Have had my hair cut here several times, usually with good results. Went in for a cut today at 2pm and was told they were closed, even though there were two customers in the store, reservations were open and the posted hours said they were open. Was not given a reason as to why they were closed. Disappointed and will not return.

The ladies were very sweet and patient with my boys. Both were able to cut and style exactly what we asked for. I did have trouble with an online appointment but they were responsive by phone and took us right away when we showed up.

If I knew my haircut would’ve taken two minutes I would’ve went to great clips. Stephanie is disrespectful. She told “back up bro” when I pointed out how she messed my friends hair up.

This establishment is designed for men with sports. Most men have beards. The mask mandate was lifted by the governor to let us live our lives again. You saw me come in without a mask. You said nothing about it until it was my turn for a haircut and beard trim. So after waiting for my turn you refuse service to cut my hair and trim my beard because I dont have a mask. Smh, thanks for wasting my time. You should have said something immediately that yall do not trim beards and infringe on our freedoms. I will never step foot in a Sports Clip again ever!

Took my 17 year son today and the lady was very rude and unprofessional… she did a small cut to my son’s ear….when I asked her what happened… she respond, “it was the clippers”Her name is Jennifer, very rude and unprofessional.

Haircuts are average but my issue lately is the fact that I was told to wear a mask...not a big deal, but when I asked why the guy next to me didnt have to I was told it was the stylist decision even though the store requires you to wear a mask. Wrong answer

The wait time was not bad at all and the hair stylist was very nice and efficient and listened to me. I was more than satisfied with my haircut and this location will be my go to for haircuts from now on. 5 neck massagers out of 5

If I could give a negative 5 rating I would. Sloppy haircut for my son. For a mens salon, not sure how they can screw up simple fade. Patchy, uneven, top front shorter than the rest of the top. It looked like a bowl/plate on top until I asked them to blend in the fade. They didnt even brush or blow the hair off of his neck. His back was covered in hair. Horrible horrible, worst haircut and service I have ever seen. Not sure how these people got their licenses.

Great haircuts here. Chelsy is the best. She pays real good attention to my requests and always gives me an awesome cut and shampoo. I highly recommend!

I no longer go there, since my familiar hairdresser left - about three months ago HIT and MISS was my experience. I did not ask for anything fancy, just simple fade cut with a clipper. I now cut my own hair to avoid the anoyance of having to pay for a ... sorry service. Please get better employee with proper skill. Thanks for asking.

I have been coming to this Sports Clips for several years now (drive past other locations) and I have always received the attention to detail necessary to receive a first-class cut and over all experience. I have had to wait on occasion but never more than ~20 minutes. Love their products as well!! Really appreciate the professional service!!!

Wouldn’t recommend this location. Took our 14 year old in for a haircut and the lady wanted to cut it her way instead of his preference and was hesitant to do what she was asked to do.

The ladies are great. Find a stylist you like and can request them. Might have to wait for some of them. Its a clean place. The ladies are polite. Its a busy location so time your visit or prepare to wait.

Waited a bit longer than Id hoped for considering the number of people waiting...but got a good haircut, shave and wash...was ready to put my helmet on and ride... ;-)

I am away from home and selected this location to get a haircut. I told the stylist how I wanted my haircut. She started doing something else and I had to repeat what I wanted. There was no attention to detail. She cut the sideburns uneven and tilted. I might have been better waiting for 3 more weeks and get a haircut back at home. Will not come back to this place. One of the worst haircuts Ive ever had.

I always use this location as its near my office. Laticia has been my stylist for a few years now and she always does a fantastic job! I never have to wait for very long when they are busy and the staff is always very courteous and professional.

Dont trust the hours of operation. Showed up at 6:15, one guy in a chair and 3 or 4 hair stylist walking around and was yelled at they were closed. Funny thing is third hour of operation say till 7pm on google but the door reads :00.... We were a quick $50 easy....oh well your loss. And yelling sorry tells you what customers mean at Sports Clips. Cmon!

I have tried all the stylist here. Everyone cut my same style different. One lady left me all patched up. Try other places this one sucks.

We went during the week,so the wait time was not long.You would have to sign in to get a spot but overall well kept place and nice service

I called to see if they had a space they told me I needed to make an online appointment or walk in, because they don’t keep spaces. At the end it was my turn, and they pass someone before me (because it was with a family, but they didn’t make an appointment).

Great staff clean store i love the new online check in and the kiosks. My husband loves the MVP and the tea tree shampoo they use.

Just had another great hair cut from Falicia, and my son got a great hair cut from Laticia. Been going to this sports clips with my 3 sons for years. Always courteous and friendly staff who give good quality haircuts.

I have been going to this location for 10 years. It is convienent. They seem to waste money on making various changes and supporting a race car team. Their price keeps going up and they are less a value than before. If not for coupons and senior discount I would stop going there.

Everytime I visit I have a great experience. Period.Incase yall didnt know, alot of the stylists here have been at this location for YEARS! So chances are youll Always get a veteran. Ive never been disappointed with my cuts. Ive been to a few Sports Clips and this one is my favorite.

I dont normally take the time to write reviews. But I have seen a couple of negative responses that I could not overlook. This is a super salon, with a great group of ladies that work very hard. And yes its true that it is a busy location. But busy means, that the clients like the location and the customer sevice. My stylist is Laticia and she is awesome. Laticia greets me with a smile each time and keeps me engaged during the entire process. And yes its first come first serve, which can be challenging. It seems like today people want to complain about the small things and have their way. If you want your cut done right, then this is the place to be. So sit back read the paper, listen to the sports channel or play on your phone. Just chill.

Came in here two days in a row to get a haircut during my lunch break. Both days had only two people cutting hair. I waited for over an hour before leaving the first day and just sucked it up the next day. Ive been getting my hair cut here for 15+ years but i will now find a new place to get it done. Not worth $20.

Great haircuts but prepare to wait. When its busy the wait times can be 45 minutes to an hour long.
