I had my iphone 6S battery replaced. It only took 20 minutes and the staff was friendly and quick. It also was much cheaper than other places - only $59 and then also had a $10 coupon for booking my appointment online!

I ordered online, no where did it tell me that this battery was on back order. I assumed that it was in stock and Id be receiving an email as soon as they pulled it off the shelf for me. Three days later and no call. I called yesterday 6/15 and the gentleman told me he had none in stock and they wouldnt even be available to order until Wednesday and that their orders come in on Thursday, so it would be NEXT Thursday before I would receive the battery. He was able to find the same battery at another local store. We hung up and he was supposed to call this store to make sure they had this battery in stock. He had suggested I cancel the order for his store and put in a new order for the other local store. So, of course, I never heard back from him yesterday. So I called this morning 6/16 and low and behold he had a battery there at the store for me, I said wow great...Ill come by and get it today, thats awesome! Fast forward 3 hours, I was literally about to load my kids up to go get said battery and I get a phone call that he was mistaken and that battery was in fact NOT mine, it was for another order! Now supposedly my battery will be there on Friday. I must say after all this I will not be using Batteries Plus anymore, Ill be taking my business elsewhere!

Dont buy your motorcycle batteries here. I purchased online using their websites fitment tool a year ago. The battery fit with a little persuasion. A year later the battery is bad, I go into the store to make a claim on the 2 year warranty and the manager tells me that the battery is not the one from my receipt. The manager did give me a replacement matching the one on my receipt but it doesnt fit my bike and they will not exchange it for one that does. If they gave me the battery listed on my receipt I would have known upon install it didnt fit and been able to return it to get a correct sized one. Their item codes do not match any item codes on the boxes the batteries come in nor is it listed on their website so it is impossible for the consumer to verify aside from taking their word for it. My receipt says 14L group size, the box says 15L and the manager assures me its a 14L. Contacted their corporate office customer service and basically they have no way to hold the store accountable as it is independently owned meaning the stores decision goes. Now I have a battery and warranty thats useless to me and have to spend $110 on a new battery because they gave me the wrong part from the very beginning.Bottom line, the store is probably fine for other stuff but triple check that what you purchased is what you get if youre purchasing something with a warranty.

Had searched online for the particular battery I needed. No one I spoke to could find what I needed until I called Batteries +. I talked with Calvin and Kenny and they assured me the battery they had would work. I ordered online and even got a discount...I picked up the battery, took it home and it fit perfectly and I installed it. Charging now...thank you Calvin and Kenny for your help.

This was my first time with this company and everything went better than expected. I called prior to see if they offered the service to fix my type of phone and to get prices. The associate even recommended I go online to make an appointment so I could get the coupon that came with it. I came in to get my phone repaired, they were super nice, it only took about 20 minutes and it was a great price! Ill definitely come back to them if I need it!

I wen to the Suffolk store for two things. I needed a small clock battery $3.99 and to recycle 2 LED lightbulbs. I was swiftly told that she had the battery, and she replaced it. Never mentioned price. She also said that it was a dollar or two to take the light bulbs because they had Mercury. Well, that took her two minutes to look up. I can drop these off at Home Depot or the library She stated she gave me a break for installing the battery. She never asked if I wanted it installed. Installation charges are $9.99! I received a $5 break. I walked out paying almost $12.00. My husband asked why I paid this. I said to warn everyone about these people. It is a sham. Her name is Renee. She manages the place.

I needed a new battery for my 1998 BMW K1200RS motorcycle and was distraught trying to find a local motorcycle shop that could help. Luckily a friend recommended batteries plus bulbs. Only only did they have the battery I need, but also had excellent customer service that offered other helpful products as well. Very knowledgeable staff and a great experience. I would recommend this store to any one.

Cheaper then auto shops, great price for car battery that was hard to find! Got a discount for ordering online and free installation! Added bonus that they have a memory device they hook up before removing your battery so I didnt have to reset everything in my car. Staff was friendly and fast!

The only reason I will give a 2 instead of a one where the polite and courteous staff members. But the overall experience and quality of the repair on my iPhone was not good at all. I was told on the phone that it would take about an hour. When I got there for my scheduled appointment they told me 2.5-3 hours. I called after 3 hours and was informed that the screen they had was wrong and had to get one from another store and that it would be another 4 hours. After picking up my phone and verified it’s function, I left. But the more I looked at it, the worse it got. The cheap knockoff generic screen looks terrible. The colors are washed out and faded looking with no contrast. I wish I’d had time to go to Norfolk to the Apple store and paid $20 more for an Actual Apple screen.Guess it’s a good thing I’m trading it in soon.

I recently went to the Batteries Plus in Suffolk off College Dr to have my iPhone battery replaced and screen repaired. The store manager, Renee, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend having them take a look at your phone before purchasing a new one. I had a great experience and look forward to visiting this location again when in need.

Our in- store experience was pleasant. Even though a sales associate was assisting another customer, we were acknowledged and told that someone would be assisting us shortly.Another sales associate provided us with a smile and was able to find the correct battery we needed for a John Deere riding garden tractor.We were also advised to use a battery maintainer to help extend the longevity of the battery which we have been using for years.Even though this stores location is quite far from our home, we would not hesitate to visit them again if necessary.

I left my Motorola (Verizon) cell phone at the Suffolk store for a battery change. When I went to pick it up, the phone, which was in perfect working order and was thoroughly tested when I dropped it off, the phone would not boot up. The clerk said that the phone wouldnt recognize the new battery. The clerk put my old battery back in and the phone worked fine. The clerk gave me my phone back and said that the only thing he could do is delete my order and not charge me for the service charge. I will never again use Batteries + to fix anything for me.

Placed an order online for store pickup. Received message on Sunday morning at 9am saying my order was ready for pickup. Showed up around noon only to find a sign on the door saying closed for inventory. The door was unlocked, so I walked in. The employees seemed confused that I was in the store and confused that my order had been marked ready for pickup. I saw the specific battery that I ordered hanging on a hook behind the register. I had to explain to them that I already paid and all they needed to do was hand me my battery and Id be on my way. Maybe they dont understand the whole order online, pick up in store premise. The idea is that I dont want to come to your store and search for the thing I need only for it to be out of stock or something. I want to show up, be handed what I want, and then walk out. It even lets you wait until youre good and ready for me to show up before sending me an email saying were ready. head on over. After sternly demanding that they hand me what I purchased, they forked it over and let me leave. What a waste of time. Youre better off just using Amazon Prime, saving a few dollars, and not even leaving your house. This place is run by amateurs who have no idea how to run a business.

This place has many batteries to offer. I would only go here for those hard to find batteries. Dont go here for your basic AAA, AA, C, etc, as they are more expensive here.

The folks working there have always been very helpful. Today they replaced an Iphone screen for us in less than an hour. I highly recommend them.

I came here at the recommendation of a friend to get the screen fixed on my iPhone 6s in 2 hours I had a new screen with screen protector for less than $100. Great service! Today I came back for a battery port issue on my son’s iPhone 5s they fixed it in about 3 seconds by cleaning out the port. No charge. I couldn’t be happier with their service or staff! I will always come here first for phone issues in the future.

Terrible service walked in, to no one at the front counter, walked around a bit looking for an LED headlight. Couldnt find the one I needed but noticed an employee in back just sitting there working on something. My little brother asked if he could order a specific light to which he got a very slow nod and an expressionless face and then proceed to turn back to what he was doing. I then walked up and asked are you working on something? To which I got the same nod and expressionless face showing that he truly didnt care that we were trying to purchase something, he then turned back to what he was working on and proceed to ignore us. We then left. This was awful service I dont encourage anyone to go to this store. To any managers wanting to know when this occurred; we were there on 2/10/19 at around 3:45pm.

Most battery plus employees are spot on, very helpful when they can be, wide variety of items other than batteries, but they have batteries for EVERYTHING, including motorcycle batteries. Never really crowed, usually have some kind of special, good store!

I normally receive great service but today I went to get a battery replaced in a watch in which I previously purchased a lifetime replacement warranty and was told that they had never changed my watch battery and would not change it because it was an expensive watch, YET, my phone number was in their system which showed I had previously purchased a battery. I placed an order here at 9:52 a.m. and it says it usually takes up to an hour for your order to be ready. After an hour I called to see what was going on with my order and the guy tells me we are out of what you ordered I was like well how come noone contacted me to tell me so that I could look at other stores the guy Lucas didnt say anything all I hear is the manager Renee on the phone now who was amazing and very nice and told me that I could come get a refund or wait until 4 PM to see if the batteries I ordered come in. She told me she would give me a call and I figured that she would be super busy and wouldnt have time to call, so I called around 7 something and I get another rude associate and she kept cutting me off as i was talking and asking questions. I am happy that I got some D batteries before the storm but some of these associates were just plain rude and I can understand the amount of pressure on them with everyone trying to prepare for the hurricane but its unacceptable for them to be as rude as they were today. Every part of the purchase was on point. I ordered the battery for my 2011 Ford F150, got an online discount. I went to the store to pick up the battery and it was on the counter ready fro pickup, total time in store approximately 3 minutes.

The employees there really know there stuff about any sort of battery. Ive been there once a couple of months ago to get a USB to car charger, but they were very helpful with selecting a car battery a few days ago.

They had the weird little battery that I needed in stock. Unlike Amazon and some others, I was able to buy just one.

They arnt on the same page as what they say they have on the internet. If its online and give you the store the store should have it.

Time will tell on the car battery quality but not happy with sales experience. Web site listed two choices to fit my wifes car. A 24 month battery and a less expensive 36 month battery. I bought the 36 month battery then drove across town to pick it up. It did not fit the car although the web site said its for the car.Now Im in a bind so had to shell out more for a 24 month battery that actually did fit. Wasted half a day and paid more than elsewhere just so I could get my wife running so she could make an appointment.Not at all pleased!

Have Any OF YOU Taken Your Phone Apart After Batteries Plus Worked On It?....WELL I DID! I had an Iphone 6 plus that I needed a battery for because it had sat unused for a long time & had died. Batteries plus replaced the battery. The phone powered up fine after this....but for some reason part of my keyboard for texting would not respond. Several letters on one side of the screen would not work at all & the clerk said that that was a motherboard issue & they could not fix that. I had just paid over $100 for a new battery but at this point I considered the phone nearly useless & figured something had went bad with the motherboard in the phone due to sitting so long & battery dying. I have used this phone as nothing but a music player for about a year now & guess what....THE BATTERY DIED AGAIN! with less than a years use & only as a music player mind you....so I decided I was going to replace tha battery myself this time considering I can get them on Amazon for $20 with kit & all & good instruction videos on youtube. Well once the battery came I sat down to begin taking phone apart & realized that batteries plus had not used any sealant to seal my phone back together. After taking the first 2 screws out the screen lifted right up with no prying or effort at all. I was like Hmmm....next I noticed that the little metal sheild to cover my computer wire ribbon connectors was never even reinstalled & low & behold one of the ribbons were not even securely connected!!! NEXT...there was only one screw holding the battery connector in place &&&&&&&&&& NO STICKY TAPE HOLDING THE BATTERY TO THE PHONE BOTTOM!!! This was unbelievable how poorly of a job they did for me!!! AND WORST OF ALL... I had reccomended friends of mine who needed batteries & screens to use them!! Once I got my phone all back together CORRECTLY.....everything now works perfectly again...including my keyboard! They had caused me to buy a new phone when it wasnt needed!! And couldnt sell because it wasnt working correctly.....Im lucky I didnt just throw it away! I guess they just thought....hey...they will never go inside this phone themselves so Im not going to worry about putting sheilds & screws back in place not to mention no tape to hold battery OR plugging wires in correctly!!! I am VERY upset with their service! I highly reccomend people do this themselves from now on! It is really pretty easy & MUCH MUCH CHEAPER! AND....You know it was done right!

I placed an order online, to be picked up in the store. Within an hour, I received a confirmation email that my order was ready for pickup. I went later the following day to pick up my order. I gave the person my name, he looked and didnt find my order. He asked to see my email receipt. I showed him and he wrote the order number info down, he went to look again and stayed gone a while and later came with a paper in hand (paper receipt) and then picked my order from off the shelf. In other words my order was not ready. I waited about 20 minutes in this store for a paid order that have not been processed.

I ordered a cell phone battery and when I came to the store to pick up the battery, It was immediately installed in my phone and found that it was NOT a battery problem, so I was refunded the charge on the spot. I have never dealt with a company that would refund a purchase in this manner.
