The place is awesome and the service was incredible. The price is a little too much for me, so Im not sure if I would go back. But if money is not an issue for you, I recommend 100%.

My wife took my son and had Ray cut his hair. When they returned I noticed my son had clipper burns and clipper cut all over the back of his head....If I was able to load a picture I would.

Place was easy to get in and get haircut. Clean space and seemed to take covid precautions seriously. They did a good job on haircut and a very friendly.

They are incredibly slow! 32 min wait time turned into a 1:15 wait then chair time, we were in the store for almost 2 hours!I would have left but a stylist said it should go quickly!! Ugh! Waste of time!!Haircut was great!

Never really know how I want my hair cut but went in with a vague idea of what I wanted. Then the stylist had an idea and it turned out great. The staff was polite and friendly. The place is kept clean. Definitely returning here for my next haircut.

I dont make it a habit to leave negative reviews; however, this was only my second visit and the lady that cut my hair not only was inexperienced, but required a co-worker to help her fix my hair. I had to come home and fix my fade because she left it in patches. Why would Sports Clips allow someone who cannot properly cut hair work at Sports Clips. I understand you have to start somewhere but I shouldnt have to fix my hair after paying for a haircut. Will not consider going back to this location.

1st time to this Sport Clips for my sons haircut. Weve just moved into the area. Happened to pick a random stylist, out of two. Chrissy, cut my sons hair. Simple boys cut. I showed pictures of what I wanted and a written description from our previous stylist. She said she got it!!!Well, she seemed to be in such a hurry with how quickly she was moving her comb & clippers around my sons head. After we left, my 8 yr old son tells me she spoke to her coworker about lunch and having a salad to eat soon. End result when Chrissys about to go to lunch.......Lines were crooked, hair was choppy, side burn lines were too short, short patch on the side of his head and the top of his head was horribly uneven. Terrible experience!!

Worse haircut of my life. Hellen was the lady to cut my hair. Besides being able to say hi welcome to sport clips I dont think she speaks and English. Didnt understand what I wanted. Then when she cut my hair too short she said your hair not long (mind you I waited 5 months to cut my hair I was about to start using a hair tie) if I wanted a $5 cut I would have gone to China Town. Im extremely upset over this cut.never coming back and telling all my friends this location is bad. Might as well go to great clips.

I would give it a zero star if it gave me the option to do so. Was my first time getting a cut at this place, and i will not return back. I asked for a medium fade, edge up, and a 3 on top. When i told the lady that cut my hair the style all she said was “ okay i can do that”. I have no fade lines are not even blended together, edge up is all sloppy, and still have long hairs. This is not the style i asked for. If i wanted this haircut i would have told my 8 yr old brother to do it for me. The cut felt so rushed and the lady seemed unexperienced. If you work at a hair salon you should be able to understand what the client wants and not do whatever you want. From now on I’m going to stick with my salon i used to go to in South Texas because I don’t want to have more experiences like this. Was my worst mistake cutting it here at the sport clips.

Had Jo Ann take care of me. Was in and out. She made suggestions but wasnt pushy (I have a boring haircut). Clean facility, and the other female there was also very nice and courteous. Will definitely return the next time my heads a shaggy mess.

They do a nice job in a friendly atmosphere. I like that they have my preferred cut on file. Lost a star as there is always such confusion when paying, its like I am the first one ever to use a credit card. Otherwise I like it and keep going back.

Gives a decent haircut for the price and the reward card is really nice once you get to that halfway point. I didnt have the best shave so I wouldnt suggest that.

Would give it a zero if it would let me. Husband and I sat for an hour waiting for him to be called, only to rudely be told that they were busy and he would be called when it was his turn. A family signed in and left, they were called, not there and when they came back, were put in front of the other people waiting. When my husband went and asked about why it was taking so long... They had already scratched his name off the list. Not only that, but the place was FILTHY! We have been going for years and they are generally very clean. Needless to say... They need better staff and a better system. NEVER going back to that location.

I recently came in and recived a haircut from Alexis. She was fast but did exactly what I wanted. The store was clean so that was a plus too!

My hair styles Mr. Hahn only works on W & Th and has a large clientele but he always has room for me. He does an excellent job on my regular hair cut that he alway remember. I think he needs more days to accommodate his clientele and a rare because he really hustles.

Candice has cut my hair a few different times now, and she has done a terrific job every time. She is about the only stylist Ive ever been to multiple times that has NEVER cut my hair too short for me. Shes a pleasure.

Beware of unethical practices or you may get ripped off like me. I used to be a regular here, visiting every 2 to 3 weeks. I always chose the Triple Play, as that is the best service which included haircut, shampoo, hot towel, scalp and shoulder massage. For some reason, I started missing my stylist, so throw any consistency out the window.Unfortunately, I met a stylist named Poly that cut my hair. The cut was extremely poor, but I thought, hair does regrow. However, as she began get me ready to shampoo, another stylist reminded her of her time management, and emphasized on not taking too long. I thought that was rude to have that conversation right in front of a guest, but I didn’t say anything. She continued to shampoo, massage, re-shampoo, massage, then conditioner. My thought was maybe she’s trying to earn a nice tip. Fast forward to ringing me up, she went ahead and charged me for a “3 Times” Triple Play, which I didn’t know existed until my next visit. Feeling very upset at the time and taken advantage of, I paid and left.A few weeks go by, I returned and while getting cut by another new stylist, I described my previous experience to her. Her supervisor overheard and explained that I must’ve gotten the 3 Times Triple Play. When I told her I never asked for it and it was never offer to me, she extended an apology and a coupon that would discount my next visit.Another few weeks went by, and I called in a day in advance to confirm my previous stylist Hanh was going to be there. I showed up the next day, and he wasn’t there again. There were a lot of guests waiting so I waited for next available stylist. I noticed Poly was there. In the back of my mind I prayed that I wouldn’t get her. Low and behold, I get Poly. She acted like she didn’t remember me, and continued with the cut and shampoo. This time, she shampooed once, and conditioner twice. As she rang me up, I presented her with the coupon I had received. She struggled to figure out where to input the discount into the computer. Eventually she did and she hit me with a 2 times Triple Play. Wow, unbelievable! I didn’t feel like making a scene, as this is in my own neighborhood. Instead, I emailed the company directly through their website, hoping to get someone’s attention. But since I didn’t receive anything, well here’s the review. Thanks for reading!

Terrible experience!!! I was next (First available) to get a haircut and 2 stylist skipped right over me to other customers who had just arrived and were clearly after me. Another customer noticed that i was being skipped again and spoke up that i was before him. Im still confused why i was getting skipped. But worst part was i told Claire not to cut front part of my hair, just trim it. She cut it alot of it off. Strike 2. Im not sure why I tipped. I feel robbed having been skipped and even worse Im sporting a Bad Haircut. I wont go back...sux cuz I live close by!!

Today I received the worst haircut I have ever gotten. The lady cutting my hair did not take her time, did not follow my wishes and just started shearing. It looks horrible!! She also charged me more than I had been charged before. I will not go back to Sport Clips, as it was a total waste of money.

I won’t mind going there but if you keep changing staff and keep getting different barber than it’s a problem. I do not have lot’s of hair anyways and if you keep changing barber I need to go over again about how I like my hair. There was a ilene or Irin who did extra ordinary job for my hair. She was gone on my 2nd visit, than another one and now its same story! :(

I went in as a first time customer and didnt receive the promotional offer of hot towel and massage. I did get a 5 min haircut that left me disappointed. I showed pics of the way i wanted my hair cut. 5 min later it was done and over. Saying that she was unproffesional is being kind. Beautiful hair gone and 20 dollars down the drain. It only took 5 minutes ! Thats some bulls**t! Never again!!!!!!! Misha at telfair location=in a hurry and unproffesional to say the least.

Well the lady i was using apparently quit. So today i used Alexis for the first time. She did a pretty damn good job she took her time unlike some people and I have 0 complaints I’ll be using her from now on!

Horrible haircut.Shading was bad. Even after I went back in to get it fixed there were still hairs sticking out and noticeable lines. Sideburns are crooked and trimmed away from the ears at different lengths.Honestly, Im contemplating going back and asking for a full refund because at this point Im not sure I even want to bother with it again.

Prices are high but I got a good hair cut.
