I have been living at College Square Apartments for the past several months. The staff is nice and they have gone out of their way to help me with a smooth move in. Rosilyn gave me a tour of my apartment and helped me with any concerns I had while moving in. She was very attentive to my needs. I always see maintenance on the property responding to calls and the property is very clean as long as everyone is responsible. It hasnt been easy during the pandemic but the people here have helped me immensely and made my stay a lot easier than expected.

Management needs to get it together ! They are so unorganized ! Also some other things have fallen by the wayside since new management has taken over. The light is out in the entrance at night and they have yet to fix it. Maintenance doesn’t tend to the trash bins anymore causing all the trash to build up and making it look unappealing, litter problem, no monthly activities for the neighborhood.We miss Mackenzie, she had everything more organized.

I love living here for the most part, its quiet and my apt is an upgraded one. However, I wish something could be done about children congregating in the streets with their bikes and riding around our cars. Talked with management before. I would suggest monthly newsletters to reflect resident concerns being a priority. Visitors taking up resident parking spaces need to be addressed as well as towing. We renewed for another year hopefully these issues can be a priority.

Hello...I dont live here, but I have a sister who live here and everytime I visit her its so nice and quiet...Im hoping that by the end of November there will be a townhouse there available..I cant stand peoples over my head that dont respect what the manager be saying about surround sounds in our apartments...they have no respect...Im a Army Veteran and widower of a disable Marine Veteran...I need a peaceful and nice place to live...my lease ends in December and hopefully if not here, GOD will bless me with a townhouse, not another apartment...Be Bless & Safe Everyone!🙏

We have a mouse problem. Within a span of about a month we have had 4 mice, our back storage closet constantly has mouse droppings and we find droppings in the corners of our kitchen. managemt has been notified and they have tried to fix the problem by providing mouse traps but that doesn’t stop them from somehow finding their way in. We have small children and feel very uncomfortable and still have 9 months on our lease. I really liked living here until the problem became apparent and would just simply like to feel comfortable in my own home but it seems we are on our own.

I absolutely loved living out here! Had to move to be closer to work but I had no complaints. Area was quiet and they do fun things for residents each month which are always cute and fun.

No, i do not live here but i do live close by and a friend of mine stayed there & it was so beautiful and peaceful. I want to live there.
