Worst experience I have ever had. I went in for a refill, and a trim. he cut my nails so short they were the length of my real nails. his machine was broke that they use the thin out your nails instead of moving me to a new seat where it wasnt broke he left my nails so thick it looks like I have gunk piled on top of my nails. he was rude on top of it and my nails are all different shapes and sizes. I wish I could take them off right now. if I could rate it less than one I most definitely would.

Worst experience ever. waxed my eyebrows but did not let the wax cool down before putting it on my eyebrows. and they are swollen because of it. they ended up way thinner than i wanted them. plus when i walked in it smelt like mold. never going here again.

Woman was nice but the man rushed my pedicure and yelled at me when I couldn’t understand him, payed $80. I don’t even want to give this 1 star.

Horrible!!!! I went in to have a pedicure done - the wait was long which I was okay with because its Sunday evening amd most nail shops are closed- I had began to get my pedicure and noticed the utensils the man was using to clean my cuticals with had aa prior customers built up dead skin residue I MEAN A BIG VISIBLE CAKED UP RESIDUE! I ASK HIM WERE THEY USED AND HE SAID YES HE WAS SORRY AND TRIED TO CONTINUE THE PEDI WITH NEW ONES- By that time i was turned off from it- HOW UNSANITARY- Be careful with this place they do not even follow basic sanitation laws and should not be open fpr business to expose people to things but being UNSANITARY!

Awful experience! Pedicure was ok but acrylic nails are pitiful! They redid them twice and still bad! Couldnt do french manicure bc they were so bad! Going today, different place ro have redone! So disappointed!

They guy that was there working was very friendly but the service on our nails my friend and I got was horrible...we went in for gel nails and it was horrible polish was all on my cuticle and my skin as well and hebtried fixing it but I just was my happy with it at all so I made him take it off and I did pay for my manicure which I had to straighten and file my nails after he did that too....NEVER will I go back here again if Im ever back here bc I live out of town.

Terrible just terrible I went in to get my nails done and the lady rushed me out of the store so they didn’t have time to dry so when I tried to let them sit and dry for an hour or so because it seem like the polish wasn’t drying I try to eat something and all the polish came off my nails I’m never going back there again And they’re also unsanitary please do not go to them I walked in and the guy was eating an orange right where you do the nails and plus when I was getting my nails done she clipped them and just threw it all over the place
