Liberty Impact Windows and Doors did exceptional work for me on two sliders that went into my townhouse. Justin Martin handled the sales of the windows and was knowledgeable, informative, and gave me an honest timetable as to when the doors would be manufactured and available for install--which was completed far in advance of the original estimate, which was a nice surprise. The install crew of Corey and Chad did a great job. My original sliders were the original item in my townhouse, and they took a bit of prying to remove. When they did, they incidentally took a few pieces of tile with it, but their project manager Mike bought new tile and Corey and Chad replaced it and were very thorough with the replacement and clean up. The thorough nature of their work, and their attention to detail are the most impressive, and that is critically important for me, to have peace of mind that my windows will stand up to the harsh weather of hurricane season. Once again, a job well done by Justin, Corey and Chad; and everyone at Liberty Impact Windows. Highly recommend for any home project!

Chris and his crew installed a combination of impact french doors, picture windows, and single hung CGI Sentinel series in bronze powder coat which exceeded our expectations. The installation crew were true professionals, took the time to explain their process, covered furniture in plastic sheeting, and cleaned up along the way. We were kept informed throughout the process and came away with a great experience. Reggie was our first face to face with Liberty. He arrived on time, was very informative about our situation. We did other estimates and decided on Liberty not only for price but their personal approach to what would be best for us. Having already installed accordion shutters they were able to supply replacements to continue using our shutters without the added expense of hurricane windows. Ordering took a bit longer DUE TO PANDEMIC but a personal call from Reggie kept us informed all the way to confirming the installation day. Installation took a day and a half the crew, Chad & Cory, were exceptional! Knowledgeable and so pleasant. They cleaned up very well as well. We would highly recommend their services representing Liberty.

DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!! I have had an ongoing job for months now that still remains undone - the utter incompetence from top to bottom (with the exception of the office staff) is unparalleled in any experience Ive had - from Comcast - yes better than this company!- to my recent roof install (Please see my GLOWING review for them and note that I try to support local family owned companies so it PAINS me to destroy one in a review). They destroyed walls, sills and cut enormous areas of stucco away and left it unsealed, unprotected and with huge gaps AND THIS WAS ON THEIR SECOND INSTALLATION OF THE SAME WINDOWS. Crooked installations abound, one so glaringly the inspector laughed in disgust. Jeff -THE OWNER - of the company is wholly unaccountable - after seeing the job himself and agreeing it was terrible and OBVIOUSLY incomplete, he has ghosted me, forcing his staff to provide cover for him while he avoids accountability for his terrible management.Pictures will be posted shortly

Normally I am not the type of person to post a review online but my experience with Liberty Impact was truly amazing and I want them to get the recognition that they deserve. We had debated getting impact windows on our home for several years because the windows we had were so old and outdated. The biggest reason why we were hesitant to get them was due to our perceived thoughts on how much they would cost. However after meeting with several companies, liberty impact’s pricing and customization of all of their windows totally blew us away. It made the decision very easy to go with them because of how knowledgeable they were about what they were doing and their constant professionalism throughout the entire process. The crew that worked on the installation were incredibly talented, professional, and displayed a work ethic that I have not seen from a lot of contractors in our area. Ultimately the windows turned out beautiful, and completely transformed our home. It is an amazing feeling to pull up to my house and see how much different it looks because of the work that Liberty Impact did. I cannot tell you how many neighbors have stopped by to tell us how great our house looked because of what your company has done for us. My house has been completely transformed from an aesthetic standpoint, and now has an added layer of protection during hurricane season as well. The best feeling in the world was seeing the windows installed and then throwing out all of our old shutters because we would never need to use them again!!!Lastly, I really wanna give a special thanks to Reggie Wall who was the sales assistant and representative that we worked with throughout the entire process. He was so amazing, knowledgeable, and patient with us the entire time. I think at one point he had five or six different drawings and quote options for us because we could not decide exactly what we wanted until we priced out everything and did a full review of our house to see what upgrades were needed. He was just amazing. Anytime we had a question, he would call us or email us back immediately. Honestly, he made the entire experience so easy from start to finish. We were grateful to have him help us as much as he did!

My daughter and I reached out to Liberty Impact and they selected Justin to come to our home, and we are very glad he did! Justin has done a number of jobs in Summerfield and knew what our HOA manager expects of contractors. Not only did Justin hear out our case for urgency, he responded by measuring our sliding glass doors at 8am and giving us a proposal the very next morning at 8am. My daughters were present to ask a barrage of questions and Justin answered everything honestly, and with patience.Pricing and timeline were very important. Libertys timeline was the best and even though the price was a little more than some of the other companys we talked to, Justin explained that their pricing included the financing fee for Synchrony and that as a Summerfield resident he would personally oversee our project and handle the HOA for me. That was welcome news!When it was time for install Liberty selected Jorges crew and we could not have been happier. They were energetic and engaged installers who clearly knew what they were doing with large glass sliding doors. Plastic walls with poles were setup around each opening as well as sheeting for the floors. There was barely any dust by the time they were through! Jorge truly cares about his installs, I would ask for him again.All in all our project was installed right at the end of our projected timeline and Justin was true to his word and was present every other day of install and made sure to call us at the end of each day for a quick update. He even took the time to handle and fix an incorrect handle issue so that we got the correct ones! Great experience and I highly recommend anyone in Summerfield or the surrounding communities speak with Justin and Liberty Impact Windows!

If I was able to give zero stars I would! I ordered 13 hurricane windows and 1 double 36 inch door 72x80. Salesman was super slickster and he got my 1/2 down. We saw that order didn’t have UV rated windows on 2 “slickster” said “I got it taken care of. Told 12-16 weeks as per contract. Windows showed up at around 12 weeks, I called “slickster” and said we’re the other 2 widows delivered correct? “Slickster” said I personally looked at and touched every window your good! Window installer showed up and I had to run for an appointment. Came back and to my horror they installed a pickup window cracked top to left bottom to top. I was told it was broke after instal…my ring doorbell video shows different. The 2nd master bedroom window approximately 8ft wide x tall was “rain glass” and bathroom was clear. The 2 windows “slickster” touched weren’t UV rated…..we ordered EVERYTHING Miami dade rated, doors and windows, paid xtra even tho we didn’t need. “Owner” Connor so he told me showed up with his engineer and reordered all windows he tried to just reorder glass for picture window again saying “It broke after instal” I showed ring video showing different. By the way….no doors! I contacted building inspector he came out and said “this is horrible I’ll call owner Jeff” Jeff? Connor said he was owner? Jeff called said he was the owner on permit and windows were re ordered. Gotta call from Jeff and was told windows were in and I needed to pay for prior to install. I said not a chance! By the way still no doors….windows ended up getting installed and I paid balance minus missing screen and door….couple weeks later door was in. I asked new “engineer” if doors were correct size and the handles I ordered were right he said “handles are on doors and they are correct we’ll install Friday. Gotta call Tuesday saying they had a screw up on an ok from a POA and his guys had no work could they install today. After manovering my schedule I made it work for noon. I was in and out but heard installers who spoke little English saying “doors poo poo”. After 7 hours of install…….wrong doors! 2 34x76 not 36x80. AND as I found out not Miami dade rated….”slickster” lied yet again. Door flunked inspection by inspector and after 2 weeks of texting and calling I can’t get warranty on windows screen that want installed etc. I had to put permit in my name and hire another contractor to instal door! Again if I could give this company a zero I would. If there lips are moving be careful!

We are extremely satisfied with the sales & service we received from Liberty Impact windows and doors. From their knowledgeable sales team explaining window and door options to the professional installation we were very pleased. We originally planned on putting impact windows on just the second floor but after witnessing their detailed work, we called Liberty back and had the entire house outfitted- the front entry door is stunning. Our neighbors were inquiring about the detailed work so we had our neighbors over who then also purchase products from Liberty.

I had two sliding glass doors with impact glass installed. They replaced the original sliders that were in my townhouse. They look great, and Im looking forward to not having to put shutters or plywood up on my 2nd floor windows. Justin did a great job keeping me updated on the production shipping phases of my widows, and then Mike and his crew did a great job on the replace and install. They were efficient and thorough and cleaned up well before they left. When the locks/latches seemed to not latch properly initially, Mike and Justin both came out the day after the install and remedied the issue. This was a job well done from a company and employees that strive to satisfy their customers.

When I chose to put hurricane impact windows in, I checked around, read reviews and looked at the BBB website. I chose what I felt were the top three companies to meet with for comparison and quotes. I was not impressed with the first company that came to give a flimsy, lacking presentation with a “low-ball” quote. However, as soon as I met with my second appointment, salesman Justin Martin with Liberty Impact Windows and Doors, I knew I’d found the business for me!! I called and cancelled my 3rd company as I knew I was picking the best with Liberty!! Justin was not just a sales person, but was very knowledgeable of the entire impact glass process, aesthetics, building industry and so much more. If I had a question, he’d have the answer, or would quickly get one. Justin kept in contact with me through the entire process. With COVID-19 causing delays, personnel issues/safety protocols, and other issues, ...the time line was a little longer, BUT WELL WORTH THE WAIT!! Justin, and Project manager Matthew, kept me up on where things were and created a smooth delivery and install!! The crew were very professional, timely and kept everything clean as they worked. Each evening they cleaned up things so as not to cause an inconvenience for me. I had all my windows changed to impact, as well as two sliding glass doors changed to impact French doors, and a beautiful front impact door with a small glass insert. Inspections passed, clean-up was done and the results are beautiful!!! The windows and doors provide a great sense of security for any storms, noise and break-in. Liberty is AMAZING. They just did my impact windows. I got 4 different estimates prior to choosing a company. Their price was 10k less than the next lowest price, but definitely not because of quality. Justin, with Liberty, was the only person that had the integrity to tell me my 6 sliders were a custom size- which significantly increases the price of them. I could choose to do the custom size, or they could build up my stucco 4 inches on the floor wall of the lanai to make them a stock size. That greatly reduced the price with no aesthetic difference. I was given options and recommendations for the larger windows in regard to style and layout, and ended up choosing something that I didn’t even know was available. I certainly wasn’t given these options from the other companies. From start to finish, I was repeatedly thankful I chose Liberty. Justin took care of all the permits, HOA approval, and whatever else is needed by the city/ neighborhood to do the job that I don’t know about (but don’t need to know about because it was taken care of). Sergio and his team did a fantastic job installing my sliders and windows- most of which are floor to ceiling. They were respectful of the property, kept the house and grounds clean, and even changed the door handle and lock on my front door after they installed it because I gave them the special one that I had bought too late. Matt, the project manager, kept track of how the project was progressing daily and communicated with me about the timeline. There was an issue with the tracks for the slider screens arriving from the company that made them, but Justin has kept communication regarding when they will be in, and is very meticulous about what has been completed, and what still needs to be completed. Included in the price of the windows is a cleaning service to make sure the windows are cleaned, along with all the dust that naturally occurs during the installation process. Liberty is the only company that offered that as a service. They are honest, professional, and had the best quality windows. I would not choose anyone else. Ask for Justin, Matt, and Sergio!

The Good folks at Liberty Impact Windows and Doors just completed a replacement of five windows and four sliders in my Devosta Home. From start to finish it was an awesome experience. There Sales person Justin was knowledgeable, and responsive to all of my questions, he was diligent in providing me the best and most reasonably cost windows for our home. If he did not know something, he did not BS me, he got answers. The project Manager and engineer for our job was Matt, he also did and excellent job explaining the windows and the installation process, he also did all of the final measuring, which had to be very accurate. It took about two months to get the windows, which I was informed of in the beginning. Matt called me when they came in and set up the install date, Libertys installation crew are in house employees, they are not outside contractors, so I knew who was coming. The install crew were great, nice guys, that you felt safe with, having them in your home, Todd was the foreman, a very nice guy, sorry I cant remember all of the crews names. There were four to five techs doing the install, it took three days, they were neat and cleaned up, when they finished their day, all precautions were taken not to damage anything in our home during the install process. After the job was finished,, it had to be inspected by the Martin County Building Inspector, I could not be at home to meet the inspector so Matt arranged for Libertys lovely Office Administrator and Permit girl, Cristina, to come to my home and meet with the inspector to let him in for the inspection. The Inspection went without any hitches. After the inspection, a couple Liberty Techs came back to the house the same day to remove the stickers on the windows, clean them, and installthe screens. I was very impressed with that!!. I now have beautiful new top of the line, Impact windows and patio doors. Im a very pleased Liberty Impact Windows and Doors customer. I would recommend this company to anyone, wanting to upgrade their windows.A pleased Martin County Customer.

Great quality doors and they look fantastic. However, the installation was not we expected, especially for the price. The metal threshold was damaged due to the hole being drilled incorrectly for the double door and the weather stripping has a small opening at the corner of the door. They tried to fix the weather stripping by placing shims under it. Both threshold and stripping look horrible. Expressed my concerns to the owner and they said it would be taken care of. Havent heard back from them since.

We had an enclosed patio with vinyl windows and wanted to enclose it with impact windows. Conner and his team did a great job, we had a couple hiccups along the way but they handled everything great and we couldn’t be happier. We got 4 or 5 estimates and they didn’t hesitate to give me a great price and I would highly recommend them.

I do not write many reviews but needed to let everyone what an AWESOME experience we had with Liberty Impact Windows and Doors. In our quest to change all the windows in our home to impact glass we met with several contractors to give us estimates and advice (several of them advertise on radio and TV). All of these companies had high pressure sales practices. Then a friend recommends we contact Connor at Liberty Impact Windows and Doors. Connor came to our home to measure the windows. The next day gave us a proposal and explained what made them different. There was no high pressure sales just a professional presentation with the information we needed to make our decision. The installation was done for the agreed price and on time. Their workers respected our home and were so clean and neat we hardly knew any work was being done. I highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again if the need ever arises.

First off, we chose liberty windows because they came out at the lowest quote with the least amount of lead time. Connor was great to deal with and my instinct was to feel that something would go wrong and this was too good to be true. The team is very knowledgeable and professional and the installers were careful and neat. Installing PGT impact resistant windows and doors was the best decision and so was having Liberty do the project.

Excellent install of my Double Impact Entry Doors! They pulled the permit, replaced rotted wood, installed the door, and put in new finish trim... It is square and works perfect. Price was good too! I recommend Connor and Liberty Impact Windows and Doors.
