The manager is a scammer. This fraudulent man was asking for 450 dollars for a starter change although it costs 200 dollars. I told him i would take it to another place so he said its going to be 50 dollars since he checked the car. I already told him the issue and this guy did nothing to my car and unnecessarily charged me 50 dollars. If youre smart, please go to another shop.

Went to get an inspection and because I am female they wanted to tell me i needed to replace all types of things before it would pass. Therm not knowing that i take my car there for everything and they just replaced my wipers!!

I have been going to this place for inspections. Today, I took three cars there, two for inspection and one for oil change. For a dodge caravan, we pay anywhere from 20-27 dollars for oil change. He charged me 52 dollars and change for 4 quarts of regular oil and an oil filter. I asked him where are your rates posted. He said I should have asked him before the change. His attitude was bad and unacceptable. Told him go ahead and charge me but he will not get my business anymore. He was least bothered. No worries, he just lost significant business of me and my large family. Not only due to price but his arrogance....

Fraudulent shop! I bought an amsoil oil change with an amsoil filter. I decided to change my own oil before the scheduled milage because my engine was starting to behave poorly. To my surprise the oil came out black as tar and the filter WAS NOT Amsoil.Not only was it not amsoil its the wrong sized filter for my car!! This could do serious damage when combined with the extended oil change interval advertised by amsoil.The drain plug was very hard to break loose indicative of the mechanic using an impact driver to reinstall the plug! NOT GOOD.I will be contacting amsoil, and the BBB with my proof of purchase and I will be sending this oil to a lab for inspection! I will update this post when I get my lab results back. The lab results better not come back with metal shavings from excessive wear!!😡😡😡

The entire staff is pleasant and have great customer service skills! If you need a quick oil change, state inspection, or routine light mechanical work, this is your place! I don’t often write reviews but I had to honor this wonderful establishment because their service is A1 in my book!

I called before I went in for a car inspection, they said theres no line. When I got there, I had no wait, every thing went great.

My family have been using their services for the last 8 years, they provide honest services at reasonable price. I would highly recommend everybody.

One star is too much I would give them zero stars if I could. I took my brothers car to their shop a while ago and at the time I knew nothing about how oil change works so my brother just told me its a regular oil change should only be $20 (He has taken his car there before so he knows) So when I went there, the manager took my car and came back to me and said that my car had synthetic oil so I need to do synthetic or it will ruin my engine. Of course I didnt know any better so I told him to do the synthetic. I didnt think much of it until I took my own car for an oil change and the same thing happened. My dad took my car there for an oil change a while back and it was about $20 but when I went in there he did the same thing as last time and I paid $60. Now the crazy part is my dad knows the manger so Im sure hes not gonna try to trick him, but he did with me. I am just sharing my experience. I have heard that in car shops this kind of scamming is common just didnt think it would happen to me. And I am aware synthetic oil is good for your car but if I go in with a $20 and get hit with a $60 bill I am not gonna be happy. I just think this manager got the idea that I didnt know anything and took advantage of that. Please take your car to a trustworthy shop. There are many, i would rather drive a little further than to be cheated

I dont recommend this shop for any service.Today I go for stat inspection they have offer 10$ but the suprises is just do oil changes.I say ok for 29.99 but the add more than oil price like service and disposal in the end charge me 49$ ... for my opinion is cheating

The manager and staff are liars and thieves. I brought my vehicle there for a simple oil change and prior to the work I had asked him some questions. For example is the filter included with the price are there additional hidden charges and so forth. He was very uncomfortable answering the questions but when it came time to pull my vehicle into his Bay Area I stood outside and decided to watch them do the work. The mechanic approached me in a hissy and said you have to wait in the waiting area and cannot be outside. I replied that I understand their liability concerns but I am no where near the work area and Im far beyond the yellow line ( about eight feet away). Manager approached me asking me to return inside and I asked for my vehicle back. The mechanic drove my car out like a bat out of hell. Clearly this place is a sham or else I would have been allowed to observe the work being done. Run as fast as you can and dont look back. If I could have given them less than one star I would have.

As an edit to my previous review, I must rescind my accolades. I had work done several months ago, and although it was easy going, Musa communicated with me frequently with updates on the repair. It took an unusual five days to get a part and hose from the dealership.When I went in about a month ago, the problem was diagnosed, and yet again it would have taken five days to get the part ordered from the dealership. I called the surrounding dealerships to see if I could possibly get it expedited, and was told the part was in stock! I realized Musa was ordering the part online, for a considerably cheaper price, and charging the price at the dealership. It was utterly disappointing when I came to this realization because I was ecstatic I thought I found a reliable repair shop.

I went there once to get one of my headlights fix because it was out but I had to come back 2 more times and they still didnt fix my headlights properly. I am never going back here to fix my car. I suggest that none of you go there either and look for a better mechanic shop.

Taken many vehicles here for oil changes, bulbs, easy stuff. Great experience.I took a car for brakes earlier this year and within a month we were hearing squealing again. Last oil change he told me they needed to be done again. It was less than 6 months since the last time. I am having it done elsewhere.Different vehicle, I needed rear brakes done, I called him on a Tuesday to ask, If I drop it off today after work, can you have it done by tomorrow end of business? he says, Absolutely, bring it! I planned the whole rest of my week on the fact that he assured me he would have it done. We show up at 530, he says (SAME GUY) his mechanic is off, and he has to order the parts, cant be done before Thursday or Friday. I remind him that we just talked and he didnt apologize for the mixup or anything just said, no, you bring it, then I have to look up the part and I have to order that. My mechanics off so I cant do it. What?!?! OK I get that parts have to be ordered--but it doesnt take 2 days, and he could have just told me the whole truth up front and I would have made other plans. I ended up having to take a day off work to get it done at a specialty brake place, which was not close or convenient, but also no where near the headache, and came with a warranty. Now I have trust issues with this guy.Overall, keep it light and simple. Oil... bulbs.. this place is perfect for that.... but take your true maintenance needs elsewhere.

Customer service is lacking. Other than that, I was in and out quickly which I appreciated. Paid almost 60$ for old change for 5000 miles.

Ive come here a few times for my State Inspection, and Ive never had any issues. The last time I went was on a Saturday morning, and there was no line. My car has a manual transmission, and the technician was able to drive it into the garage with no issues.

Horrible experience. I usually get my oil changed there every 3 months, each time showing the next service mileage on the sticker, and even got my inspection there last year. I went in today for a state inspection. Keep in mind my odometer hasnt shown the right mileage since I got the car 2 years ago because some of the numbers are missing. They said they couldnt pass my inspection because the odometer wasnt working correctly even though they have the next service mileage somehow. When brought up they just made up some excuse on why that was and refused to do the inspection. Horrible service and experience. Would not recommend to anyone in need of car service.

Always excellent service! I have had them do mechanical and lube work and it has always been good. Most importantly, they are honest.

I recommend using their services as they have many years of qualified experience. For assured quality of work this is the place to be!

I have been using this shop for some time, all my 4 cars get services here including 2014 Mercedes-Benz ML 450. They always let me know different oil options I have. Its upto me to decide what oil I want them to use. Some of my cars take regular oil some take full Synthetic oil, some cars take regular filter some especial filter. Off course prices are going to vary according to different oils and filters. I am a mechanical engineer I understand what these people are talking about.I have been to many shops before but now I dont go anywhere else and I recommend all my family members to use this shop.

I take all my four cars for services there, they always treat me and my wife very professionally. I do agree that they do not allow customers in and around working area for insurance reasons. Couple my cars require special oil filters therefore they charge extra charge for it. I have used other shops before most of them cheat customers It happened to me before once a shop told me they changed some part in my car but they had lied. I recommend this shop to number of my family members all of them are very happy with the scale of service. Everytime I go there, they are normally very busy, that tell me they have lot of customers. Anyway I am very satified with them.

Anybody else had their license plates light suddenly not working when bringing to annual sticker inspection? Never happened before. Have three cars. First time went, they told me rear plate lights not working. Replace the lights to pass. I paid and got it replaced. Checked my other cars to make sure I was not driving around with that issue. Second car in a couple months. Guess what, same issue!! Not sure what they do. Might be they remove fuse or something so that lights doesnt work anymore, and then you have to pay for the replacement bulbs and install, if you want the car to pass the sticker. Hope it was just me and they dont do it often to other customers.

Went there for a oil change and a brake check. 5 minutes later the sales associate comes out and tells me I need front and rear brakes with new rotors. He said that he could machine the rotors but they would still make noise so no warranty would be included. I asked him for the specs on my rotors and what the minimum for them are. He could not answer me but just told me I needed new rotors. I ask him to show me and when we went out to see the brakes, the tires were still on. I ask him how can you check brakes without taking the tires off. Hes answer was he knows since he has 15 yrs of experience. If you go to a real brake shop you will see them remove the tires to do a real brake check, in which they check the pads and use a micrometer to see if the rotors are able to be machine. Lastly they charged me $51 for a simple oil change. When ask why so much. He said I needed a special filter. I was never told this until it came to check out. Theyre all liars and thieves.

Over priced!!! Tried to charge me $40 for a valve stem. Went up the street and they said average price was $7 including labor.

Went in for inspection, guy wouldnt accept insurance proof with policy#, effective date....on nationwide agents letter head insisting on insurance ID, even the insurance agent called to confirm. Arrogant guy, unhelpful fellow. Id never go to this guy.

Worst customer service.The owner and the staff and horrible people. Don’t go to them.My dad went there today for an oil change, the owner (very rude) swiped his card way to many times and the bank put a hold on my dad account for “fraud” my dad called the bank and was trying to resolve this issue but the wait time was really long. The owner kept saying stuff like if you don’t have the money why do you come. My dad called me and said come with cash. I went there and the guy was so rude to me, had no respect for his customers and didn’t seem to care that we were his regular customers. Long story short, Never going back there.

These guys are idiots I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I could even the x press lubes right next to them,,, they all bunch of crocs and liars dont waste your money and go there .
