We rely on their FREE pool water testing every week during the summer. The owners must do a great job training employees because everyone seems to have our best interest in mind as they test and provide valuable information and recommendations about our pool. Jan and I would be paying a pool service if it weren’t for this store.Nothing against the many pool service people but I have the time to devote this task.

They have what you need, and the prices are reasonable. The store is always clean and orderly.

Over priced..I think they need to change their name from pinch a penny. To let see how many people we can rip off

Wanted to buy a new Hayward pump salesperson told me that dish strainer part of the pump is good just buy the motor saved me 300 to $600 excellent salesperson sorry I dont remember your name but I will update thank you

If they dont fix your Kreepy Krauly properly, as I paid them to do, dont think theyll make good on it. They just said oh well you can trade it in.

Pool maintenance service is terrible. We’ve been on a weekly schedule for more than 4 years and it’s been pretty good until the last 2 months. The tech has been a no show, no call every other week for more than 2 months now. Called multiple times and left message for owner and he never called back. Tech didn’t show again today. Service canceled!

This is the closest showroom that I know of where you can see a lot of different Spas all at one time. The catches many of them are not filled you cant see the Jets or the water action however you can at least see how big they are and what they look like. Sales staff are knowledgeable friendly and not as pushy as many Spa sales people are. Located in a little strip mall off of Main Road its easy to find an easy to park.

Just bought a dream maker spa. It is wonderful. The installation was very easy and they had us using our spa within 24 hours. I would highly recommend Pinch A Penny. They are courteous and professional.

Left my water test at store. Called back 6 hours later and they lost it. Another wasted trip.

Recently purchased a pool heater from Sharon in the south Stuart store. I found her expertise when selling me the heater was exceptional. The heater was installed on time by two service people who knew what they were doing and I have been very pleased with its operation ever since.Ron P.
