This will be the review of all reviews, especially for those who are a bit fearful of dentists.Start to finish, from the friendly greeting at the front door by Jenessa to Bonnie’s cleaning, which was noticeably better than anywhere I have previously been, every experience at this hygienically clean practice has been friendly, caring and professional.My crown specialist in Boston suggested I see a Prosthodontist for some cosmetic crown work. I have found that expertise in Dr Olin, who along with his assistant, Sarah, are constantly ensuring my satisfaction and comfort. In fact, I fell asleep during one procedure involving a crown replacement...they were that gentle and caring.It is also reassuring to know that Dr. Olin goes the extra mile in backing up the quality of his work, which has been top notch.If you’re looking for a general dentist or specialist who is gentle and can make your smile bright, look no more.

I recently made Florida my permanent residence and I needed a dentist. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Tyler. His office space is updated and comfortable and his staff is very competent and nice. I spent over 4 hours there getting 2 crowns and I have to say it was a virtually painless experience. Dr. Tyler is a perfectionist and my crowns, although in the back of my mouth, match my other teeth perfectly. I would highly recommend Dr. Tyler and his team!

I went to Dr. Tyler a couple of years ago because I had issues with my dentures. He advise me to get some implants because I didnt have enough bone to hold dentures correctly. He didnt want me to just continue to make he situation worst. I got a couple of implants and then Dr. Tyler made me the best implants Ive ever had. He is very caring and thoughtful when treating or working in my mouth or dentures. I feel like Im with family when I go to Dr. Tylers office for check ups or cleaning. He very thorough and gentle every time that I go to his office. He is very detail on all the work he does on me. I would recommend him to all my family and friends or to anyone that ask me if I know a great dentist.

I recently came to Florida on vacation and was experiencing pain in the upper region of my mouth. Dr. Tyler was recommended to me by a friend. Even though I was only a referral and not an established patient the office staff scheduled an appointment that same day despite a fully booked schedule. Dr Tyler met with me in his office to discuss my issues then clearly outlined his course of action. Throughout the procedure he explained exactly what he was doing and the rationale. Once completed I immediately felt some relief and each day that followed I’ve experienced continued improvement. I found the entire staff to be helpful, professional and friendly.

He will give you a treatment plan that is fair and there is no pressure. I got my recent cap in one sitting with no waiting as I had to do in the past. His staff is also stellar. I travel 1 1/2 hours one way (60 miles one way) to his office and have for 3 years, I believe he is the best dentist in south Florida and he also has the best staff you could find. If someone needs a GREAT dentist an you want to save your teeth he is the one to go to.

I have really sensitive teeth, I used to go to the dentist every 3 months so there was less scraping. It didnt hurt as much. With moving to the area I have not been for 9 months and I was terrified. Bonnie was the best. I didnt want to jump out of the chair at all. Dr Tyler was good too!!! I am going to keep driving 30 minutes here while passing 6 other dentist offices!!!!

They ensure you are comfortable at all times. Dr. Tyler explains everything in great detail concerning the health of your teeth. Recently had a crown done. Dr. Tyler is meticulous in his craft. Absolutely no pain or discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Tyler and his staff.

Went in for bite adjustment. took good care and made adjustment in ten minutes. I got charged 355 dollars. Told me he would send me a treatment plan for teeth cleaning AND would make further adjustments if need be for free. Didnt send me the Treatment plan and I had to call by phone. Over the phone they said 600 dollars for full mouth cleaning. I demurred and sent them a polite email saying the price was too high and they said come in anyway for more bite adjustments. I called them and asked for an appointment and have had no response. I am disappointed in responses and prices but that is their business and they can charge what they want..

I took my 95 year old mother to have a front tooth restored. Dr. Tyler was patient and compassionate and he made a three tooth bridge in one day! The staff is just as caring. Thank you Dr. Tyler, Ann, Tina and Bonnie

I grew up in a dental family, father and two brothers were dentists. Grew up around dentistry and dental schools (Penn and Columbia) listening at dinner to what was important in restorative dentistry and oral surgery. Have had a lot of dental work done by top dentists. I would put Olin Tyler up with the best restorative dentists I have been to. Found Dr. Tyler on a friends recommendation when my wife needed some emergency dental help while in Florida a year ago. A perfectly good crown had come loose from a healthy tooth. Another dentist in area wanted to start over at considerable cost. Dr. Tyler confirmed no decay. Tooth in good shape.. Re-cemented crown which remains fine. Learned you can rely on him to do what needs to be done and not more.This Winter I had an inlay of many years fail. Went to Dr Tyler. After Bonnie, his excellent hygenist, did a thorough prophylaxis and full mouth X Ray, Dr. Tyler did an exam and gave me a detailed treatment plan and cost. Turned out I needed two crowns, one on another tooth which was clearly decaying at the margin and threatening the nerve. Dr. Tyler recommended Lithium Di Silicate crowns, with which I was not familiar, He explained what needed to be done and why. I was amazed to learn that each crown could be completed start to finish in one three hour appointment.Dr. Tyler, like all excellent restorative dentists, is a perfectionist. More important, he is totally comfortable and expert with the latest generation of computerized equipment from Dentsply Sirona which is revolutionizing dentistry. Dr. Tyler expertly prepared the tooth. Then the computer takes over, scans the tooth and adjoining and opposing teeth, and designs the crown perfectly. In many offices, even today, an impression, or possibly the computer design data, would be taken and sent to the lab to make the crown, you go home with a temporary for a week and come back for another shot of novocaine to have a more or less perfect crown fit, ground here and there and cemented.. Dr. Tyler transfers the computer design of the crown to another machine in his on site lab which perfectly cuts the lithium disilicate crown from a block of material to match the computer design. Then it gets color coated and goes in an oven. When it is put in your mouth to check it out, perfect fit, perfect color, perfect occlusion with opposing teeth, and most important, perfect margins which is where crowns and inlays typically fail.Dr. Tyler and his staff clearly love what they do. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable from start to finish. I think it is a significant advantage that Dr. Tyler started as a dental technician, before he decided to go to Dental School at U. of Florida. Then took post graduate training there in Prosthetic Dentistry. Dr. Tyler answered all my many questions and let me watch him make the actual crown in about 30 minutes. An eye popping experience for someone who had not seen it before. Both crowns felt very good the minute he put them in to check fit, margins, and occlusion. They felt perfect when I got out of the chair and now 5 or 6 weeks later everything feels perfect.My wife and I split time between Florida and Philadelphia and have a good and highly respected lab reliant Dentist in Philly, who still does things as well as possible without the latest equipment and technology. We think highly of her, but, excepting for an emergency, Dr. Tylers office is where we will go for all our dental work. Cannot recommend Dr Tyler and his office highly enough.
