I sent time sensitive documents out on Friday morning, the man behind the counter assured me they would be to the destination Monday/Tuesday at the latest. The tracking number didn’t work through the weekend so I called on Monday and the man told me to check it later that night, hopefully it would start working. I also went up there late Monday because it still was not working. The woman assured me that the package had been sent out Friday as it was not there Saturday morning when she arrived. I checked the tracking number Tuesday morning and it had just been accepted. I called Tuesday afternoon only to be yelled at over the phone by the man who told me it wasn’t his problem to take it up with the post office. Not only did I pay for priority shipping I didn’t get, I paid the up charge for “convenience”. Word of advice: go somewhere else!
