Definitely a workout! Loved the music great & helpful instructor!

I was very hesitant about starting cycling classes but was intrigued and gave it a shot! I am so glad I decided to come here, everyone is so welcoming and the classes/instructors are amazing! If you want a great work out, are short on time, and want to “glow” every time you leave the studio, go to Cycle Bar and have a great time!

I go to this location multiple times a week and love it! Amazing experience every time I go from the second I walk in. All the instructors are phenomenal, I leave drenched in sweat and loving every second of it The facility is always super clean, sanitized, and in a great location. I highly recommend going here!!

Ive been doing spin class for years, first at The Wichita Racket Club (even 10 minutes got my heart rate up), then 24 Hour Fitness (and whatever it was called before that), LA Fitness (with Joe) and now CycleBar. Maybe 500 or more classes over the years. I took a break when I had trouble getting up early enough. But I was intrigued by CycleBar since they were next to a Starbucks I frequent, and their free class ads came across my feeds.I attended a free class and was pleased that the cycle shoes I already had would work on their bikes. The instructor Larissa was good and the music was not my gig but that didnt chill the ride. I signed up the same day for 4 rides a month and got a good price. Ive been 3 more times with Jorie as the instructor. Shes very good and in great shape. Im using these classes as cross training for my running, since Im doing The Bridge Series, Shiner Beer Run and Aramco Half. There is some upper body training using weight bars. Highly recommended.

DO NOT GO HERE! Their policies are out of wack and outright disrespectful. I came 3 minutes out of the grace period and they didn’t let me in even after I booked the class. The classes are also inconsistent. The music selection is mediocre and often times had issues getting motivated due to the dry music selections. They will also take ALL your coins it is overpriced for what they are offering. Definitely won’t be going back. The GM Kim is extremely rude and unapologetic. Please save your money and go elsewhere

After being lied to about my what I owed my account was sent to collections, the collections company is refusing to provide full information. I would be very careful visiting here if you care about your credit score. Unless you want to pay for months that you arent using I would just stay clear.. plenty of other studios in the area.Also.. the manager shouldnt be taking up the prime parking with her Truck.. keep that open for your patrons.

Would NOT recommend.All the five star reviews are due to them offering their members free stuff/prizes.Some of the instructors are great, but the manager Kam is incredibly rude and inconsistent. Shell try to sell you with buzzwords like no contract but then put so many terms on your membership that its impossible to cancel it or pause it. The reason they have no contracts is because Kam refuses to put anything in writing, makes verbal promises, and then doesnt follow through on them. Whenever Ive emailed her, she always responds with call me xxx-xxx-xxxx.Every break/weekend that I come back from school, theres a completely new set of employees in the front. Ive worked at several restaurants and never seen such high turnover as what cyclebar has. Theres also 0 accountability when the studio makes changes. They like to blame corporate for policies that arent popular, but other locations dont have the same policies that corporate allegedly mandates.For a studio that prides itself on being inclusive, its very contradictory that they have instructors who say things like I used to be fat, so I know what you guys feel like (Priyanka) and depression is a choice (Elizabeth).Spending a little bit more money to go to a different studio in Sugar Land is worth saving yourself the headache youll get from dealing with cyclebar.

Just finished my first class. I’m drenched. It was so much fun. All of the staff were great from the moment I walked in the door. Temps were taken, masks were worn and there was proper social distancing protocols. They were great in helping me get set up on my bike and with the right size shoes, I am a first time rider so this was great. Gustavo was a fun and encouraging instructor and rocked the class. The lights and the music help make working out fun!

Had a problem with my account, and Kam fixed it with no problem! So excited to start coming back!

This is the worst studio i have been to the manager Kami is extremely rude i feel sorry for any one that has to work with her. The only positive experience i had here was leaving will never be coming back here, if i could leave a negative amount of stars i would.

I joined when the studio first opened. With everything going on and being stuck in quarantine, I really needed a fun place to work out. OMG! CycleBar Sugar land is my happy place 😆 I get up early 4 to 5 mornings a week and ride the stress away🙌🏾💯🤪 if you are in search of a fun, motivating workout, this is the place for you‼️5️⃣🌟

The best place in Sugar Land for cycling!! Awesome instructors, a very friendly staff oriented to offer the best customer service and KAM the GM is very professional and caring. Brand new studio with top of line bikes, lights and sound system are amazing. Come and check the studio out 🙌🏽

From the moment I first submitted a request, they called not long after and I was welcomed like a long lost friend or cousin!!! The GM and staff are sooooo sweet, funny, and encouraging to the max!!! If you are a beginner or advanced, this is the place for you!! Not to mention they’re right next to a Starbucks?! If that’s not a match made in heaven idk what is. 🥰 i don’t even live close but they’re worth it! I’ve been to several spin studios and the vibes here are like home🚲🥰

Great first ride! Great workout, Highly recommend. Staff friendly and the place is super clean. They are following protocols as far as masking, sanitizing and distancing. All the bikes in the studio are a good distance away from eachother and you get a clear view of the instructor. Ample parking and staff accommodating to any of your needs.

So happy to have this convenient fun filled effective community close to home! The workouts fly by ...music drives the workout and so far...have taken Grace and Gustavo’s classes and have left drenched yet ready to tackle the day!!! Love it 😍!

Great ride at this new studio. I’ve been to quite a few CycleBar studios and Sugar Land has a great energy! They also help create a very safe environment with deep cleaning and bike spacing. Will be joining as a full time member.

It was my first time on a spinning bike Cyclebar made the experience so great! The trainer Gustavo created a great atmosphere during the whole class! I recommend his classes. Ohh and I really liked the special attention for women in the bathroom (make-up remover, hair ties and all kind of useful thing we use daily, but might forgot at home)

A workout you wont regret...I PROMISE!! Staff, Instructors and music are AMAZING!!! Get out of your comfort zone and come try something new!!

EDIT: Removing a star for every month it takes them to fix the fan in the studio. It’s ridiculous that a simple repair would take over two months and they can’t bring in a floor fan. It’s completely miserable on the right side of the room.

I really like Sugar Land Cyclebar studio and the instructors there. First of all, I feel completely safe coming in and working out, the policies Cyclebar adopted to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and the compliance of the employees is outstanding. I also feel incredibly supported when it comes to my needs, fitness or financial. Kam has helping me pick the best membership that fits me and also made it affordable. I do recommend taking advantage of the first free class and the deals that come afterwards! The instructors are all very good, I love the vibe and the music choices are great. I also feel accomplished, motivated and pumped coming out of each class. I would absolutely recommend the studio!

Fantastic new spin class - close to Sienna/Riverstone etc. Big room, following social distancing protocol. Love the energy and instructors. Great music and you can even access their playlists on Spotify which I love. Great rates for unlimited rides - best deal I’ve ever seen for a spin class. Lots of morning and evening classes available. Great to be back in a challenging and fun environment getting those endorphins

I just completed my first class with Elizabeth Ann - and it was intense but amazing! I just had a baby 7 weeks ago so it felt good to get back on the saddle and rock my ride! All COVID procedures are being followed: I was greeted at the door with a friendly staff member, temp check and hand sanitizer pump- and then made my way to my bike that was properly spaced out from others after a deep clean before the class. And everyone was wearing their masks. So you can get in an intense, motivating workout in all while being safe :) I think my favorite part of this particular studio is that every staff member makes you feel welcomed! I highly recommend checking out CycleBar Sugar Land!!
