What a great company. Dry-Out Pro Plus was recommended to me by a trusted friend and they did not disappoint. They were on-time cleaned up the mold damaged drywall, wood and took out the kitchen cabinetry. I was pleased with the price and professionalism of JOEL and while I hope I never have to use this company again, the facts are that living in Florida, its possible. JOEL is Professional, Knowledgeable and a First-Class man. Thanks for all your hard work!

Prompt and professional BUT once the estimate came in, that’s when I saw the con game. First time ever they called my last name as the street I live on so maybe they are too busy to get that right. How about charging 4000.00 for mold removal when there was NO MOLD. That was the estimate with small things like 26.00 to roll my refrigerator forward. 500.00 to make sure it is all removed once they removed the mold. And they leave you with bare walls to have someone else to come in and hang new drywall. Please do not be conned!

I have had 5 houses with mold. I have given up on home ownership. I am now trying to move into a rental at Via Mizner. Of course it too has a mold issue. The management said they fixed it - it did not pass inspection after re testingI am also a TV reporter so I tend to investigate more than others. THIS COMPANY IS AMAZING, I JUST CALLED THEM AND THEY ARE ONCE AGAIN GOING TO COME AND HELP ME OUT. I want to say that I very rarely post reviews and I felt compelled to write one. Honest, kind, patient and professional. My only regret I did not find them sooner.

I hope you never have a disaster requiring emergency flood service clean up, but if you do, Dry Out Pro is the ABSOLUTE BEST! We had a flood under our kitchen sink that quickly spread to the living room and bedrooms and within an hour of calling Dry Out Pro, they were here cleaning up our mess, ripping up floors and installing fans and dehumidifiers. Josh was super nice, professional and calming and made the situation so much more bearable. You guys are all awesome and we couldn’t be happier with your service and expertise. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

So happy I found DRYOUTpros. I have been very sick and discovered I had mold in my house. DRYOUTpros came out within a few days of the discovery to start the mold removal. They took extra care to make sure everything that needed to be moved or packed up ( they even did the packing of my kitchen stuff) They made sure everything was sealed off from the rest of the house while they removed the mold. I was able to remain in my home during the process. The level of customer service and follow up by Josh was very impressive. He kept me informed during the whole process and was even available after hours/weekend when I had a question. Thank You for all that you have done for me. My health is almost back to normal thanks to you!!
