Store is great! Service was awesome! Make sure you see Jody, he is very informative and knows how to utilize any discounts or offers to ensure you are getting the best service and products from Verizon. He advised me of the Verizon Credit card which will also save me money on my monthly bill and has many perks. Dont buy online, visit the store and ask for Jody. Online can get really confusing AND you might miss out on offers/discounts.
I spoke with the manager over the phone to see what was available. I am so relieved that I did, because I was able to get an outstanding deal and still keep my business number. He had everything set up for me when I got to the store and his staff was so helpful to me, while I had so many questions about what to get for my new phone. I was able to take my time shopping and not feel rushed like most stores. Jody took the time to teach me so many things on my phone that were a lifesaver and I lost absolutely no info. Jody even called to check up on me several times to help me complete setting up case warranty, etc... I have never been so impressed with a manager who treats their store as if he owned it. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to find someone special and youve got that in Jody! He is a valuable asset and has made me a FOREVER customer, with THIS store ❤

Best experience Ive ever had purchasing a new phone! Darrall was so helpful and able to answer all of my questions. He transfered all of my info with ease and installed my case and screen protector quickly. If you are in the market for a new phone or just have a few questions, Darrall is your man. Not only did he make the process easy, he even personally checked back with me a few days later to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Great customer service!

Worst customer service ever experienced at a Verizon store. The manager was rude, condescending and would not sell me a car charger, because I had cashHe wanted all my personal information for a cash sale. He would not sell it to me without my personal information.
Hubert was one of the most helpful workers I have ever met. Not only did he solve our issue he explained to us exactly how to tackle the situation and point us in the right direction in case we ever run into the same problem. Very professional and polite I might change my services to Verizon just because of my experience.
Only one employee working the front of the store. Unbelievable that with only a few customers in the store that you could still wait almost an hour just for some attention. The actual store itself looks like it’s going out of business. Literally no reason for this location to have 4.5 stars.

Jody & his entire team are SO knowledgeable! I’ve been a Verizon customer for 12 years and never ONCE have i experienced the level of customer service that this store gave me. Jody was extremely honest about everything from the beginning & made sure to be thorough in the process. He also went into detail about my plan, put me on a new plan with more value because my plan was outdated. The store was clean, neat & inviting. I didn’t feel like a customer, i felt like a guest & that made me feel comfortable & confident in my decision to upgrade all 4 of the lines on my account. Jody & team, you guys are great! I am writing this review after a month of pure chaos dealing with the errors GoWireless has made to my account.This all started when I wanted to add 2 lines to my account in order to take advantage of the iPhone special that was happening. Ordered in the phones on a thursday and had everything set up to come on sunday to complete the process. Lets just say the process did not go as planned.The person I was originally working with was off so I dealt with the female associate that works there on the weekends. Before starting the whole process we asked if we should have the Sprint phones paid off before porting over to Verizon. Which we where informed if they where not paid off that Sprint could charge us the full amount of the current phones we had. That was false. While we where on the phone with Sprint the associate decided it was a good idea to go ahead and cancel our Verizon order because she didnt think we where going to get the phones. By her doing that it reverted everything on my account to basically freeze.Continuing onto 5 hours YES 5 HOURS! of her trying to undo her mistakes, she basically recharged my account for 2 upgrades and activation fees. Causing the system not to see one of my numbers as being new, which canceled out my BOGO iPhone deal.I bought 3 phones and added 2 new lines that day. Just to end up with a monthly bill of almost $700 because of someone assumptions. I am very disappointed with my experience at this location. YOU SHOULD NOT! let someone run a store by themselves if they have no idea what they are doing.My advice to anyone visiting this location please please please know who you are dealing with and what their knowledge is before letting them deal with your money.

Two stars only because of an unspoken at-time-of-purchase so-called activation fee which only shows up in billing. My being a long-time Verizon customer who was not told of this fee did not matter to the clerk. Beware.
This store provided me with the least ethical sales experience I have EVER experienced in my life. The branch manager, Jodi (?), was the one to help me. Car salesmen have nothing on this guy. I was upgrading my phone on a preexisting account and he did his best to charge me extra money at every turn.First he put a screen protector on and told me I could get 3 free replacements plus after that it would only be $2 per protector! Then he told me I could grab any case off the wall and it would all be “taken care of.” Cool perks, right? Wrong. I asked how much all the extras were and he kept saying “don’t worry about it, everything is included!” Then I got hit with a bill for $220. I had to leave that day, but when I got my receipt I finally saw how much I had spent on their screen protector, screen protection plan, phone case, and warranty.I went back the next day and was only able to get $80 of the $160 I spent on extras refunded after returning as many products as I could and being charged a 25% “restocking fee!” They wanted to screw me and then thank them for it with their bogus fees when they never made any of their products clear!Don’t be fooled. These people are paid on commission, they get paid off the bottom line, and they are more than willing to take advantage of you and your wallet to get paid, no matter what level of store leadership they are.

Having trouble with the WiFi on my phone. Went in for support with the settings on the phone and they refused to look at my phone. All they wanted to do is sell me a new one. They informed me that the iPhone 7 is obsolete and I need the 11. That in my opinion is Verizon! They do not care at this location in general. Can’t wait to be free of Verizon.
I moved here over a year ago and I have used Verizon for years. I must tell you that this store has been wonderful to me and my entire family. No matter when I go in there for help all of the consultants have been terrific. ..they are the reason that I am able to use my I pad and phone. And at my age I do not have ONE friend that uses even the computer. The consultants there are Michael the manager and Saw have spent time w/ me which I am very grateful for . I wound up buying my phones at Best Buy. Big mistake. I had nothing but issues with them. Their customer service is horrible. Well, I wound up seeing the manager at this Verizon store. Not only was he able to fix all of my tech issues he was able to actually TEACH me how my phone works and why it does what it does. His professionalism was the best Ive seen in a wireless store. From now on, this will definitely be my go to Verizon store. All of the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks again Jody..
So I must say the management at this location is 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. They called me about the below review and (Jody {?}) did NOT have to be as nice or as accommodating as he was. I was mean to him and he took it like a champ. I am definitely in awe at the quick response, personal, and professionality that was provided to me. He explained that the helpline must not be informed of their hour change (due to season) and apologized a lot. I did not know these reviews go against him personally and am retracting my below statement, which will be sent to corporate since they are the ones who caused this mess. Thank you for helping to clear up everything and providing me with options so get my problem fixed. 👍*Previous Rating and Review* 1⭐ - Paid $90 for a screen protector plan Ill never get to use because Go Wireless off season stores hours are very inconvenient for someone working 14 hours a day . Drove 30 minutes out of my way to get a screen protector... AFTER already visiting two other types (corporate and Cellular Sales) of store locations and having called the store prior to going. I called head to make sure they would be open and that they had stock and they said yes(little did I know it was corporate helpline that calls get forwarded to if not picked up in store and theyre the ones that told me the incorrect info). I drove 30 minutes out of the way to go to this store. So when I realized that theyre not open I call the helpline and they say that they cannot get me a new screen at either or the two other location types because of the deal at Go Wireless. Very time consuming and frustrating.
I cant say enough about Joels assistance in handling a very complicated situation with my cellphone. The concern and professionalism he displayed in tackling the problem truly impressed me. He went to great links research the issue and to try to get it resolved. I really appreciate his excellent customer service.

Recently I visited your store and found 2 very helpful, patient and knowledgeable young men who were able to solve and resolve many ongoing issues with my Verizon phone service. Michael Gilenson and Marcus are both polite and outstanding representatives for your company! Without a shadow of a doubt they did their very best and certainly resolved many of the problems.As an old Verizon customer it is often most challenging to learn and keep up with modern technology. I had the pleasure of getting my broken phone replaced by store employee Joel and will absolutely recommend him and this store to anyone. I usually go to a Verizon store in Pt St Lucie but got very poor service after my phone has been unusable for a month and employee was not helpful at all so after thinking about the bad experience Joel was able to get me a new phone and applied as many discounts that he could to make my purchase possible and he explained everything as we went through my options so needless to say my business will be given to this store for me and my family going forward and he did it all with a smile .So happy thank you Joel

Today, Mr. Kyle C exceeded my expectations in transferring setup, iCloud and my pay-by-month (I do not like contracts!) plan from my iPhone 4s to iPhone 6S Plus even though I bought the phone directly from Apple. He went above and beyond to make sure I was all set up, even the protective case and some tutorial on my new phone. Bravo! Ive been consistently impressed by the knowledgeable staff at this location for years!
Customer service was fine... but the crappy insurance they set you up for is awful if it is not Verizon. Do not accept insurance from Protect Cell... or any other company besides the overpriced insurance Verizon provides. You wont get what you want despite what you pay in insurance. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE for you phone. You have to pay a deductible anyway, as well as the insurance price, and you wont get the same phone you bought despite how much you paid for it. Stupid me paid for the insurance upfront so I cant even cancel my policy.

Had an issue where I spoke with Rico (who was very kind and professional) However, it was an issue that only the the store manager Jody Foster could handle, or so we thought. OMG!!! It is 2018 and I was appalled that this level of male chauvinism still exists. Jody was rude, cutting both me and the Verizon Supervisor off everytime, displayed very poor listening skills by asking a question that was just answered in the previous statement and belittled our intellect on numerous occasions then HUNG UP on us when we asked if there was someone above him that we could talk to! The Verizon Supervisor, who happened to be a very professional woman, had to apologize on behalf of Verizon for his immaturity, disrespect and lack of professionalism. The call was on a recorded line, so I hope Verizon will use it as a teaching tool of how not to treat customers AND women. I would not advise anyone to step foot into this store as long as he is manager there. Shame on you Jody Foster!P.S. Rico, keep doing what you’re doing and please don’t attain anything from your boss.

Had to return a phone I was not satisfied with so I made contact with sales rep Ricco. He initially sold me that first phone and told me I could return it if not satisfied so I did. This young man was very receptive with my concerns, very attentive soon as I walked in the door. I picked out the Moto model and he immediately began the process of exchange and transfer of data. He was very patient with me explaining the progress of the transfer as it was hapoening, he even saved me a few dollars in the process. If he didnt have an answer for me, he would find it and get it. I m very pleased with Ricco and the service I received. Thank U for having him at the Stuart store.
