Better hope he finds your problem on the first trip (when he first gets paid).The only reason for 2 stars (1 above the minimum) was that the first time we used Leak Detectives, he was able to find the leak that was subsequently repaired.However on our last experience it was quite another story. We were losing up to 2 inches day, it was not a small leak. He came out, said he only found a couple of small leaks and patched them. This did not solve the leak. Getting him to come out again became nearly impossible after that. Twice we were told to fill pool and hed be out the next day. Twice he no-showed without a call or text. We were then told he needed special equipment to further diagnose, and then never heard again for several weeks when we got a text that he was brainstorming. Never heard from him again after that.Finally hired another company (wont say who but they did an A-1 job) who found a break in the main drain pipe just below patio level.
