If i could i would give this place 0 stars they set you up we was looking for a place because are lease was up looking to up grade well unfortunately its a down grade they wouldnt let us see the place till move in and when i say small and disappointed now we stuck in a lease

My wife and I moved in September. The dryer went out twice. Each time I was without a dryer for a month.On December 30th I called the emergency maintenance number about a leak in my ceiling. Nothing was done about it. I called again a few days after the New Year, they came and looked at it again, put in some insulation in the ceiling, and that was it. It is now February 7th, they have come to look at my ceiling multiple times, looked at the roof, but have not fixed the problem.There was a one inch gap in my window, where the window was not closing fully and letting in a terrible draft. I could not keep heat in my apartment, their solution was to spray some kind of foam inside the crack. Yet another example of a problem not fixed.The floors are not level. There are large gaps between floor boards. Some board have nails that stick up.The hallway to access the second floor apartments smells like mildew.Someones dog urinated all down the stairs in the side entrance months ago, and it has yet to be cleaned and smells terrible.People let their dogs defecate on the side walk and dont pick it up, even though there are bags provided.Trains go by all hours of the day and night, and it is LOUD.I would not recommend this property, or any other owned by Legend, unless you have absolutely nowhere else to go.UPDATE: It is now March 12th. There has still not been any fix with my ceiling leak. The light fixtures are faulty in the kitchen and bedroom. The bulbs burnt out the day of or day after they were replaced on multiple occasions. The dumpster has not been emptied in weeks and now there is trash all over the ground.

Absolutely terrible. They lose your paperwork. The repairs they make are terrible. My roof leaked. The property manager not once returned my phone calls. And they allowed tv repair men to enter my home without giving me a 24hour notice. Evertime does drugs in the apartment. Every other day I had the smell of weed and other burning substance would permeate through the floor. They wouldn’t do anything about it. They would let people animals pee and poop in the hallway and not clean it up. The hallways always smell of mildew.

Do not move here. Your car will be broken into and vandalized over and over by young teenagers from the neighborhood over. Management knows but doesn’t install cameras or do anything about it. Water leaks through my front door every time it rains hard. Nothing has been done about it, landlord is aware. For the price it isn’t worth it.
