We have had many pool services in our 20 years living in South Florida and Shaka Pool and Spa Cleaning has by far been the best. We were having major problems with our last service and Mike came out and had everything looking beautiful in less than 24 hours and that has continued. Not only is their pool care perfect, the customer service is as well. Its a nice feeling dealing with someone both capable and kind.

I want to start out by saying that I really like this service and I’ve had several. Mike is the gentleman that services our pool. He consistently goes above and beyond for us. He cares and that a rarity these days. My lawn services keeps screwing up my pool (frustrating) and Mike keeps fixing it. I highly recommend this company due to the following reasons. Mike is very reliable, sincere and knowledgeable. I live in wellington and have a rental property in Stuart. My tenant is hardly home and I live 50 miles away. As of late, my pool guy of 4 years was billing for services not rendered until the pool turned green. When I called him to complain “ He swore he comes by every week to clean the pool and promised to come out and clean it, but told him not to bother” That is when I called Mike from Shaka Pool and It has been a happy relationship since then,Hope the same with your pool Guy !!!

Mike is an excellent choice if youre having pool issues that you cant diagnose. I admittedly know very little about pools and my pool pump wasnt working nor was the vacuum. Mike spent a long time not only diagnosing the problem, but fixing it and walking me through steps to ensure it doesnt happen again. And if it does, I feel confident mike has taught me how to handle it on my own. (Almost, mike! You might be hearing from me on ocassion!!LOL). Mike came back not once but twice when I encountered newproblems. He was very reasonably priced considering all the hard work he put in. I contacted Shaka about two weeks ago for pool service. My pool was a wreck but mike came in and explained everything that was going on and the course of action to take. Needless to say my pool is perfect now and would highly recommend Shaka to anybody!
