it was not the colors I chose. I paid nearly $200 for services for myself and my mother and was treated poorly. I will not be returning to this salon. The employees should listen to their CUSTOMERS who are paying for a service.

They go above and beyond. This is the best place hands down to go for manicures, pedicures and nails. They never disappoint me and I’m very picky with my nails.

The atmosphere is peaceful. The inside of the salon is gorgeous. The people who work there are friendly and they do an amazing job.

I first had my nails done at Luxx for my wedding and now I will never go anywhere else! I am always happy with my nails when I leave. Every staff member is friendly and professional. It is a very relaxing atmosphere and always an enjoyable experience!

Very nice and calming atmosphere and the ppl are great and they do very good work.

They do nails very well and friendly service. But count your change as they will SHORT you your money!! Got my nails done and didnt realize I was $28 shorter than I was supposed to be. Went back next morning and was told I was lying and shouldve came back the same day so they cant do nothing(they were closed once i used my wallet again) and they would have to run cameras back and would give me a call. never received a call and i got the impression that they were calling me a liar.

They did an amazing job on my nails. It was also very clean! Pedicure was expensive but extremely relaxing, so worth the money. Will probably continue coming here when I need my nails done!

Everyone was so friendly. The shop was very clean and technicians were very professional and conscious of COVID-19 measures.

My experiences here are usually good, but today the service was horrible. The lady had 2 of my nails bleeding and laughed about it like it was funny. They will not get anymore service from me.

I will never use this place again. I understand w/Hurricane Laura that some things are in array, but do not advertise a service if you dont know how to do the design or job. I asked for ombre design and got a one color w/a glitter overlay that makes it look like my color is only on my tips. She was more worried about sending someone information thru texting instead of taking care of what she was doing with her customer. Then when she realized I wasnt happy, all she would say was Im sorry you dont like it. Said she would fix it, but I had already had been there for 2 hours and had to wait on her multiple times to finish texting and I had somewhere to be in 30-45 mins from this point. She didnt offer a discount or money back or even for me to come back at another time for her to attempt to correct it. I even spoke w/my daughter who stated they have been messing up there a whole lot lately. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. I recommend the one by Kroger or Market Basket. They have NEVER let me down.
