It’s pretty sad to make an appointment . Call 15 mins before walking in n the door to check face mask policy. (I called in parking lot of there shop) I went to the dollar store got a mask . Still arrived before my appointment time . To be told a lady just walked in an it’s going to be 45 min wait. EVEN THO I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. When I called to ask about the mask I let them know I had an appointment. This is not the 1st this has happened but it’s the last .
I went to Master nails to get my eyebrows waxed. When I walked in, I noticed the staff was not friendly. I was not greeted. But I just wanted my eyebrows done. So, I ignored it. Before, I laid down on the bed, I asked was it sanitized (thinking with everything going on, I had the right to ask) but I couldn’t believe my ears when she told me to leave if I didn’t trust them. I was so upset with her attitude that I did just that… I LEFT and will NEVER return.
I walked in this nail salon and immediately was told that I could not get a fill because I was not One of their regular customers so in order for them to fill my nails they would have to take the set that I have off and then they would have to provide me a set so they did not offer me a fill then they said that they could provide me a pedicure however I wanted to get both services done so I Attempted to sit down in the pedicure chair where I saw a humongous sign that said weight limit 220 pounds so immediately after I saw that I felt uncomfortable and said never mind I am going to go somewhere else I think that this business is terrible and I do not recommend it
If I could give 0 stars, I would. They discriminate against me for being disabled. I went to get my eyebrows wax and she just looked at me and was like I cannot do it and insisted on me getting off my walker. I told her that I was able to walk short distance but I would need to have my walker with me but she completely disregarded me and said that I would have to walk from the front of the store to the back.i could have easily pushed my walker closer to the back then get some support from my sister and get the service done. but she and the man treated me like I was nothing. Dont patronize this location.
I have been going to Tom & Hillary’s nail salon for over 12 yrs..when it was Perfect Nails and more recently as Master Nails. I enjoy their friendship, the quality of work they do and materials they use and the cleanliness of their shop. They have always gone out of their way to use the most up to date equipment and use of ventilation systems that keeps the smells to a minimum. I would not go anywhere else.
The owner is beyond rude. She pretty much dismissed me 30 seconds after walking in. She tells me the price(without me asking) then says if you want a discount you can go back to the salon you came from.. wth
I will not let anyone else touch my nails but master nails. They never chip or break, its great quality products. They know their regular customers very well and I have never been disappointed with their services.
I absolutely love this place! My nails always look absolutely amazing! Great customer service and very nice people!
I did my nails at this “Master Nails “ place, and it didn’t last even 4 days, my permanent Gel nail came off, I came back and I ask if they could kindly replace and make it again, as I payed 30$ and the quality didn’t prove even for a week, they said we cannot guarantee anything and it just happens.After that, I said it’s fine, could you then remove the gel as an excuse,cause I feel embarrassed to wear this ugly broken nails.“He” said, yes, but you have to pay!It’s unbelievable how unprofessional and rude they are, I came out of this place very unhappy and frustrated!
Everytime I go here they are always nice they talk to you to make sure you get exactly what you want. Very friendly. Always a great experience getting my nails done here

People, usually come back when they have good experience at a business but this was my first time and she refused to do my nails because she is not comfortable with me knowing all my employees come to see her. I was so embarrassed and walked out. This was my experience and I thought I would share it.

I wish i could give ZERO stars. I walked in with my daughter and immediately, my daughter walked toward her to say something and the woman (and i use that term loosely), told my daughter-dont talk to me right now im busy. I politely removed myself and my child from that hostile environment. However, i was sure to call her immediately to let her know that i did * N O T * apreciate the way that she spoke to my child and that she needs an attitude adjustment. As long as she owns/work there, i will never place foot in that unprofessional excuse for an establishment again. Master nails?... i think not!!!!!
Terrible customer service..by the owner! Came in for a fill it was obvious she didnt want any clients. Her tone was condescending as she over filed my nails exposing my cuticles. She argued with me that MY nails grow wrong lol. She eventually fixed it..took 2 minutes to do and told me im not welcome there anymore. All after i kept calm cool n collected thru this entire ordeal..i even tipped her smh..
Very rude. I walked in to get a toe fixed and all she said was we busy. She has one person there. Very rude, would never go back.
