I came in for a tooth extraction was charged twice the amount that was stated on the website. Dentist didnt listen when I said I was in pain. She kept hitting the nerve. I literally cried out and cried. She gave more novacaine and didnt wait at all .. I about came out of the chair. Then she added more and waited The hygienist was sweet and the doctor has a great personality but was LOUSY listening. I do NOT recommend.

My first visit was great! I have very high anxiety and had a horrible past experience with my previous dentist. The staff here at aspen dental made this fear far less for me. Everyone was very patient and understanding of my needs. They were all very specific of what I needed and showed me with the images they look. The dentist was wonderful. She gave me options. And let me make the final decision as to what I wanted done. Im not only received but excited for my upcoming appointments. I cant wait to make my mouth healthier but make myself feel better about smile. I would absolutely recommend this place.

All the staff here are professional and friendly. All questions and concerns are addressed promptly. Zero issues with appointment scheduling. The office is clean and well kept. Most importantly I am satisfied with the services received.

I am terrified to go to the dentist, but had to get this out! They made me feel very comfortable with the whole process and I didnt feel a thing. I would definitely go back and highly recommend them. All the staff were very nice and professional.

Aspen is wonderful from the moment I walked in friendly staff. Explained everything and worked with me. I went to 3 different places to find the right place and Aspen in Stuart is the best they make you feel comfortable with affordable prices and a wonderful staff that takes the time to answer questions.

The jury is still out. I am waiting for insurance coverage confirmation. The dentist was nice and seemed knowledgeable. They would not give me a cleaning the same day because they want me to do Deep scaling. I don’t agree, I think they could have given me a regular cleaning yesterday and scheduled me out in the future for the work to be billed through my insurer.All in all I only give them a “C”.

I have extreme anxiety going to the dentist to the point of tears during procedures even when I don’t feel pain. All of the professionals at the Stuart location were wonderful in keeping me calm by explaining each step along the way. I will return to this location for future procedures.

Very pleasant experience considering the dentist office isnt somewhere you want to be. Friendly staff. Did very well on educating and explaining everything to me. I will be using them for now on.

Bad experience. The best part of the visit was the sweet woman that did my x-rays.... However, it cost double what a tooth extraction should have. Was told it would be a surgical extraction...my tooth was cracked and pulled, no stitches. Surgical????? Then they couldnt even get my prescriptions right. At first they (prescriptions) were sent to the place that was most expensive and of course didnt accept my insurance. Then once that was changed to a better place, my prescriptions never even showed up. I even called aspen back to verify that everything had been changed and had been sent. They said it had.....it wasnt. Glad I wasnt in pain...and glad I have a good immune system....they just want your money. Dont go. Many better places to go to. Like for real, I did 15 years in prison. Not saying the fillings were the best work, but at least I got my medications.

I am almost 54 years old and that was the best dental experience I have ever had. A warm friendly phone call and greeting from Sydney at the front desk. A multitude of fast, efficient, well explained xrays with a happy attitude by Kaina the Dental Assistant. Nayshka the Dental Hygenist was just great! She explained everything I should do to save my gums from disease. She was very gentle. Looking foward to my cleanings with her! Assistant manager Nancy sat with me and explained the financing with me in a very professional manner, not at all pushy just a really happy nice person.She was even able to ask Dr. Tseng to try to work me in the same day. So grateful for that, as I work full time and my time off is limited. Dr. Tseng agreed to do the work same day. Before that, she did the most thorough exam of my teeth than I have ever had. She pulled three nasty molars from my mouth within minutes. She is Absolutely AMAZING! Kind, compassionate, extremely capable, I could go on and on. Kaina went over my post op instructions with me and my medicine was ready at the pharmacy when I left. I look foward to having all my dental needs taken care of by this wonderful group at AspenDental in Stuart Fl.

Best Dentist I have ever been to! My new dentist place now..I called this morning they got me right in,after my other dentist didnt seem to care I was in pain after 2 weeks waiting. Thank you for this wonderful place! Everyone is very caring,loving and thoughtful 😊

It was my first time at Aspen and its like the Superstore of Dentistry. Everyone was very nice but I will not be back. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice and said that the person in the back would be getting all of my info when they took my x-rays. When that person showed up and took me to the back he seemed confused as to what needed to be done. He couldnt find what he needed and left the room for about 15 minutes and I think forgot about me until I went looking for him. This is the person doing my x-rays and getting my general info which he still hasnt done. I was then taken into another room where they could review my x rays and discuss my issues, again everyone was very confused as to what to do, like it was everyones first day. Finally when the dentist showed up to review everything it was an 1 1/2 later. and still they didnt even know my name or have any medical info for the dentist to look at so she took my info. She was the only one who seemed to know her job and was knowledgeable. The hygienist was aggravated with the situation and left the room, did not even help. Very frustrating for a client who was looking for professionalism.Needless to say I did not feel comfortable with them working on my teeth and will not be back. I am very grateful that the first exam was free because if not I would be asking for a refund. I have decided to go to another dentist.

I initially went to Aspen Dental to have a broken veneer repaired. X-rays and a thorough exam were done at no charge. That was good. After that things went downhill fast. I asked for an appointment to simply have my veneer repaired. They refused to do it!! I was told I would have to pay over a THOUSAND DOLLARS for a CLEANING before they would even touch anything else. I was actually told that it was illegal for them to do any work without that cleaning. This was a blatant LIE! Furthermore, we had an emergency appointment for someone with a substantial dental emergency. It was the first appointment of the day but they kept us waiting for over 20 minutes while the patient with the emergency was in pain!We subsequently went to a real dental clinic and they treated both of us for our specific needs at the correct price.Don’t waste your money at Aspen, they will try to own you!

Extremely comprehensive initial exam. Consultation with Dr. Tseng was professional and informative was the conference with the hygienist. A lot of high tech diagnostics on site.

First impressions good. Intake was efficient. State of the art facility. All new, clean and ship shape. Next visit will test quality of work. They gave me a projected cost over 2k and suggested more than what I went there for initially. They have a car salesman/manager on staff who never called me back because I didnt bite on the $2k is my only guess. Guess I wont be finding out the quality of their work.

Have really enjoyed the care Ive been getting for my teeth. Dr. De La Rosa was very informative on how to care for my teeth. Been getting my teeth cleaned for over 2 yrs and so far happy with the results. Jackie is great out of the Stuart office.

I went to Aspen Dental to get a routine root canal. It was the worst experience I have ever had. After suffering for months and having the clinical staff belittle me and abandon my care. I went somewhere else where they found cement under my gums and removed it and have to have the cap redone. I filed a claim at the BBB asking for my money back. They have not responded. Do not go there a nightmare!!! The doctors do not return your calls and they are way more expensive then most places. Absolutely horrid.I am going to absolutely sue them I am still in pain.I had the tooth pulled and it did not help!I now have to see a Neurologist for nerve damage.My life has been horribly diminished because of what they did. Absolute Nightmare and they wont refund my money. Cant wait to sue them.I now have to go see a Oral and Maxillofacial Specialist to see if they can fix the horrible damage done to me. The Patient Satisfaction Team is a joke.Worst experience of my life.Dont come here.

Had a wisdom tooth removed and a few other problem areas taken care of under sedation. Honestly can’t remember anything after the IV but in my opinion that’s the best way to deal with dental work. I never felt a thing and the recovery time has progressed rather well with minimal discomfort. Awesome job!!!

I shattered my front tooth on Saturday evening from a boat trailer crank. The Stuart Aspen took me in Monday morning. Prior to this, I haven’t been to the dentist in nearly 20 years bc I’m terrified going. Dr McDonough and her staff did the most amazing job. She reassured and comforted me that it would not hurt and there was nothing to fear. She was right! My tooth looks perfect, the process was painless and quick. Amazing experience! The only time I can actually say I enjoyed going to the dentist. Dr. Rodriguez -Torres Was absolutely amazing! In fact the whole staff was super friendly and made you feel very comfortable.

I called to make sure they accepted my insurance, as I saw a dentist listed on my insurance plan who had the same address and was told that they did, so I made an appointment. They have the latest equipment, and used it all, which was impressive, but very time consuming and seemed somewhat redundant. I was disappointed in that they did not accept my insurance, even as an out-of-network provider for partial payment of a cleaning. I realize that insurance companies are a PITA to work with, but it would be nice if they knew up front which ones they accept. Nevertheless, the initial visit was at no charge, and I was not pressured to get the needed work done there.

My first visit was very positive. The staff and doctors were very friendly and professional. They made me feel very relaxed and the office and holding rooms were very clean and antiseptic. I felt very safe taking off my mask for my initial xrays. I will definitely go back again as I have finally found a good source for my dental diagnostics.

Money hungry company plain and simple. I was herded around to take x-rays the minute I walked in. I was told to pay hundreds of dollars before I could get a simple cleaning which is what I needed. All they want is your money. Stay away.

I felt very safe at Aspen Dental office for my semi-annual check up despite the current Covid-19 environment. It seemed to me appropriate health procedures were being maintained. My biggest qualm was the large size of the x-ray film being used here and possibly everywhere else.

Visit was very pleasant. I needed a crown and was there for an evaluation. At the end of the visit I was presented with a 2 procedure quote of over $2600 (deep cleaning and crown). I am self-paid so I asked If the doctor could only do the crown procedure with a regular cleaning ( deep cleaning is over $1000), and the person said that was not possible. I called the office one more time to make sure this was not a mistake since I was under the impression the deep cleaning procedure was voluntary not mandatory, but they again said crown without deep cleaning was not possible.Needless to say I’m on my way to find another dentist willing to help me fix my tooth without pushing any other procedures.

I had a great experience with my dentist and hygienist. But the front desk has been a nightmare since covid. They also had the wrong voicemail on their answering machine saying they closed at 12pm on the day of my appointment so I missed my appointment. I had to reschedule the week before Christmas then I wasnt able to make that day so I left a voicemail on their machine which apparently they never got. A now they put me on some type of walk in only list! This is something they probably should tell their patients that they would do. I tried to explain that I left them a message. And they know they had problems with their phones for over a month but they wouldnt budge. I guess I will have to find a new dentist now and dont recommend their customer service tactics! I would have rather been charged $50 for missing an appointment then being treated like I did something wrong! People need to make appointments! And why should I suffer because their front desk has been a nightmare since covid. I was understanding when I had to wait months for my temporary tooth due to covid and fedx issues but when it comes to them being understanding of their answering

Great place to have any dental work done. I took my 87 year old mother there and they treated her with dignity and respect and I really appreciated it. We were both in there for a couple hours and got checked out totally all at no charge unlike other places Ive been.

They told me when I arrived for my appt for a cracked tooth, that I owed $90 from xrays back in 2017. I never received a bill and they said they had sent it to collections. I still never heard anything. They proceeded to tell me that they would not see me until the $90 was paid. I had no choice but to pay it. They showed me no proof that I owed that money. That is what stocks out for me with Adpen Dental

I made an emergency appointment to get a painful fractured tooth pulled. After a complete exam, the dentist said he wasnt pulling it. (It is a back molar) He wanted me to come back to get it checked by someone else. Then had a complete treatment plan for my whole mouth. I had to walk out of this office in pain because he would not do what I wanted. Never again. I cancelled my husbands appointment for the next week.

Thought this was a well run facility when initially visting. Visited last Thursday.Found out I needed a deep cleaning based on tarter/plaque buildup. And would be prescribed antibiotics for a dead nerve. All fine and dandy, no problem. Went to set up the next appointment for the following week. Thats when the issues began.First, they wanted half of the cost of the following appointment as a deposit, $450 that day, just to schedule the appointment. To make sure I would show up and not waste the hygienists time.Never have I ever had to place a deposit before a scheduled appointment.Not only that, they never sent the prescription to the pharmacist. I followed up today, Tuesday, and they told me they would send the prescription right away.Well I go to the pharmacy, and guess what? They never got my prescription. I tried calling the office, as well as the other local offices that are open until 7:30. Nobody answered and I could not leave a message due to the full inbox.Thanks for wasting my time. Never going back.

I am a healthcare professional and fairly new in this area and was in search of a good family dentist. My 23 yo son and I went in for our yearly exams. Our experience was HORRIBLE. They processed us with speed through the steps of exam only to be sat down and presented a high priced list of work they expected us to get. None of the work I needed and most of my sons he did not need. They tried to force me to get a crown, braces, receive an advanced periodontal cleaning - of which is not covered by my insurance. My son is a soldier and needed work completed. Basic work (cleaning, wisdom tooth removed). The staff refused to sign off his paperwork unless he paid the high overcharged prices and agreed to the advanced cleaning and work. They held a SOLDIER HOSTAGE knowing he needed the paperwork signed.This is the WORST company. I will NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone. Beware of their sales pitches and forceful ways to get extra work done. I think they are scam artists personally and will never go back.

Do not go to Aspen Dental if you do not have insurance. I am a cash payer and they quoted me $2400 for a cleaning! Outrageous.

As soon as you walk in you can tell youre in a different type of dentist office not run-of-the-mill. Immediately I was taken to a room where I was explained all the charges for my particular reason that I was there. For picking them as a wildcard place to go I hit this one right on the head. I was going in for a denture repair and decided to just go ahead and replace because their prices were so good. They have a lab on-premise which is fantastic you dont find that with dentists usually.

I had an emergency visit at the Stuart/Jensen Beach office. I had cracked a molar and was in a lot of pain. They fit me in and removed the damaged tooth. What a relief! They always take great care of me there.

Greedy greedy greedy! Go in for an abscessed impacted wisdom tooth and they did NOTHING! Gave an estimate of almost $5000 to take care of wisdom tooth, deep cleaning and a couple small cavities...then would not schedule to take care of wisdom tooth until the deep cleaning and other stuff was done first?!?! The concern was to make an extra $2000 first on other stuff than dealing with the emergency, dr did not even give RX for antibiotics! Needless to say 2 days later in the hospital receiving IV antibiotics and off to an oral surgeon a few days later to have impacted wisdom tooth pulled. Not to mention they will not even schedule an appointment for any procedure unless you pay 60% up front for an appt that is over 3 weeks away...HIGHWAY ROBBERY! UNPROFESSIONAL!

So far so good. I was nervous and Jackie put me at ease and is very proficient. I have more work to get done. I was given a discount for paying cash. Very clean office.Another visit and again, 5 stars! Such great people in this office. Irene is amazing and she did a wonderful job, making sure I was satisfied. I wont use any other dental office in Stuart.

Let me start by saying this, I am offended. Let me tell you why.. first I call and tell them my situation how I don’t have insurance and I am a 25 yr old man who only has a serving job so I don’t make that much. They sympathized with me and told me they would make it work so I felt relieved and set up my first appointment. I get there and they take xrays of my mouth and my teeth are in really bad shape so I expected it to be to expensive for me to pay for, but they told me that no matter what they would help me. That was the first offense after them saying I don’t know why anyone would have said that to you over the phone and no way can we do payment planes because you have 0 credit. That was right after I was about to leave because the cost of fixing my hole mouth would have been 36000 dollars... they even printed a 5 page paper of a invoice of everything they would have done and how much it would cost after them knowing my situation. Almost like they were mocking me? It was the worst experience of my life and I went home very upset and I felt defeated. Why in the world would they tell me how much it would be and sit me down not to mention the hole thing almost took 2 hours long, just to say oh no you can’t do any payment plans you have 0 credit and you don’t make enough? Not even a rich person would pay that to a franchise dentist? If you go there good luck and try not to be so upset when you leave with not one hope that you and your mouth won’t have to suffer any longer. Because these people do not care all. All they want is the insurance money and your money. Oh and another think they only take a couple insurances anyways. The chance of you getting one that they accept are slim.Thanks everyone for reading this and I hope you don’t make the same mistake I did.

Super expensive, almost $2K for two crowns. I ended flying back to my home state and having it taken care of for under $500 including my round trip flight. I also was not happy that the dentist doing my consultation talked bad about my prior dentists work, which really hit a nerve with me. Not professional at all.

As someone who is not comfortable with dental visits I had a remarkably pleasant visit. The front desk was friendly and welcoming as was Melissa, the dental assistant. The dental hygienist was very gentle and knowledgeable...unfortunately I can’t recall her name. I had a comprehensive exam and a plan was presented to get me back on track by Dr. McDonough. I am more than pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this office for all your dental care!

Giving 3 stars because the staff was very very kind and I’d like to give credit where credit is due. I came in with an infected tooth and needed a root canal. Let me also say that I do not have insurance so it was a stressful situation in itself. Instead of treating me for the issue I was there for, they piled on a list of a bunch of services, separate from my reason for the visit, that was going to cost thousands of dollars. I left the office in tears and decided to get a second opinion where I learned my tooth was very infected and needed to be addressed immediately or else I would lose the tooth. They actually had me do the root canal that day and treated the infection. Aspen did not focus on severity of the infection, but instead on all of the money they could make. I give the staff 5 stars for their kindness and patience, but the corporation should be ashamed of themselves for trying to get inside of my pocket instead of treating my problem.

It was a wonderful experience. We just moved to this are from Ft. Lauderdale and need to established service with a new dentist. The staff is very professional. I got a cleaning on my 1st visit with Jacquie and she was very nice and informative. I learned a few things I did not know. My husband wanted to go first, and he has an appointment in two days. Very grateful the reviews, I read were positive. I have a great experience.

I went there for a cracked tooth to have removed. Had a full examination with xrays no charge which was great no problem there. My issue was not having the tooth removed only to be told I had to have a my teeth cleaned and gums scaled before any work is to be done on any of my teeth at a cost of 2k which I found was out outrageous. As for the Dentist herself she was very pleasant and informative. I do understand that my situation is not good with all the other work to be done and them wanting me to spend 16k for all the work but, I just want 1 tooth to be pulled...not done. Now going to Mexico with some friends in April to get the work done for 30% of the cost here.
