BE AWARE these people are insurance scammers. When you make an appointment for something simple as a cleaning they will try to sell you something you did not ask for just so they can get your money and your insurances. When I went for my exam a patient was complaining about this same issue but I thought it was a mistake until they tried to do the SAME THING to me.

This was the worst dental experience of my life. Run away fast!! First, I should have know when the office and all of the tools looked like old 1980. None of the detal equipment was modern. I needed a filling as diagnosed by my wonderful dentist out if state. I couldnt travel due work so I went to this practice. I had nothing but pain during the filling of the tooth. Months of discomfort and catching on the filing material anytime I eat. I could smell and feel the heat of the drill . No water drill. I should have gotten up and walked out . 3 months later Im still uncomfortable. I just found an outstanding, modern dentist who after examination could clearly see that she went way too deep and too close to the vital root. Now I have a mis shapen tooth and a dangerous situation that eventually could result in a root canal according to the x-rays. Please run away from this woman.

I went to Regency Dental to see Dr. Jaffe because of a tooth that had broken and was aching terribly and Dr. Jaffe was able to remove the tooth. It was a rear molar so I knew it would be a difficult procedure but Dr. Jaffe was gentle and able to get the tooth removed with no issues. They were able to make room for me in their schedule on relatively short notice which I appreciate. Many thanks to Regency Dental and Dr. Jaffe.

Going to the dentist is never a pleasurably-anticipated event. Hardly. However, Dr. Jaffe makes the experience completely tolerable. With his excellent chair-side manner he provides clear explanations of all procedures and most important, he is TOTALLY PAINLESS. After years of poor childhood brushing, I have paid the price of many cavities and several crowns. I have been with Dr. Jaffe for 5 years and he has performed flawlessly, professionally, and, did I mention PAINLESSLY. He even convinced me to floss daily, and the next day I miss will be my first in 5 years.

Great experience here!! Had deep cleaning today and didn’t even need any numbing for my gums. Hygienist educated me very well and dr is confident I don’t have perio disease unlike the other dentists claimed. So if you’re told u have perio, come here for another honest opinion!! I called in dire pain on a weekend and Dr. Jaffe opened the office for me on a Sunday. She performed an emergency root canal, gave me enough novacaine to make comfortable that I could finally get some sleep for a couple of hours as well. The whole office is like this. Friendly, family oriented, makes their patients comfortable and treats them with respect. Not only did Dr. Jaffe take me on a Sunday but she also called me that night to check up on me. Now tell me, do you have a dentist that will do this? I highly recommend... NO, I insist you give them a call. This is a very special group.

Arlene Jaffe, DDS has to be the best dentist I have ever ever been to. She was able to do a total reconstruction of my teeth that a bad dentist had mangled many years ago. Corrected my jaw alignment, and totally stopped my jaw from popping out of joint. She worked with me to develop a plan which suited me; I didnt want any implants, and I wanted any bridges to be permanent, not removable. We needed to do crowns on all teeth, which I knew before I went to her, as they had all been ground down to nubs by the awful crock dentist of years ago.Because of having to build up my entire bottom teeth, and realigning the jaw and bite, she went very slowly, to make sure to not traumatize the jawbone.She had explained all this and we discussed and made the plan together, which was an ongoing process. Every step was discussed as we went along..Although it was a LOT of hours in the chair, Dr Jaffe was ever so gentle. I actually fell asleep in the chair while she was removing old crowns and fillings. She caused me no pain. Yes, some discomfort after some sessions, as major work was being done.I now have 3 permanent bridges.My teeth look gorgeous, and the entire bottom of my face now looks like it should. Having correct occlusion actually got rid of some of those wrinkles around my mouth and what was a receded jawline.Dr Jaffes charges were reasonable and sensible, in view of the immense amount of work done, and the number of hours she spent - not just with me in person, but in her working with molds, temporaries, studying, and planning how to best do this work.Her Office manager Pam is a gem. Stayed in touch with me in working appointments, and I felt like Dr Jaffe, the other dentists in the office, the entire office staff CARED about me.Awesome dental practice, awesome people.Highly recommend.

Before Dr. Arlene Jaffe, I had many issues with my teeth, due to being severely malnourished as a child. It’s amazing how not being able to break down and chew your food properly can affect your overall health. Each and every tooth has a purpose; God knew what he was doing. I slowly lost my teeth as an adult, I did everything I could possibly do to save them and couldn’t. I practically swallowed my food whole and choose food that didn’t require much chewing, I would become very hungry, experienced much heart burn, indigestion, acid reflux, chest pain so bad there were times I thought I was having a heart attack, no joke! My stomach was producing enormous amount of acid to digest my food, as well as the pain from many tooth aches. I’m very young and accepted the fact that this is how it is, became accustomed to it. I was embarrassed to go out to eat or eat in front of other people. I would never smile and I knew that I never would. If I laughed out loud because something was funny unexpected I would immediately cover my mouth. This is my life, I told no one. Throughout this time I’ve seen many dentists, they would do what the insurance company or I could pay and send me on my way. Until the day I walked into Regency dental of Stuart and meet Dr. Arlene Jaffe she changed my life and my world, her diagnosis was Hypertrophied tissue, I’m like what? Yes I’ve noticed but no dentist has ever mentioned it before. I became very excited, OMG! She just smiled and I wanted to cry, happy tears of course. Well she sent me to a specialist, oral surgeon the issue was resolved and I was taken care of. I had many appointments there; the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. Her assistant Debbie McEwen, what a gem she made me feel comfortable and very reassuring and calming. Dr. Jaffe made me the most beautiful set of dentures that you have ever seen, they look and feel natural and fit like a glove, no adhesive is required. You would never guess that they are not my real teeth, people say wow you have nice teeth I never thought in a million years someone would say that to me, they are absolutely beautiful, I smile all the time now and I eat anything I want, I have no heartburn, acid reflux, indigestion, chest pains, amazing it’s all gone now, my bite is straight, strong and amazingly beautiful. Dr.Arlene Jaffe is such a blessing, very gentle and kind and will always be my dentist.

I called to make an appointment and the recepcionist was really rude. Then they told me that they were not able to verify my insurance so they needed to call me later. They called and started asking for many things even my social security. I told that i was not feeling confortable in giving it by phone so the recepcionist hang up on me.... rude people.. BAD COSTUMER SERVICE......... as far as the real job I dont know, but i will never go to them again...
