I’m giving two stars because the property itself was very beautiful, well kept and spacious. It was our tour guide who is worthy of a 1 star experience. She was very rude and condescending, she even snatched my husband’s ID from his hand, and was very intrusive by asking our monthly income during the tour. She never even offered or allowed us to sit down to go over floor plans. On top of that we did not receive a brochure but the individual who left out before us did. I’m not one to pull the race card but she definitely treated us as if we were beneath her.

Hope you love the smell of trash permeating through the hallways cause youre going to get it here. The whole place is just so dirty and unkempt. Im also a big fan of the near constant construction noise during the day. I cant even use my balcony anymore since they put in the carwash. The loud fan drying the cars ruins the atmosphere. Cant wait to move out

We moved here after selling our house very quickly and with limited time to find a new home. We feel very lucky that we ended up here at 3800 Acqua. Brooke, the property manager really worked with us and helped us make a smooth transition and get into our unit as soon as possible. The office staff and the maintenance staff are all exceptional. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the communication is on point. The complex is beautiful, very well maintained and has lots of community space and great restaurants. We love living here and are grateful for our new home.

I’ve lived here for over a year now (just renewed my lease last month) and I can say without a doubt that I truly enjoy living here. Apartment living is not my favorite but 3800 is so great that I don’t even mind it anymore. The ladies in the front office are the absolute best. They genuinely care about everyone and they constantly go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The maintenance crew is also great! Super quick with addressing everything and they’re such friendly/trustworthy people. Feeling safe is extremely important to me and I definitely feel that here. All the residents I’ve met have been very nice and respectful as well. I’ve even made quite a few friends here that’s how nice everyone is. Walls are thick, I can barely hear my neighbors. The concrete floors (only in some units) are awesome for people who have pets. Overall, if you’re looking for a nice, safe, quiet, and enjoyable place to live, definitely check this one out!

What a beautiful community! I love the resort feel! The staff is amazing and very down to earth. The resident’s monthly engagement is always well thought out! We are looking forward to next month’s resident social!If it was one thing I would suggest would be to implement a phone system where residents could unlock the outside doors to get to the elevator for their guests.

NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN! People drive around here like absolute maniacs! And the smell of the swamp behind the building. AWFUL!

The apartments are amazing! The staff is awesome to work with and are always on point. When we went for a tour they really took care of us and the atmosphere was just so warming! Shout out to Brooke who made the transition very smooth for my son when he decided he wanted to make this his home! He loves it and I love it! Acqua is definitely 5 STARS!!!

Pictures make this place look fantastic but man does it disappoint. Staff was unhelpful and maintenance would take forever to fix anything.

I really love this apartment complex. From the leasing office staff, to the neighbors, to the community. It is beautiful. I have never had to wait for anything, and everything has always been taken care of for me. I never have to wait for maintenance or anything. This is a beautiful brand new property, where all of your needs will be met. If you are looking for some place to call home. Come on in. You will love it trust me.

For someone looking to move out to Suffolk i was really impressed by pictures and website for complex.It was actually are 1st choice but for trying to setup a tour and to even get a answer from an email is very difficult.If you want foljs to move to your complex it may help to answer them and not start emails over 6 different times and still have nothing setup.We have moved on from thinking about this choice which is sad.

Love my apartment! It has almost been a year. Miss Brooke is awesome and everyone in the leasing office are very nice and helpful. Probably will do one more year.

I have lived here for 8 months now, and I really like the place. Other people have complained about thin walls, but I have never heard my neighbors. Once in a while I might here the person upstairs walking in their kitchen, but that is a rare occasion. I never hear people next to me.The pool is fantastic, and I spent quite a bit of time out there in the summer meeting people. Everybody seems really nice. Having the clubhouse available is great, because they have TVs we can watch sports on while having a little get-together.The only thing I am not happy about, which the apts really cant address, is the construction, which will be over at some point, but is just annoying right now. Also, the main road tends to be pretty loud. I wish I had an apartment in the back so I didnt have to hear it so much.The office people are really nice, and some of the maintenance people I have met are as well.All in all, its a nice place to live, and would recommend it to others.

Apartments are amazing and everything is up to date. I don’t have any problems living here and if I did they were always taken care of within 24 hours. No noise or violence issues. The front office is amazing and the staff is on point ! These apartments are honestly a GEM and every guest I’ve had have fallen in love with this complex! I love living here!

This is a beautiful apartment with a very modern look, and the are is lovely. They have a great staff, thats always quick on responding and acting on any issues you have. The restaurants are amazing. Ive been here for a couple months now and I just dislike the fact that the wall are so thin. You hear everything above you and beside you very clearly and I mean everything! If you dont care about stuff like that then its perfect for you. but personally I dont particularly like that fact that it sounds at times like Im living in the same room as my neighbors. Ive always chosen to stay on the bottom floor but this kinda changed that view, Id suggest getting a top floor,

The apartments are beautiful, however the walls are extremely thin, and I’ve had an awful, persistent noise coming from the ceiling that goes on night and day, causing me to lose quite a bit of sleep. I contacted maintenance and even sent a video of the noise and they said they “didn’t see/hear any issues.” I would say pass on this apartment, with how much you have to pay a month, it isn’t worth losing sleep, especially if you work long hours. When I get home, I just want to sleep, and lately I haven’t been able to because of this noise.

Poor maintenance service for after hours emergencies, have left no less than TEN voicemail messages for service since Saturday at 6pm. I guess all the nice amenities didnt include prompt maintenance attention!

Literally the most amazing apartment complex. This place really has it all. I don’t normally write reviews but this place deserves one. Brooke, one of the property managers, responded to all my emails and calls so promptly. There was one incident after a storm where the fire alarms were malfunctioning and the staff organized for everyone to get a box of food/wine from TASTE and $100 off rent to say sorry. I was blown away by how they put so much effort into making an unfortunate situation right by all the residents. Everyone is so friendly here. The food options located underneath the complex are to die for. 10/10 great place.

This is by far the best apartment community I have ever lived at! The apartments are beautiful and the office staff is the best! Brooke did an amazing job moving us in and making the process as easy as possible, Nick & Shantae did a great job making us feel welcomed, Sheri & Casey are super helpful and definitely on top of making sure the residents are happy! All in all, the leasing staff at 3800 made us feel at home!10/10 recommend moving here!

For the money you pay to be at this complex it is the worse. From months of fire alarms going off randomly from anywhere between 12 and 3am to mice in the apartments and weed smells from neighboring apartments it’s really ridiculous.
