For all you cliffs notes readers: Johnathan is the real deal. Both in catching fish and in understanding his clients. So if you are serious about catching fish and having a memorable experience along the way, please give him a try, Im sure he wont disappoint.For the rest of you review readers, my brother and I are both in our mid 60s, we booked 3 full day trips in a 5 day span with johnathan, and in retrospect I cant say with any certainty that we fished the same hole more than once in that 3 day excursion, all 3 trips were outstanding!Its my understanding that Johnathan learned the trade from his parents and has been self employed for 14 years. He put all that experience to good use with our 3 trips in a 5 day span. So much so that I told him at the end of our first trip after catching 5 huge king fish and multiple others that he had made one mistake that day that I could see....that was he had set the bar too high for the next two trips we had planned for that week. He just smiled without saying a word. Well the last 2 days were better than the ones before. On day 2 we caught a huge goliath grouper, many snook, snapper, Jack along with many others.On the last day we caught 32 snook and 5 snapper, a huge Jack, Ladyfingers, bluefish and others. I cant guarantee you will be as successful as we were, but I feel confident in saying your odds would be extremly high through Johnathan.Jack

Fished with Jonathan today with my parents. We had a terrific time. Since the ocean was large we decided to fish inshore and it was non stop action. Jonathan has two boats and offers, inshore, nearshore and offshore.We fished by a couple of docks and went through 11 dozen live shrimp in three hours. We kept a dozen sheepshead, 1. Pompano, and 1 Margate. We released a dozen sheepshead, dozen jack crevalle and a few lady fish and puffers.Ive fished with many guides and was extremely satisfied with all aspects of this fishing trip. He put on fish in the first cast. The boat and fishing equipment were in great shape and the bait was lively. He showed up on time with bait and we fished for the full four hours. Jonathan was super patient and had a great attitude.I normally dont write reviews but we had such a great day I was inspired.

Customer Service was awesome! Answered my email and phone call. Scheduled the trip and emailed confirmation. Called and texted the day before to give final instructions. Arrived at the dock with my family and went out for a wonderful day! Caught several fish and especially Snook. Had a blast my son and my wife all caught fish and had a great time. Explained and showed us what to do and had great customer care. If you like to fish and enjoy a low pressure captain this is your guy! He was very nice and never made us feel like we should know more like other captains that we fished with over the years. Looking forward to going with him again. Extremely polite!

Absolutely recommend Chaos Fishing adventures!! Best fishing day of my life up to date. Me and a friend went on the full day inshore charter with Jonathan, I felt he earned our money’s worth in the first hour. The fishing locations are amazing as well as the water quality of South Florida. Very experienced guide who will do everything to put you on fish. We hooked up on plenty of Snook including a 40inch to start the day. Caught some tarpon also. I will continue to use these guys anytime I am in South Florida.

I was on vacation from Indiana. Jonathan took me and my 3 kids out on a half day inland charter. Only someone who knew the area and what he was doing could have gotten us on the fish the way he did. He was professional, personable, and was great with the kids, ranging in age from 5 to 15. I’ve been a fisherman all of my life and this was possibly the best day of fishing I’ve ever had. Had a wonderful time with Captain Jon last week. Booked a full day as a birthday present for my brother-in-law, the experienced fisherman, and decided to go along. Jon was a great instructor for me as a novice, as well the perfect guide for my B-I-L. Hes personable and extremely knowledgeable of the waterways and great fishing spots. I had a great time and look forward to going again next year!!

We had a great time with Jonathan and Sklar. We got into the Cobia quick then had a great day bottom fishing. Jonathan runs a safe but light hearted operation with great customer service. It was a fun action packed day for me and our children (ages 12-19). Highly recommend

Last week my father, myself, & my youngest son took a fishing charter with Capt. Jonathan of Chaos Fishing Adventures. Capt. Jonathan was very knowledgeable, patient, & also gave us many opportunities to catch fish as they were all around the boat at times during the charter. We really enjoyed fishing offshore with Capt. Jonathan. We will be back again next year.

Captain Jonathan Earhart is the go to man for sure. You can go out on anybody’s boat and catch fish, but to accomplish that and have fun doing so is why he has so many repeat clients. Year round there’s never a bad time to book a charter with him.

Capt. took my kids (10 and 7) and me out for a half day inshore experience. He was great from the first communication to set up the day; move the time around to get the best fishing weather in; and easygoing with the kids. The kids had the time of their life catching their first snook and several other species.... Lots of laughs, photos, and cleaning the fish and feeding pelicans at the end. A good time!

Captain Jonathan was great. It was windy and tough conditions but we still caught a bunch of fish. It was a group of 3 people, 2 that dont fish and Jon did a great job explaining with patience. We kept enough for lunch and King Neptune did a great job on the preparation.

Tried to set up a trip for several months and just kept getting the run around from the guy. Pretty horrible customer service and definitely would not recommend to anyone.

We went out with Capt Jon and first mate Chris and had a great experience. The seas were a little rough with 4-5ft swells, but that didnt stop captain Jon for putting us on the fish. And by the end of the day we fulfilled a personal dream of pulling in a monster Goliath Grouper! These guys were knowledgeable, pleasant to fish with, and put out 110% effort. Like most people we searched fishing charters and their name came up with high marks and reviews, and I can say without a doubt I was definitely impressed and we will definitely be back this fall for another great day! Today we booked a half day offshore charter with Capt. Jonathan. We had a great time catching Mahi, Sailfish, and big Amberjacks. My wife and I had a blast fishing on the Mayhem with Capt. Jonathan.

We had the pleasure of fishing with Capt. Jonathan a few days ago. Recommended by several people we decided to book a half day trip. It was very enjoyable. We caught several snapper, Mahi, Barracuda, & A big Cobia to end the trip.

I have booked captain Jon many times in the past year, and without a doubt I can say he he is the best inshore guide in this area. Many other guides in this area are simply not equipped for the experienced fisherman, and they are not very informative. Captain Jon and I have fished every month for about two years. My most recent trip was my last day in Stuart, we went three for four on tarpon in only a few hours! Other memorable trips include seeing over two hundred redfish on the flats, catching endless amounts of huge snook, or catching bonefish in Islamorada. If you are looking for a guide that will exceed all of your expectations, give you a competitive rate, and make you want to come back for more, then come fish with Captain Jon.

I have been fishing the Stuart area for a decade. I spend a lot of my time offshore fishing for swordfish, cobia, dolphin, tuna, wahoo, and sails, but really enjoy inshore fishing for snook, trout, reds, and tarpon. I fished with captian Jon for a day recently and I was very happy with the whole experience. He is a very personable and knowledgeable guide. Although I fish at least once a week, there is no substitute for being on the water everyday like Captian Jon is. I learned a lot of new things while he put us on snook, trout, jacks, flounder, and tarpon.If you are thinking of booking a charter I would highly recommend Captian Jon as a guide whether you are a novice or an avid angler. You wont be disappointed!
