I have Primo Pool Care maintaining my pool. I recently bought my home and within a few weeks, it started turning green. It was quite disgusting. They came over, talked me through general pool maintenance, made great recommendations and most importantly, they got my pool crystal clear within just a few days. I was extremely satisfied with their timeliness, prices, professionalism and quality of work. I will continue to use their services and do recommend them to anybody that needs their pools serviced.

I have used Primo Pool Care for the last few years. In the beginning John the owner was very responsive to the needs of my pool and I had been satisfied with his company’s work. Last year I definitely noticed a decline in his company’s performance. He started off by raising his prices on the services he offered (not the chemicals he used which would be understandable) during the start of the pandemic when people were already struggling. He did this with no explanation to his loyal customers of which I was one. A couple of weeks after he opened my pool he came out to provide an additional cleaning which I had not requested. When I brought this to his attention he stated that he thought I wanted the bi weekly cleaning which I had had the year before. Once again not requested. He did waive the charge for that but when I did need a cleaning a couple of months later he was no longer available to provide me that service. I provided him with some constructive feedback about how I felt his customer service had deteriorated (especially for an established customer) and he seem to take offense that. I sought out his service to open my pool again this year and he has ignored my texts and phone calls. My son called on my behalf and is told that we canceled their company’s service last year and that they would have to speak to the owner, once again John, about it. I strongly don’t recommend using this service because if you voice the slightest bit of displeasure the company will cancel you.

Primo Pool care is a great team. They are prompt, take care of issues, and dont play games. Their work is good and estimates / Cost are very reasonable. They take complete care of my pool and hot tub, easily exceed my expectations.
