Omg So I’m in Sugarland visiting my family for the Thanksgiving holiday just so happened I drop my cell phone did not want to pay the 250 deductible with AT&T so my friend suggested fix it cell phone repair in first Colony mall these guys are absolutely brilliant my phone looks brand new in a matter of 15 minutes these people are awesome! Fixed my phone after it got ran over. The glass started cracking from edges and spreading across the screen after a couple weeks. No warranty because it was damaged although I have not dropped it or anything since the repairs.

Took a phone to get screen repaired, not knowing any better and they ended up swapping the whole phone with a battery that was too small. You can feel the cheapness in the phone they used.

My laptop monitor cracked and I had such a terrible experience GadgetMD. After keeping my laptop for a week with nothing done on it as promised, I took my laptop back. I stopped by The Fix hoping that I would have a better experience. Vusal was very professional and HONEST!! When I picked up my laptop after he fixed it, it was perfect. The Fix store at First Colony Mall is absolutely awesome. Unfortunately accidents happen but thanks to Yusal I’m back up and running again. I looked at a few places to fix my cracked screen. Some of the prices were lower but generally about the same. Non came close to the warranty they offered or the customer service level I received. I’d definitely recommend his place and if I ever find myself in this position again I’ll be back. Thanks guys!

DO NOT GO HERE! They give very cheap parts that break very often, and they have a 1 year warranty but they never uphold their end of the warranty!

They are a scam. They broke my phone and asked for 150 dollars so they can buy a new one. It was just a simple screen repair. Would never recommend any go here

Went to the store Sunday afternoon got a screen protector payed then we noticed the protector was lifting on the corners, told him and without explanation they took it off and refunded our card. When questioned about his actions he was screaming at us that he will not fix it and told us to leave. Horrible customer service, horrible attitute. Will never be back and i will make sure I tell everybody i know not to come to this store. I asked him who he was and he told me he was the owner of the store, IF he is, that is the worst customer service we have EVER encountered, we cant believe people with that attitude owns a business👎👎👎👎👎

Great customer service . He does a good job and he knows what he is doing . I would totally recommend this person to any one who has broken I phone glass or needs any accessories for their phones like tempered glass for I phone, Samsung or LG and cases for any i phone or Samsung, LG you need . All you need is give him a call ahead and he will get your stuff ready to be fixed or installed . For example I got a new tempers galas for my phone.
