Office personnel were extremely personable and helpful. The whole process went well except for length of time to get the windows delivered. I realize the company was not at fault. Would use them again.

Unfortunately I have had a very poor experience with this company. It took almost 8 months to get my vinyl windows for my patio. After installing windows, they leaked the first time it rained. When I called them to let them know, I was told that the vinyl windows are not meant to keep out the rain. This truly blew my mind, why would anyone get windows if not to keep the rain out!! I have repeatedly called to find some resolution but the owner refuses to call me back.

I was pleased with the way Nancy handled the problem of the manufacturer initially sending the windows with the tinted glass backwards. Mistakes can happen, but the way Nancy took care of it was very professional, timely and I was kept informed of the progress.The installer, Lamar, was great and should be commended for his knowledge, his workmanship, his attitude and his professionalism. I was happy with everyone I had contact with at J.B. Aluminium. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

I typically do not write reviews, but the service here was awful. I called them on 3/29 to schedule an appt for someone to come out and provide a quote for my screened in patio. I was told someone would give me a call back. Needless to say I didnt receive a call so I called them on 4/7.I was put on hold numerous times, so I hung up. Someone called me back and transferred me to a Jessica who assured me someone would reach out to me before the end of the day. The call was placed to them at 1:30pm. No call back received. I called them back on 4/8, no answer phone just rings. I ended up just going elsewhere. If the service is this bad before I pay for the actual work to be done, I dont want to know what the service would be like after I pay and is waiting for the work to be completed. Im guessing they just dont need the business.

Overall had a really good experience. Called in to request a few parts I needed and they had them ready the following Monday. Customer service was definitely 5 stars. Steve took care of what I needed with no errors.

Horrible customer service. I was blown off twice when given an entire day to wait for them and then when the manager said he would make it up to me, he couldn’t make an hour window that he scheduled in his calendar right in front of me. I LIVE 200 YARDS BEHIND THE BUILDING. Don’t give these people your business, O’Donnell is a much better company. I don’t know about the product, but my rating is a generous reflection of how they treat people.

Terrible service, no follow-up.

They do a great job installing their product, however if you need to have something corrected or fixed forget about it. Ive been waiting months with no calls no nothing. Communication leaves a lot to be desired. Hence my mixed review.

Had them scheduled to come give me an estimate today at 3:30 on a screen in closure. No one called to confirm appointment. So I called them to make sure they were still coming no one ever showed up I called back three or four times was put on hold for 5-12 minutes each time.Someone was getting a supervisor no one ever picked up the phone so I hung up and called back and told him not to bother coming. Well on to the next company maybe Jensen Beach Aluminum doesn’t need my money. Oh well !

Steve is outstanding. Picked up my aluminum railing yesterday and with his great customer service went above and beyond! Thank you.

From sales to installation A+. This was an awesome experience! The build crew was exceptional, on time, great communication, and by far, exceeded my expectation. I would recommend them to my friends.

They always have just what I need. If its not in stock they will order and have it within days. Window and patio door parts.

Had a screen enclosure built and persistently leaked and leaked. Took approximately 2 years to completely rectify after threatening lawyers and going to the state. Sent multiple different installers putting down 1 anothers work. Experience was a complete nightmare.

Ive heard for years that JBA was a great company. I had 8 large windows installed in my lanai and I can say it was professionally done. Great workers, detailed job, and it looks great. The job has added another year round room that I can enjoy with pleasure. Thanks John, Harold, and Bobby for your excellence.

Unfortunately the work was never completed. I’ve never even received a quote. On June 18, I spoke with the sales person from Jensen Beach aluminum. I was told that he could not make it up the following week but he would give me a call and let me know when he’s in the area and maybe I could meet him while you take measurements. Well it’s 23 days later and I still haven’t received even a phone call from Jensen Beach aluminum not to mention the sales person.

When I had screens repaired they were great. Now I have a problem with the aluminum frame on my porch and have called 5 times, was told the service crew would call back each time but nothing. I was more than patient.

When others couldnt or wouldnt, Rob and Rick from JBA performed outstandingly. Im passing this 5 Star recommendation to all. Greg in sales kept everything running smoothly. Thanks for everthing.

I went in to get materials and was told I had to work with a sales person. I made an appointment, the person came out, spent an hour with me and 8 months later Im still waiting for a quote.
