Its amazing this company still exist. They stole from my property, started the job late, did horrible work, damaged the property, and never finished the job. Run while you can or get a good lawyer and make sure you have lots of spare time to litigate with One Call.On top of that, there are employees writing 5 star reviews that have distorted their true rating. Seriously? Even the owner, Robert Ambrosius gives himself 5 stars adding Professional Quality workmanship by true craftsmen. Believe me, I did not meet any Professional, Quality, or Craftsmen employed by One Call. You dont have to run fast, just run!

I called them out for a second round of repairs after deciding to replace all of the toilets, faucets, and valves etc. throughout the older house I had just bought. Coleman was great again and gave me a very fair price. He did whatever it took to get the job done and I really appreciate it. Will definitely call them again for my plumbing or any of the other services that they offer.

One Call really lived up to their name when I experienced an unexpected water claim. I honestly had no clue what to do at the time, but Mark helped me throughout the whole process. One Call seamlessly handled everything from emergency water services to a complete remodel & I would strongly recommend them.

The first time I called these guys to do an estimate on removing the possibility of mold in my home, they made me get a mold assessment which costs $250. The assessment came up positive for mold so I called them back twice after that and left messages but never got a return call. Do these guys not want the business? I would give them 0 stars if I could. Take your business elsewhere

He ensured I was kept in the loop regularly.One Call took me to their gorgeous Home Design Center where I was able to get one on one time to pick out my materials, and work on a custom kitchen design that would best fit my needs. I loved the 3D renderings that were provided to me as well! It really helped me to visualize the whole product. The showroom has tons of selections to choose from and I loved that based on my budget there were tons of options that could work for what I was looking for.Once it was time for the project to begin, they came in with their riding terminator and were able to remove ALL of my tile throughout the house in less than two days!!!!The actual material installers were all on time, professional, and thorough. Great job for our palm beach home. Thank you to the One Call team for helping with my insurance company. All work was completed as promised and the time line was on point. It did take longer than what was initially expected but Grade A work and worth every bit of it.

I used this company for my bathroom remodel after a pipe burst within the mater bathroom shower wall. They made every step of the process very easy and enjoyable not to mention my bathroom turned out beautiful! I cant thank them enough for helping me turn what I thought was going to be a nightmare of a situation into one of the more pleasant experiences Ive had in a long time.

From our first contact with One Call Services, every aspect was professional. Starting from the assessment of the damage, the mold remediation, their help dealing with the insurance company, scheduling their team to complete the work, everything was on time as promised.The gentleman (Ron) in charge of the day to day work progression was very neat and cleaned up after himself every evening. I felt they respected our home while they were working to get us back (better) to normal.

Scam artists at their finest. 8 months of them holding our insurance money, and living with broken windows and no completed work..not to mention coming into 2018 hurricane season...fed up with their lack of professionalism we cancelled our contract and they took 40% of our insurance claim money for their “fees”. NEVER sign a contract with them and NEVER use these people for insurance claims. I bet they pay their friends to rate them on google. Come to find out through social media there are plenty more clients of theirs that have had the same problem. All people need to come forward and speak the truth on these lazy, unprofessional crooks and scam artists.

I had these guys try to install some cabinets that they recommended and it came out horrible.Unfortunately, the tech left deep scratches on my wooden floor only bothering to pick up the cabinets once I pointed this out to him. Also, the tech later refused to take blame for the scratches he left on the floor. For shame. Completely unprofessional. Will be certain to never take my business here ever again!

Simply baffled by the reviews-must be friends/paid people or simple someone who lucked out with one call but as for me it was not so simple.Like all other reviewers, I was assigned this company by One Call. Bad leak in plumbing and the ticket was assigned by warranty company as a rush. This morning, after not hearing from One Call last night, I called Fidelity and they assigned a different company.ONE CALL ust called me and said they could be at my home this morning. When I saidOK let me call Fidelity so they can assign the ticket back to you the guy blew up at me - told me that I needed to give them some time and when I tried to calm him down, he said thats ok - keep your new company and hung up.Wish Fidelity National would pay a bit more attention to whom they do business with. Because One Call is definitely not ready for buisness.

This company STOLE FROM ME!!!!! THEY PUT A FRAUD LIEN ON ME. THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A SIGNED CONTRACT. THATS THEIR GAME, THEY DONT HAVE CONTRACTS SO THEY CAN USE THE LIEN LAWS FOR THEMSELVES EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A VERBAL AGREE MENT NOT TO GO PAST 10,000.
