Great company! very knowledgeable technician. would highly recommend!
Can you believe that those guys put $5900 on my invoice just for one guy came to my home drying my bedroom closet with 3 dehumidifiers for 3 days? How they make this trick is their worker wrote a 7 days working log after a 3 days work, submit the claim with the invoice to my insurance company w/o showing me the invoice or notifying me. When I received the invoice from my insurance company per my request after 6 months, I talked with their manager Dave Kays(maybe the operation manager?) andtried to clarify the incorrect of the invoice, he does not listen at all and asked me to present him a 3 days work record to prove my wifes and my explanation for the incorrect invoice. No professional! They also put a lot of uncompleted items on the invoice to make up the number, such as phone call, monitoring, inspection, tech support etc. which they have never done to me and my wife.Again, I have been charged $5900+ totally only for my bedroom closet drying (one guy, 3 dehumidifiers, 3 days). I do not know how many water damage sufferers in FL or the whole US there would be, especially as the FL resident we all potentially get the water damage more frequently than the other states, I cannot imagine if everyone who is suffering by the home water damage, has to suffer with the water restoration invoice trick at the same time like me. I highly recommend those people who had the same experience with UWR please send me a message, I would think about to post the experiences on local public media to help the other peoples.
