Great customer service! ***** 5 stars because we were greeted right away by store reps Scarlett & Miley. They were professional, courteous and answered all of our questions. Scarlett informed us of many details regarding our account and while Miley assisted with expediting our transaction. Very good experience, thank you AT&T!

I am from Colorado and my phone stopped working. I went to an AT&T store on Federal and Market Place. The guys were unfriendly and I was at that location for 2 hrs. They still did not fix my phone. Than the customer service had disconnected and he said we are now closed come back tomorrow. Left frustrated 😡Two days later I went to Autumn’s location (AT&T) dreading my visit thinking it would take forever again. It was a day and night difference. She was very friendly and helpful, she helped me with my phone and it took literally 5 minutes.We own a company in Colorado and I seriously would pack her up and help us with our business. She brings value, friendliness and above and beyond GREAT customer service.Thank you Autumn

I love this store! Every time I come in I have an amazing experience. The girls Alexa and Britney are both so good at addressing bill concerns, and saving customers money. The manager Devin is extremely kind and helpful! Will definitely be coming back.

Worse store ever! The manager Selena Cepeda is the worse manager ever.. She doesn’t know how to treat people. Also, she doesn’t know how to solve a problem. I feel that she was playing games with me. I had a problem with a bill and I was calling since Monday and all she said that she doesn’t have an answer for me. She needs a class of how to treat people. She is the Worse STORE MANAGER.

Terrible experience at this location!!! New phone purchase turned into a nightmare. Employee, D.G., gave us bad information and then refused to come to a resolution. Manager, Selena, did not help either. We had to file a complaint with the AT&T website. After 3 days of going back and forth AT&T made it right.

Personally i feel like this is one of the best phone store i have ever been too. Everyone in here makes me feel welcome as soon as i walked through the door, like i came into get a phone and everyone was friendly and sweet.Everyone has there own personality, Daniel is pretty knowledgeable about his work and knows what he is talking about, Stookely is super friendly and is super knowledgeable about a little bit of everything and lastly we got Devin the store manger he is really professional and i love the way he handles the store.This is by far the best phone store i have been in . Also i will be coming back to add the AT&T TV with daniel just as i promised. KEEP THE GREAT WORKS UP U GUYS ARE AWESOME.

I had switched over my 3 lines from t-mobile at the at&t inside bjs after they terribly ruined my account and promised me a price of $101, i walked in this location and i can say the girls who helped me were very knowledgeable of all the plans and the right prices they even provided me a sheet to look over all the correct prices and helped me straighten my account up. i will definitely recommend this store to anyone! So .I went to the Corporate store down the street and they were honestly horrible . And I’ve never seen so much hate for another location. The corporate store hates this location and made it really clear . My experience with Devin ( manager ), Tj and Alexa was out right amazing . Not sure why their own corporate store talks about them in a bad way, They are kind, caring and really funny . I highly suggest going to this store instead of the one down the street. Great people . And AT&T is very lucky to have them

I came into the store to ask about the insurance on my Samsung 8 plus that was damaged and did not work. I was told by the rep that I had insurance however had to file the claim on my own online. I asked for a new phone and if I could file the insurance claim for my 8 plus even if I get a new phone and was told yes. The rep brought out a phone a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G and stated that there was a promotion with that phone for $10.00 a month added to my current bill to pay off the phone. She told me I only needed to pay the sales tax which I did in the store. When I asked if I could transfer my SIM card from the 8 plus to the new phone, she told me I could not because the SIM card on the new phone was built in. When she finished she did not explain the breakdown of what my bill would be nor give me any paper receipt. She did send an email. When I got home I noticed the phone had a barcode sticker on the back of the phone that appears as if it may be a refurbished phone not new which I asked for a new phone not refurbished. I could not find a phone protective case for this model phone anywhere and she did not offer to sell me one while in the store. Then when I call the next day to file a claim on the 8 plus I was told first by ATT that I did have insurance for the 8 plus but when I tried to file the claim asurion stated they did not see insurance until 2/15/21 which is the day I purchased the new phone. Which leads me to believe the rep canceled or deleted the insurance I had before and just added it to the new phone as of the date of purchase. When I called the cell phone customer service support I wanted to check on what my bill would be and was then told that the phone promotion I was told I would get on the new phone is only valid if I switched to an unlimited plan which she initiallyquoted to be $120.00 a month then changed it to $140.00, she the said I also had to set up automatic billing, and paperless billing in order for the phone to be $10.00 a month. None of this was explained by the rep in the ATT store and the customer service rep kept changingher answers. I asked to speak with a manager in which she stated they would call me back on my cell phone number last night. I still have not received any reply. I am seriously thinking about returning this phone and switching carriers.

It seems the owner only responds to thank people for good reviews and not interested in acknowledging the bad.The store at 2379 se Federal Hwy was absolutely horrible. I went to the store 3 times to resolve my issue (my voicemail deactivated out of nowhere and could not be activated) and the final time they told me to keep waiting for a call from them because they were waiting for tech support to get back to them. That call never came. TJ, the blonde hair girl, and the other kid who reset my settings and completely fd my phone were zero help. The gentleman at 2511 nw federal hwy was awesome. He did what the other store was unable to do in 15 minutes. I am extremely thankful for him.

TJ was very helpful in answering all of my questions regarding my business lines, he seemed very knowledgeable about AT&Ts phone equipment and plans, I would highly recommend this location over the other location on US1 by Chili’s, this location seems more personable and eager to help each individual as oppose to feeling like just a number at the other corporate location on US1 by Chili’s. No SIM cards available and even the manager doesn’t know how to override a simple procedure. If your phone gets lost or stolen, best case scenario is 24 hours. The online at&t and local stores are not connected so good luck in trying to get what u need because the stores won’t let u buy a phone outright they only do installments. So again if your phone gets lost or stolen and u still have payments this company can’t help. Go to Best Buy and while your at it u should just go to a cellular company who can actually help you with everything at one store.

My mothers old iPhone died. This was a HUGE problem, because she does EVERYTHING on it. She got a new one, the phone number was wrong, and she lost all of her apps and photos. Being a senior, the activation process was a bit out of her wheelhouse. So, she went into the AT&T store, handed the phone to a rep named Stookly, and I spoke to him, letting him know what my mom needed (I live in Houston). My mom called me back 20 minutes later from the correct phone number very happy. She had all her apps and all of the photos she was told she would lose. THANK YOU SO MUCH, STOOKLY (I hope I am spelling your name right.)! You have NO IDEA how much you helped my mother and put my mind at ease. Your excellent customer service is VERY APPRECIATED!

Truly had such a terrible experience here. I went in with the intention of getting a first responder plan since I am a Registered Nurse. My plan was to upgrade to a new iPhone and Apple Watch. Unfortunately, the workers had a technical difficulty and were not too sure how to help me with the First Net & upgrade. SIX HOURS LATER, the store was close to closing and I decided to leave because all three staff members got up and started playing with a bouncy ball while I was on hold with tech support. The staff member helping me got angry, saying “how you gon leave and go to another store when I spent this much time with you”, mind you, he asked me to give him a ride home about thirty minutes before getting upset — the whole experience was extremely unprofessional. I am so thankful I got my new iPhone and Apple Watch from a wonderful AT&T store that was miles away from this awful location the next day and received a much better deal in comparison to here. I’ve made sure to let my family & friends know to not get help here! I hope this helps anyone, please do not waste your time at this store.

Edwin is the best! My service transferred and there is not a glitch. He is patient with his clients and this was so much more enjoyable than if I did this at home near Philadelphia. There may be a wait as Edwin cares about his people. Take a book or something. Hes worth the wait if you are over 55.😎

I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into this AT&T store. First of all I did not know of this location which I think was bad enough as there is inadequate signage.That said, I was impressed when I walked into the store, as I was greeted at the door by an associate named Edder. Even more impressive was, he asked my name first thing and remembered it. I sure plan to visit this store next time I am in need of service. A++. THIS IS HIGHY UNUSUAL FOR AN AT&T STORE

Unfortunately, very poor service. Went in there to get help on a phone issue and the gentleman that was there on a Sunday refused to even look up from his own phone and just told me to call At&T to figure it out. Since it is a hardware issue, I will eventually need to be in a store and get a new phone, but the associate did not assist in this matter. He seemed bothered to be there and not interested in helping us. Unfortunate.
