My friend & I walked in during the afternoon for pedicures & got in together in less than 10 min. They sat us next to each other & we both got started & finished at the same time. Staff was very friendly. Everything was very clean. My feet look great. Will definitely be going back & would recommend to anyone!

The nail tech made sure I was happy. He seemed to strive for perfection. Ive gotten a lot of compliments on my nails. Relaxing environment and friendly staff.

I have been here twice to get a gel manicure and I have loved the service both times. Both times I have walked in on a weekday during the 5 oclock hour and I have not had to wait, which is really nice because Im bad about making appointments. Also both of the techs I have had have been wonderful and attentive. Thank you!

All of my nails are different shapes and sizes and my kids could have painted them better I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this was pretty bad!

I have been going here for over 5 years and used to enjoy it but this past time I had a new technician that kept checking her cell phone and barely spoke 2 words to me. The constant cell phone use during business hours is very unprofessional and I wont be coming back.

I have been to Pink Nail 4 times for full set and fills. And my nails look horrible. The first time is the only time they looked good. My nails lift and get cracked after a few days. I asked my nail tech (a man, they never tell you their name there) to please fix my nails and he looked at me like I was crazy. He acted like he did fix them and like he did me a favor. He was very bother that I said my nails had lifted and had stuff stuck underneath. Less than 2 weeks later and my nails look like they are a month over due. Lifting and breaking. I will never ever go back. Don’t waste your money on this place.

Worst pedicure ever ! Save your money and go somewhere else ! Then when I asked about my polish which looks like a 3 year old painted them, or my heels still dirty and it is no matter to them, their customer service is beyond pitiful, didnt even try to make it right ! 25 dollars for nothing !

A professional salon. I used to be faithful to another I came here and it I redid my whole set and he did it professionally and good. The price was not that bad either.

The staff at this place is not that friendly, the job its ok. Nothing out of this world. I was going to this place for a long while and i never felt welcome. I started going to other places where people are very nice.

I had my nails done by Meme, she was really rude and strongly opinionated. I have to have my nails done short for work and she insisted that they were going to be too short. I have very large nail beds and plenty of a wide nail to paint. She did not clean up the nail polish all over my skin until I asked. Then she made a comment saying that its because my nails were too short. I dont think nail technicians say that to children with not only short nails, but very small nails. Not to mention, when I tried to converse with her she would ignore me and just rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to just clip my nail instead of spending a lot of time filing like she did on every single other finger she spent a couple minutes on. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I definitely was not satisfied with her professionalism.

They manage their customers very poorly. Don’t bother making an appointment because they won’t take you on time and will interrupt your appointment to take on additional customers.

Got a pedicure and the tech oversaturated my nails with paint and it looked horrible. When I asked him to fix it, he put MORE on and ignored me when I told him they needed to be redone on that foot.
