Thank you for caring about your customers and providing the BEST EVER service.This review is long overdue. The change from Metro was so seamlessly done with help from Manu, who was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Her customer service is right on! She answered all of our questions and wasnt pushy about selling the high priced phones. Even after we got home, my son had a problem with his phone and she talked him through it right over the phone. I was very skeptical about changing my service just to save $20 a month. Totally worth it. I will recommend this Boost store to everyone. A family owned business that treats customers right.

Bought a new phone here on 12/22 and had a glass screen protector installed for an extra 20 dollars. Within a couple of days it started to lift. I took the phone back and was told that they do not replace any accessories after 24 hours. WILL NOT GO BACK

Customer service was excellent and they has exactly what I wanted and at the expected price unlike other companies.

Had nothing but the worst experience here. I was sold a phone with a new activation and was skeptical at first, as an incentive the sales associate whom I believe to be the Owners Wife??? Anyhow she told me that I could have the case and tempered glass for free included with the new activation. Turns out there was an Instant rebate on the phone and the sales associate never told be about the incentives of activating a new line and charged me for the accessories regardless. The case was an aftermarket case that broke 3rd day and Temp glass fell off the day after. Accessory totaling $60 that I was charged on my receipt. When I went to ask why I was charged for the Free accessories the husband was working that day and gave me nothing but sarcasm and wanted me out the store. I do not recommend ANYONE to go here.
