Ken was awesome! I went in with a very specific idea of what I wanted (ombre toned toes and hands). This very detailed oriented man did an incredible job with doing exactly what I asked for, even though it was out of his comfort zone. Went above and beyond with charging out of this world prices.

Second worst mani pedi experience in my life.Lady rushed and did a very sloppy job...I had a hair on my nail...not mine...She got aggrevated with the fact that I told her about it...She then removed it with a major attitude-like it was my fault...She didnt put clear coat on the bottom...Just rushed 2 coats of sloppily done color and a top coat then didnt say a word to me after that... Painted skin and no even coats or straight lines...My whole nails arent even painted. Im sorry I paid/tipped first.

This place was very nice. LOTS of colors to chose from. Very friendly staff and no wait time! I typically like my feet filed with the foot file. They didnt do it. Lol. My feet still came out nice and soft. Lets see how long this lasts! Lol. But over all. I love this place. Definitely will be back when Im in town.

The manicure was fine . The pedicure I rate bad.They obviously forgot what the definition of it. No foot massage, barely rubbed lotion on legs .I won’t go back !

This salon was referred to me by my nail tech that was moving to Ga. Ive been a client here since 2009. Lisa gives the best pedicure youll ever get, trust me. Christy can handle any of my outlandish nail requests. Clean, fun and overall a great place!

This place was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. I’m so glad I stopped in! Ken was absolutely wonderful. I couldn’t decide what I wanted but he suggested such a cute idea and it came out amazing!!! New favorite spot for healthy nails.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! I used to get gel nails from other nail salons and they would only last me a week tops. Then I found Lisa at A&J nails and have done healthy nails and they have last over 3 weeks!! She is amazing at her nail work and designs, shes super sweet and funny!! Highly highly recommend!!!

Never got your eyebrows waxed here. The last time I went, the lady rushed and never took her time! I was nervous to look in the mirror at that point. The first time I went the other lady did an amazing job so I thought it would be the same the 2nd time around. I won’t be back though just because of that bad experience.

Have been going to AJ Nails for 7 years. This is the ONLY place I will ever go to. It is extremely clean and they are always friendly. I am OCD about how I like my nails to look and they nail it every time. Ask for Lisa. You wont regret it!

It was my first time going there and i was getting myself my first every manicure for a new job; French tips. Its been almost a week and the nails and the artwork on them are still beautiful. They did a design on them by hand. I love them and o will be going back to get them re done with a different design. They ate really nice there and gentle with the tools. I dont want to go anywhere else

I feel bad leaving a poor review, but I feel like others should be aware. My nail tech did not use sterilized nail tools from an autoclave. They were taken out of a plastic box in the nail techs station instead of the plastic/paper package. My daughter and I had a gel soak-off. The foil they used for the soak-off was used prior to us!! The foil was so crinkled you could tell it was not used and my daughter saw pink nail polish stuck to the cotton on the foil before the Tech put it in her nail. Then when they took the foil off, the techs flattened them and put them back in their drawers (probably to use again) yuck! I’m giving three stars because they are very nice and treated us well. I guess if you go pay attention and ask for new materials/tools.

Absolutely LOVE this place and the people who work here. Been coming here for 10-11 years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Strive to make sure youre happy before you walk out. Super friendly. They take their time and also take pride in the work they do! Kristy and Kevin are amazing!!! You want great work done and be able to relax at the same time, not having to worry if your nails, anything you get done, is getting done right. A&J is the place to be.

My nail tech was rude and did not engage in any conversation with me. Pedicure lasted like 15 mins. Worst pedicure not worth $25. Dont come here.

This is the best nail salon in the area! I have been coming here for almost 5 years. Kristy and Kevin have a fantastic staff. This nail salon is super clean and they are always up to date on the latest products and colors. I had a few horrible experiences at other places in PSL. I came here after I heard great things from a coworker and I havent been to another nail salon since.Thanks for the wonderful work you do!!!

I have never been to this place. My regular nail lady was out of work for two days and I needed my nails done asap. I went in between working 2 jobs. I picked out a simple glitter color. It was a dark pink, super glittery on the fake nail. The tech Lee, put the polish in the nail. It comes out very see through. So I ask her do you have a make up sponge? She says no. What kind of nail salon does not have a makeup sponge? (This would have solved the problem) Then, I accidentally nicked my nails putting them into the uv light. Do ya think she took the polish off? HELL NO. SHE JUST PAINTED OVER IT. ARE U KIDDING ME? Will never ever come back.

The gel nail set was done unprofessionally and you could see through the color. I returned and they still couldnt fix it and tried to paint over what I had. They were not nice about it either. I will spend my money somewhere else!

I moved from SC about a year ago. The same person did my nails for over 14 years. I never thought I could get someone to do nearly as good as she did. Kristy at A & J Nails came to the rescue! She is awesome! Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful. You must try this salon.

I have been going to Kristy and Kevin for years. They do the best pink and white acrylic nails that do not lift. It is a very friendly and family oriented environment. The other nail techs do great pedicures as well.

Love this place! I have gotten a pedi and a gel manicure. Both came out awesome! I would say the only con is that because they do such good work there is almost always a wait, but it is well worth it!

Ive been coming here since I was a sophomore in high school and Im now working on my bachelors degree in college and I wouldnt recommend anyone other than A&J nails. Theyre a wonderful place, do a great job, and are super nice. My nails wouldnt look good without them!

It was nice enough. I got seated right away, but it felt very rushed and the outcome looked it. The lines on my nails are nice, but definetly not the best, the edges/tips are a mess and the sign outside read that fills were only $16 but charged me $21 plus tip, even when using a regular polish opposed to gel. Overall hey were good, but not great.

The nails are by far the best that I have had before. A few popped off and because I did not keep the receipt they would not honor and FIX. Please do NOT get a wax job, you will help them retire in the next month or so.

I have been here 5 times now. Its mediocre at best. Theres no passion in what they were doing. The man that did my last pedicure was so interested in what everyone else is doing that my Polish got messed up so he kept putting extra coats on to try to fix. Needless to say, hes done this twice now. Save your money and go elsewhere. Disappointed.

Ive had 3 sets of nails done by Kristy. And Ive been in love with every set that I have gotten . She takes her time, does amazing work, she talks to you if you want to talk and doesnt make you if you dont want to . I do the healthy nails and they are amazing .Everybody in there is super friendly very welcoming ! Salon is very clean . I came here after another salon botched my acrylic nails. They were close to my house and offered to remove them for $10. When I was ready for a new set, I wanted to try this salon.Their sign outside advertised $25 for acrylic and $40 for gel pedicure. I was charged $80 and I tipped my 20% ($15) so when I got home and balanced my checkbook, something wasnt adding up.I was not mad, I figured it was a mistake. I showed them my credit card statement. I was told that I got a Healthy Nail treatment and that costs $40. I did not ask for this - I asked how much acrylic nails were, was told $25, and then I said okay.The nail tech told me that I asked for this Healthy Nail treatment. I did not ask, I dont even know what that is. Then he said that he warned me that the color I chose was more expensive. I politely told him this is not what happened and I feel like I have been deceived. I told him that if he used more expensive materials, I dont want to take money away from the salon. However, I did not ask for this and I was not made aware a more expensive procedure was being done and I felt deceived and I would most likely not return to this salon for my fill.I was given a $10 gift certificate. I was charged $80 instead of $65. I understand that they think a miscommunication happened, but what actually happened was negligence on the nail techs part and I am paying for it out of my wallet.I am not completely satisfied with my $10 gift certificate. I think I should have received $15 gift certificate since that is the amount I did not agree to pay.I am fairly certain these people thought I looked wealthy and they could get away overcharging me without my permission.My nails came out OK. The tech did not even shape them after cutting the plastic tips - I had to specifically ask him to. He also cut 3 of my cuticles making me bleed. In the end, I do like how they look, but I had never had someone hit my cuticles with the buffer so hard on 3 separate nails lolBe aware.

When I moved here I went from nail salon to nail salon to find one that could do liquid gel fills and they all failed except A&J nails. Kristy was the first and only person that could get it right here in Florida. She is wonderful and does a great job. The staff here are very friendly, soooo many color of nail polish to choose from (regular polish, gel polish, health nail, ect...) the salon is clean. Will not go any where else

The man who did my nails was face timing his young children the entire time (loudly)The whole place could hear these childern and the nail technician talk with his kids, on my dime. Unprofessional to say the least. I will not be going back and his skills were mediocre at best. The woman who did my sisters nails however was very friendly and did a good job. Still.. not worth going back.

I swear Im never going here again. This skinny lady did my nails for the last 3 times I went there. Well she sucks, she rushes every time she does my nails and they come out terrible. When I gave her a hint I wanted a new color because I didnt like it she basically told me no. She never fixed the crack in my acrylic. I could go on all day but I wont. Everybody is good but her ! But I refuse to go back.

I have short nails my self, and when I go to get acrylics, Lee does a very good job with mine. I just hate the fact that they break within a week. She also did my first pedicure there, and it lasted a month, i was very pleased with that!

This place next to petsmart is my favorite to go for pedicures. They are super polite and they do a great job. I know that with all the nail salons around its hard to find a good one, but take my word for it this place is it. Yes, sometimes I think if they are busy or if one of the employees is burnt out for the day, you may have to ask for something specific (like I had to ask for the heel scraper thingy) but I get it, croutching over peoples feet all day must be tiring. Anyways, this place is awesome.

My first and last visit to this nail salon. I couldnt get an appointment with my normal salon. Service was ok however the guy was very slow and they couldnt find the polish I requested; Cajun Shrimp which is a popular color, took them about 5 minutes to locate it ! Also after about a week I had several nails lifting off and he replaced a nail which he shaped really bad and wide! Dont think Ill be visiting this salon again...went to Jensen Nails & Spa and had a great experience!

This place was awful. The ladies were very tough and rubbed my cuticle raw. They smacked lotion on my hands and didnt rub it in, and then they also asked loudly in the middle of the salon how much I was tipping them? Not to mention I got gel polish this morning and they are already chipped in the same day. I will not be back.

Not impressed. They were expensive and my nail tech didnt do a good job with my nails. Got a pedicure and gel manicure. Lines are not straight and not completely painted on the edges. Very dissatisfied, I wont be going back there.
