I love Geek Squad. They help me with so many things. I have done business with them for years and I have never once been disappointed. They are the most helpful, kind and knowledgeable people.

One star is too high a rating for this experience. The associate was rude as he advised the service required 2 days; it would be Wednesday when my lap top would be ready. I may not be tech smart but I can count. He assured me Sunday was not excluded. I believe it was a sign not to trust the Sugarland location. I miss the Meyerland Geek Squad.

Qualified intelligent people

Had an IphoneX screen issue which is covered by Apple extension program. Made the reservation a week in advance. Visited the Geek Sqad and was told that they either charge $280 or I have to visit an Apple store or Mail it to Apple.If they dont honor the Apple program which covers IphoneX screen issues for 3 years, they shouldnt be included in the Apple authorized service provider list.I had a long chat with Apple customer support and they assured me that Bestbuy should honor the program!Looks like Bestbuy at Sugar Land have very poor management or very poor training of the young lads.

Completely unhelpful and rude even after setting an appointment. Their only response to my issue was “we can ship it out for $90.” Didn’t even attempt to have decent customer service.

Geek Squad Manager is great very professional and respectful in sugar land location.....
