I believe everyone should take note of this company, just in case you will encounter accidents like fire or water damages and need to restore it. This company was recommended to my by a friend and I too would recommend this others. They have very skilled people who does excellent job at restoring damaged areas. Also worthy of being praised are their responsive customer rep. Very commendable indeed.
I like their quick response and their people are knowledgeable and very skilled. Definitely had lots of experience in restoring damaged parts done by fire. I was told to immediately call this company after the fire was quelled in order to make it easy for them to restore it. Worth recommending and paying them for their service.
Secure Fire & Water is the definitely the best choice we had made. Their quick response and professional people were something I was impressed about. The water restoration process they did were great. Thorough and efficient. A service like this should be given a 5!
This is the only service I know that could easily handle our black mold problems at home. Having a quick response from was the one thing I needed aside from the high quality of service. Easy to work with them and didnt have to worry about anything at all! Really great restoration service that I would definitely recommend to others.!
Responded to our call quickly after our basement was flooded. They arrived around less than 30 minutes I think and then immediately treated the problem. They sure have excellent response time and even better service. This is without a doubt a highly recommendable company.
The one and only company I would ever need in terms of damages done by fire or water. The polite staff were quick to respond, their tech people are so knowledgeable and hardworking, and their quotes were good too. I am surely going to recommend this company to my friends!
There were black molds in the basement so I had called this company for their service. Fast response means they value customer service. The work was done for quite some time but the result was amazing. I definitely would recommend this one.
During Hurricane Hermine, Sept 2016, we experienced flooding. Secure Restoration came into town looking for business. We met with a rep who assessed our home. We needed drywall removed 2 feet up in a few rooms, bathroom cabinets removed, kitchen cabinets removed. (They told us insurance pays for matching, so you should go ahead and have us rip out your upper cabinets. We decided to wait on our insurance adjuster. Turns out they do NOT pay for matching and didnt in our case. We figured it was an honest mistake and were thankful we didnt have them remove more than necessary.) We decided to have remediation done for $2,500.00. We put down half to get the work started. This would take care of demolition/dry-out. I had asked for a copy of our invoice and assignment of benefits that we signed, but was told they didnt have access to a printer/copier so we’d get a copy emailed from their office. Our invoice was emailed to us with a neighbors address, which I asked them to correct and resend. I had not gotten a copy of our AOB and was told they didnt have it in their office yet. Work was complete and we paid the rest of our bill. I specifically asked if we were paid in full and was told yes. They emailed me a copy of our invoice stamped PAID and that they had received our final payment and asked me to write them a review, which I did. They also sent copies of our credit card receipts.Fast forward a few weeks, we start getting messages that they were going to put a lien on our house unless we paid them an additional $3,680.55. (Meanwhile we never received any thing in the mail, no official notifications.) They emailed me an invoice in which I responded I think you are mistaken, we are paid in full. (This was in December.)In January 2017, I am emailed a letter saying we are still responsible for services due and attached is some type of Spore Trap Analysis document with a Project/Site Name - Triton Associates (which is in South Florida) dated July 2015. (Our damaged was Sept. 2016) I tell the office theyve sent a different clients paperwork and they respond a few days later with another invoice. Weve also received another voicemail that they are going to put a lien on our home. This time, the invoice shows the layout of our neighbors home, who did have work done through Secure Restoration as well, but their down stairs is laid out differently than ours. They also had more significant damage done to their property. It states 4ft of drywall removed, shows work done that we did not have done, the incorrect number of fans/dehumidifiers than what was placed in our home and so on.I emailed back and told them of the errors and that I didnt appreciate being harassed. They send another email stating they have revised our invoice which is now $3,349.82.At this point, we were tired of the harassing phone calls and emails so we hired an attorney.Ive since learned that they are calling our initial payment of $2,500.00 our deductible. Even though we were quoted this price for the total job and were given an invoice to reflect that. (Our deductible for our insurance is $5,000.00 so I dont understand where they are coming from.)Our attorney talked with the secretary and owner several times and provided documentation. This went on for several weeks and we stopped hearing from Secure Restoration. We thought this ordeal was over. The end of March 2018, I get a call from someone trying to collect the unpaid balance due to Secure Restoration. This nightmare is starting back up again! (18 months later) Needless to say, my attorney is back to dealing with Secure Restoration.I decided to leave a review here because I did look at reviews before we hired them. Buyer beware! This is not a company I recommend. If they can just come up with invoices and figures that were not originally quoted and harass you to get payment, they are not a company you want to deal with.
A part of my uncles house was damaged by the fire caused by an accident. Luckily for us we have this company around to treat the damaged area caused by the fire. Because they were close in the area, restoration for the damaged area was immediately taken care of. Now, it looks as if the place didnt caught fire at all. This is all thanks to the awesome people from this company that they made it happen.
I had this company to restore a part of the house that has been damaged by fire previously. I know that they could handle this problem because it was recommended to me by reliable person, which in fact they actually did a pretty decent job! I am so thankful of having a service like this around.
I was worried about the water damage problem in our old home at first but we were reluctant that there was a solution to this. We were advised to hire this company after knowing about their good reputation. I gotta admit, their technicians were very skilled and the staff were professional as well. They were able to fix the damage and thankful for the work done by them.
