Love love love my new hair cut.what a fabulous job they did .I went from dark long stringy hair to short vibrant colors..Ive had hundreds of compliments..I highly recommend

Went there on a schedule appointment to get my hair done for an event that day, giving enough time to get what I wanted done which I spoke to the manager there and she told me it was fine. Got there as soon as I told her what I wanted she told me it can’t be done because some excuse that it takes time, explaining the situation and knowing what she was going to do because it was written down in the appointment she still denied me the service. Letting that go I ask her for a cut and curl at least and she did a poor, horrible job at it, not only she cut my curly/wavy hair when it was dry she curl my hair and said “hopefully it last to the event”. Never in my life had that indifferent kind of service from someone that just wanted to have the rest of the day off. Don’t waste your time is better paying someone that actually wants to work and make you look good.

Well, I normally do not write reviews but I felt the need to do it this time! I went in a few weeks ago at approximately 10:15 am. I asked the girl that was behind the desk if there was anybody there that could cut and color my hair...she said come back at 11.00. She told me it would cost 105.58 to do what I wanted. That’s more than I have ever paid but I was ready for a new look. When I got back at 11:00, the girl that did my hair was very nice and had a great personality. My hair was halfway down my back. Her hair was really cute...which I had my hair cut like that about 5 years ago. I asked her if she could do my hair bacically like hers. She said sure! The whole time I was sitting in there which was nearly 4 hours, the other hairdresser talked about everyone that came in to get serviced. It was very unprofessional to say the least. Fast forward...after she was done, I was so much disappointed. I’m not one to complain so I paid and left. Speaking of paying, at checkout time, the price went up to 120.00. She said because she flat ironed it, which it was a sloppy job. I so wish I didn’t go in there that day...it makes me sick every time I try to style my hair. I had to get my daughter to cut more of it because it was so uneven. I wanted to cover the gray up with haircolor but I do believe I have more now than I did before. Like I said, the hair stylist was a really sweet girl but she definitely needs some major training

The lady was really nice to talk to. But she got side tracked by people coming in and talking to her. She just kept cutting and cutting. My layers dont blend in. One side of my head my cut dont match the other. Its a totally whack job.

Took my daughter and myself for the works...full highlight is perfect, daughters color is vibrant, shampoo and condition smelled so good I baught the big bottles on sale for half price, the cuts and styling were both exactly what we asked for. Better service than high priced Ulta. I highly recommend.

Staff was extremely rude and it was extremely messy even for a salon. My haircut ended up being uneven and when asked if they would have someone else could fix it they said no. Took my business elsewhere!

I walked in, she was on her phone. And told me she would not have the time to do my hair. There was NO ONE in the store.
