Great experience from start to finish. The salesman, Austin, was professional, courteous, and answered all our questions. He explained in detail the products they offered and provided an estimate timely, as promised. The office staff was friendly and efficient in notifying us of the status of our order, and in scheduling the installation. Kamrell uses their own crews for installation, not subcontractors. The installation crew was professional and did a great job. They arrived on time, were meticulous when removing the old windows and doors, and when installing the new ones. This was such a great experience we have already recommended this company to friends and neighbors.

Our window project had many delays caused by production difficulties at the manufacturers. Once in, Kamrell did a great job! Our complaints all were due to some quality issues during manufacture and had nothing to do with the installation which was great. Adam was sent to our home to correct our various complaints and did and outstanding job and corrected every problem on our list. He really is outstanding and we are satisfied with our Kamrell experience.

Awesome company and great experience. We had hurricane windows put on our house and the windows arrived right on time and were put on in less than two days by a very professional crew. I don’t normally like to recommend a company for anything, BUT, I would make an exception with Kamrell Windows. Definitely consider them if you are looking to have windows put on. You will like the service and the price.

The windows arrived on time and the installation time was actually shorter than they had estimated. The installation team was professional, worked hard and got the job completed in a timely manner. Our main installer was James. He was great. Communicated with us throughout the installation and made sure everything was picked up and cleaned up a the end of each day. Windows are a major investment in a home. You get what you pay for and Kamrell was worth the money. I highly recommend them.

We cannot say enough good things about Karmrell Windows and Doors. We recently had them replace 34 windows and doors in our home. From the honest, gimmick free quote, to the timely installation, and excellent follow up, Kamrell is the best. Daniel and his crew did a wonderful job during the installation. Every window and door fit perfectly. They did an amazing job of keeping everything clean and picked up every day of the installation. After installation came the stucco repair crew, and they did a great job. Highly recommend Kamrell.

We had Kamrell come to evaluate and repair all the windows and doors in our home. Adam came and efficiently and very honestly gave our entire house the once-over. Even in spite of the crazy Covid obstacles in getting supplies to repair things, Kamrell was on top of every element in the project. I am so happy we did this. What an amazing experience! Kamrell just installed 15 impact windows for us. Not only did they finish in 2 days but their work is impeccable. We dont have to touch up paint or anything!! Super professional from the estimate to installation. Would recommend them to anyone!

It was a good experience to see how clean, efficient and fast Kamrell installed our eleven windows in ONE day. We are very happy with the windows they look terrific. A great company to do business and I highly recommend them.

Install went fine 3 years ago, now I had a piece go bad and I’m going on 3 weeks trying to get it addressed. They don’t call me and I’m forced to chase after them. Patty was extremely rude and had an attitude because I asked a couple questions about the door’s warranty and had nothing but excuses for me. It’s unfortunate because I held them in higher regard and recommended them to multiple people but at this point, I cannot continue to do that. Their warranty work and service after the fact is horrible and the treatment from Patty is probably the worst part.

We had our windows done last year and I have never worked with a kinder more professional company ever. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. We are getting ready to start the next set of windows and will definitely be hiring Kamrell again.

I was trying to get an estimate to have my exterior front door replaced. I made an appointment over the phone and the receptionist was very nice. On the day of my appointment no one called or showed so I called Kamrell to see what happened. A few hours later I got a text from Austin telling me he was sick and hed try and come by the next day. Never heard anything from them again via call or text. I guess Im supposed to chase someone down to get their business.In reply to owners comment below, this was late September. My name is William B.954-610-XXXX. My appointment was setup directly with Austin a few days in advance. He didnt show and I called. Then he texted hed get in touch with me the next day. That never happened.

They came when they said they would, they gave us a good price, and the windows look great. We would use them again!
