Extremely clean! Bathroom was very clean and nice! Lots of improvements since the Hurricane. I was able yo use the ATM onsite to get bills. They have 2 change machines and it was Cold inside! A very big plus for Hoy temps in S. La. during August. Thanks for all the improvements. I was even able to buy a huge laundry sack for only $7.00!!

I travel for work and have to wash clothes on the road often, best way I can say it is this is a good place to get in and out. They have wash and fold service but I opted to wash my own clothes. Fair prices, 45 minutes to wash and 20 minutes to dry. There is plenty of seating and folding stations

Yes I love that place its a place I go drop my laundry off because Im lazy and they do a very good job they deserve a raise

Horrible customer service! Five minutes until close they turned all the lights off yelling hurry up so they can leave. my 66 year old mother dropped all the clothes as they refused to turn the lights back on.. when we went to leave the girl took my clothes and put them outside! Very Rude. When stating I would speak to the owner the girl was very rude about it like she didnt care.

Its a very clean laundry mat. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have coin machines. You can get everything you need to wash your clothes with.

There is a lot of things I could say. I am going to say that there policy for lost or left clothing is not very straightforward sounds like to me if the owner wants he just keeps your clothes.

Clothing was washed and folded. What more could I ask for.

Always have our clothes ready on time if not before. Nice friendly service every time. We just drop the clothes off to get washed and they follow instructions very good & the prices are very good as well. If its raining, theyll bag up the clothes in sizes and it comes all separated I really like that cause I can just get home and put it all away. I highly recommend :)

So our washer isnt working and we needed to get husband work close washed! This place is just down the street from my home and the staff is so friendly and helpful! It was nice and clean!

Very clean and cold laundry mat. I came this morning around 9 perfect time to wash with 2 little once. Washer are 2.50 and for an extra wash/rinse its only .25 more. The dryers are .25 for 5 minutes and they have 3 selection high heat medium, delicates. They also have a soap bleach and softener pouches dispenser for .75 each. There are snack vending machines here an are 1.00 an the sodas are .75. Over all machines washed good an fast i will be coming here to do laundry again.

Dropping off laundry there for 10 years, the faces may change, but the excellent service does not. Never had a bad experience there. Ever.Update: still good and I go nowhere else.

Usually my experience at the Laundromat is great. Im usually a late customer between the times of 7PM and closing at 10 PM. Well this red haired lady with glasses decided to make my experience last night the worse one ever. I walked in and she said that its 9PM and you wont be able to finish which I knew but I needed to clean some towels. While I was inserting money one of my quarters didnt go in all the way. So I hit the machine slightly with an open hand and the quarter fell in. She screamed at me saying the next quarter will save that one. So I apologized, but at this point I could tell the lady had a problem or she was racist or something because she kept singling me out. I told her I wanted her to take care of the rest and she said its not gonna happen. So I asked her if shes refusing my business. She said no but we dont do wet clothes. I said maam if you werent so busy trying to have an attitude youd see I have more clothes than in the washer. Once she saw my basket, she kicked it by the other employee with her foot saying thats the wash and fold department. At that point Im like WOW. There are such nice employees here, how did this woman with ugly borderline racist ways get hired. So the opposite employee who was very courteous asked me to calm down and told me dont worry about her or pay her any attention! At that point, I stopped going back and forth with the lady. I am working here and the store is right by my apartment and has very nice equipment and service so I will continue to go there, but I will not wash my clothes there if I have to deal with this red haired witch with glasses.

Sign on the door stated no more than 10 patrons allowed in at a time. At one point I saw close to 30, no social distancing, and very few wearing masks.

Dryer are a sham. It shouldn’t take 40 mins to dry 4 pants and still have them come out damp. I selected high temp, hate to see what medium temp is. I’ll look for another place to do my laundry while I’m in sulphur

Dropping off laundry for washing fold come back and pay $73!! They said to wash two Comforts was $40 by themselves. I have been to many Wash and Fold laundromats within the United States and have never paid that much.

This place is a little out dated, but it got the job done. everything takes quarters 2.50 for wash and a quarter per 5 min dry time. they also do drop off 1$ per lb. 10lb min.
