I have used Enterprise for many years from all over the country while travelling for business. I have used the local Enterprise Rent-A-Car several times over the years in Stuart. Recently I had my personal automobile in the shop and repairs took longer than expected. Enterprise was very helpful in, extending several times, the time I needed to use the car that I rented from them. They also gave me a lift back to the shop where my car was repaired.
My recent rental had an interesting twist. Normally I get my car, do the walk around, sign and go. Zip zip tater chip. This time I got in to go and saw the interior of the vehicle was not up to usual standards…cigarette hole in the driver’s seat, stains on every other seat and it smelled awful. When I told the agent, she said “unacceptable, I’m getting you another car!” Within 5 minutes I was on my way in a new car. 😊

Another very positive experience with Enterprise! They picked me up at my home (on-time and by a friendly driver) at no charge. My vehicle was ready upon arrival and I was given the choice of a few within my category. Each time I have rented from this location, I have always felt valued and never pressured into “up-charges”. My rental car was a 2021 model, which is often the case, in terms of receiving newer/reliable vehicles. The return was a breeze and I will most certainly return the next time travel needs arise. The manager (Auggy) is always polite and professional!
Really great employees. Never once had a bad employee from there. Really great cars. There are 2 problems though. The cars never have quality wiper blades which is a big safety issue and for the high rates they charge you should have good wipers. for the long term rentals they charge super high rates. If you get a discount somehow the next time you rent the rate seems to sky rocket to make up there loss from the discount you got it seems.
Professional Customer Service,I have rented all over the US and this location gets it right every time.The staff is excellent friendly and very accommodating even a the last minute.its never a problem with this office, i remember that Zach, Crbtian served me that day. In addition to being friendly and efficient, I believe that if you rent or return a car here, you will be satisfied.Efficient, Detailed, Excellent are the words I use to recommend for this location. This enterprise location is very bad with customer. They tell you a price when you pick up the car, then when you return the car they charge you double of the amount. Guys just be careful with this company, everyone work hard to make money, I’m very upset when certain companies like enterprise think customers are stupid.
Made online reservation using points from my Enterprise Plus account I had to make several changes to time; apparently, system kept all.My confirmation clearly shows I would have owed $3.05 for this rental. My account was debited for $98.00 for the rental. I made no less than 8- 10 phone calls between local Enterprise and main customer service department to obtain the return of $98.00.Messages were left at local office; NO CONTACT FROM OFFICE.Ultimately, Enterprise re-applied my points and kept the $98.00 which was NOT correct. Reversing erroneous $98.00 charge to my bank account was all I wanted BUT WAS TOLD NOT POSSIBLENOT ONLY WAS NO SATISFACTION RECEIVED FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO CONTACT WAS EVER RECEIVED FROM BRANCH OFFICE.Enterprise needs to remember Avis, Budget, Hertz are all soliciting my business; looks like one of them will have a new customer.It clearly does not matter that I have used Enterprise since I lived in NJ (over 20 years ago).Enterprise, during these times in particular, this was an utter failure on at every level.I will be placing the same review on Facebook. Perhaps use of social media will get someones attention.
I am a Gold but very close to platinum member of enterprise on average I rent about twice per month or 12 days per month .I have been noticing a much harder service with the shortage of rentals therefore lately my home location enterprise in fort Pierce which also provides great survive has been unavailable on some reservation occasions to serve me, but nevertheless every over at this location in fort Pierce are always ready to take care of me and literally make sure that I’m a completely satisfied with enterprise, the championship service they provided me with and by doing so every time the certify me as a continuous repeating customer.I’ve been so satisfied with how they have taken care of me that I’ve actually driven 45 minutes at times to this location just to have their customer service that they provide me with even without there being an unavailability of cars at my home location, Augie & Zach are especially has always been hands on at making sure I’m smiling from the time I arrive to rent from the time I return to drop of, even prior starting with the phone call to reassure the rental reservation is going as planned.
I thought this was going to be like the other car rental place but renting from this enterprise place and working with the manager Melissa was an amazing experience! She delivered 5 star service helping me and went distance to make sure I got the vehicle that was best suited for my needs! I would definitely recommend renting from this location to others!
I am never disappointed at this location. Fast and friendly service. Sara and Zack are amazing! Very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly and always provide exceptional customer service. They both always make me feel welcomed every time I come in, because of a recent situation I’ve had to rent quite a few times within the past few weeks and every single time I’ve arrived my experience has always been a 10/10. The Enterprise rep picked me up at the place where my car was being repaired, drove me to the Enterprise store where a nice crew of people quickly put me in a car like mine. They also took me back to pick my car up when it was repaired. Customer service was great as was the car I rented.
We rent from Enterprise very frequently and find this location to have the best inventory and exemplary customer service thanks to Augie F. He is an outstanding manager and will go beyond to make your trip happen in comfort!
I rented my car for 3 days... my total came to $200. I called a day or two later to keep the car for an additional week. I was told it would be an additional $200. I called the day i was to return the car and requested an additional day. I received a bill for 780$... make it make sense! I denied all coverage as i am fully insured. I explained this the day i received my invoice which included an additional $300 charge for incidentals. I was informed that the $300 would be refunded as it was just a deposit.... a week late my bill is the same.They are just looking to make a buck!

Enterprise as a whole has been a horrible experience. I picked up my vehicle in Hope Sound and returned it at the PSL Bayshore location well before my personal car was ready, just to be done with them.The first time Enterprise attempted to charge my card, they were declined. They called me and explained how much they were charging and why. I approved the transaction and transferred funds into that account for them to withdrawal. About a week and a half later they proceeded to charge my card over $350, leaving me at a 0 balance. I discovered this when I walked in to purchase groceries and my card was declined.When I called to question this charge, they stated my insurance stopped covering the rental and they had attempted to contact me and my insurance company repeatedly, leaving messages. Finally, after days of attempted contact they gave up and charged the card.I explained I had no record of ever receiving any additional calls or messages from them. They then changed their story and claimed they were not able to leave any messages, that my phone just kept ringing.Geico states they did not receive any notification from enterprise either. Geico moved to immediately cover the cost and instruct them to refund me. I was informed the funds wound be returned in 24 hours. The following day, I was still left at a 0 balance. After hours on the phone back and forth, myself, geico and enterprise, they say they were busy yesterday, they will release the funds today but now its Thursday evening so I may have to wait till Monday to receive my money back.At this point I am furious. I have no money for food, my sons diapers or gas and I have now accrued fines from the bank for reaching a 0 balance. I explain all that to enterprise and they state that it is not their problem, they had every right to take my money. When I countered back with not before completing do diligence with myself and my insurance their response was they tried and I must not have had service or my phone carrier must have been experiencing issues the days they tried to call.I spoke to the manager at the Bayshore office, Stuart office and corporate. They all treated me like I was the one out of line. When I finally lost it after two days of this back and forth they became offended and acted as though they had been bending over backwards to accommodate me.I requested copies of all the records showing the charges, supposed calls and memos on the messages left. I was told that they are unable to provide me any of that.Enterprise as a whole is a greedy, lazy place. They push the blame off on anyone rather then just acknowledging their wrong doing and resolving it quickly.

Absolutely terrible experience. No one in the entire place is on the same page. Kia had to call 3-4 times to try and get them not to charge me, and then turn around after they tell me nothing is owed by me, Kia covered the whole thing, to a large charge on my card. The customer service at this location really needs some improvement. I hope they can get it together.
Nothing like a long wait, the one on Bayshore as well. Used to love this place, now it seems they cant keep up.
Normally, I have great service at Enterprise, but this last rental has not been my usual experience. I rented a car in Stuart, FL at 9:00 a.m. and dropped it off in St. Petersburg, FL the next day at 10:30 a.m.. It was a one day rental. However, I was charged for 2 days. I called the Stuart location and was informed the car was returned at 3:30 p.m. I told the agent that was simply not true. It might be when they got around to checking it in but it is not when I dropped it off. The agent apologized and said they would refund me. It is two weeks later, and I have not received my refund. Be sure if you rent from this company that you stand there until they check in the car so that you dont get overbilled for an additional day.UPDATE on this review... I contacted the customer care email as instructed in the reply and they were very helpful and I did get my refund for the extra day that I was charged. Thanks to all that helped. I will now update this review to 4 stars.
I’ve always had a great experience when renting cars, and Christian was helpful and professional. I had to have my rental extended due to the body shop not completing my repairs on my car in a timely manner, and they extended no problem at all.
I would like to say thank you to the employee that helped me and I believe the supervisor/manager/assistant I think his name is Auggy was very helpful in the process renting the ford explorer. Thank you so much as I will take a trip with my nephews and daughters after everything that happened with covid last year to visit some fun theme park attractions thank you for the accommodations. This location in stuart is always my go to when in need for renting a car. They are reliable and helpful thank you again.
Do not pay cash for tolls, they have a new scam where they say they got billed by plate for the turnpike. Saying its for part of turnpike under construction where they are redoing plazas but there is no charge for the inconvenience. Paid 3 times what it normally cost to run turnpike and they charge a fee for billing you of course. You can keep your receipts but it doesnt matter, you can do everything they say to get refunded and you still get screwed because the turnpike invoice system is automated and you need the invoice number they have. Will use a different rental agency next time.
Great service and clean car, with COVID-19 precautions fully implemented in by comparison sometimes lax state of Florida. The previous renter had left personal items in glove box, and Enterprise quickly made the effort to call me to return them. Easy and cordial drop-off at the airport. Enterprise rocks!

Have done 5k in business with them over the last year. They couldnt get a hold of me for a day and threaten to call the cops to get a rental car from me. So if you a busy person. Dont rent from them. This email below does not respond, they give you a 954 number no one answers. Now I cant use all the points I built up with them.

Management will not call you back, no longer the enterprise of the past. I have been told by phone, online chate, email, and in person that someone from the regional office would call me, no one has. You get better service from the cheaper options down the road. The auto-bot that says email the care account is worthless if they dont follow thru with emails.
Made an 8am appointment to pick up a mid size vehicle. Waited 30 mins for them to “clean” the vehicle. Had trash in it and was filthy dirty. Including multiple cigarette burns in upholstery. THEY HAD NO OTHER CAR AVAILABLE. Don’t waste your time at this location or this company. Added pictures of the seats.Update: Finally got a call back from location @ a week later with an apology followed by a few lies but agreed on a partial refund. Added 2nd star for some communication. Now I wait for the refund to be credited.
They did not have the vehicle I reserved (large SUV) available when I picked it up. I was given a Chrysler Pacifica which could also hold up to 7 people. Unfortunately it had been smoked in prior and this odor was present and unmistakable throughout our experience. The vehicle itself did well and I would not shy away from driving one in the future. The staff were overwhelmed the day I picked it up but were courteous and hustled very hard to please the people in line. I would rent from then again.
This is our 2nd experience with Enterprise and I love them! The employees are so kind and accommodating to your needs! This time I was helped by Sarah Weekman she was amazing felt like I was talking with a friend I’ve known for years!!! There are a lot of rental services out now a days but I was set on going with Enterprise!! Can’t wait to rent with them again in September ❤️
If I could leave a zero I would. And I never write these but I’m so unbelievably disgusted with how my interaction was handled. The day I got into the rental (being put in by the at fault insurance) they went through the routine question. I signed for everything, and when came time to sign for the damage wavier i agreed to the one day payment of $21.99. On top of the $50.00 refundable payment for the the car. Totaling $71.99 charged to my card. I had the car for 8days, and upon returning my card was charged an additional $103.93 (totaling $175.92) i went back to this location asking why, to which the woman who said she was the manager told me I agreed to $21.99 a day. On the initial piece of paper they gave me it clearly states it was for the one day. They argued with me and told me I was wrong and I should’ve ask in a clearer way what I was being charged to and that they did not own me anything and on top of that, I wouldn’t be getting me original $50 deposit back. After almost 2 hours of going back and forth they agreed to return half of the total. To which I got confused on why only half being I did not sign for the 8 day damage waver. I signed for the one day. They original manager I spoke was extremely rude and told me it was my fault and that they didn’t do anything wrong. She told me to pretty much take the loss and move on. I cannot believe how terribly I was handled. I will be contacting corporate and informing them of this situation.

I had scheduled a rental for the day and found out that not only myself, but half a dozen other customers were left to seek other transportation because there were absolutely NO CARS available. If you make a reservation for a car, you should be given that car or one similar to it. Myself and several others were left waiting for 60-90+ minutes for our cars before employees told us they were trying to find them. Yes it was ‘Spring Break’ but enterprise is still required to fulfill the reservations/promises they made to their customers. I waited close to 90 minutes before my father let me use his truck for the day, but that left him high and dry from stuff he wanted to do.- conclusion: Very poor planning of Enterprise with poor service/treatment of customers and would not recommend this place especially on busy holidays or events.
I was renting a car with my boyfriend for a weekend trip, and usually car rental places can be a drag, but thanks to the manager, Melissa, it was a breeze! Thank you again, Melissa for your kindess and help!
Highly recommend! My vehicle broke down the day before I was supposed to take my daughter to a cheer competition in Daytona Beach and I was able to go online and make a reservation without any issues. When I went to go pick up the vehicle they were extremely busy but they still managed to get me in and out very quickly and the young man who helped me was extremely personable. He made a very stressful situation much brighter with his kind demeanor. I will never rent from anyone but Enterprise again!
On Monday Nov 16, 2020 I waited over an hour outside to pick up a car. Staff members were not particularly friendly or communicative. Cars were given out on a first available basis rather than what a customer might have picked. I wound up with a Chevy Tahoe which was very nice but much larger than needed. I saw an older lady being given a Dodge Charger with a hemi engine. Hope she has fun!!
This enterprise location management is bad. When you call they act rushed especially the manager. He seems to not have time to explain and acts frustrated! When I first called to rent he basically hung upOn me.I rented a car awaiting my new car to arrive and had the car 6 weeks. I took it in for inspection as requested they then tell me it needs oil changed and I have to bring back. I was going to just change the oil and they approved but said I needed to return it because they needed to inspect it again that I might have wrecked it? It was such a pain the way they acted I turned the car in early and going to another company where they don’t act like there customers are a pain in the side! I just called to have them explain my Acct and charged and there again he acted bothered he have to help me It’s a consistent behavior by this guy!I’m assuming he’s the manager I ask him to speak to management and each time he said i was speaking to management.Go somewhere else where they value their customers!
DO NOT RENT - Have done lots of business with this store and new management is horrible. The cheaper guys now have better service than enterprise now.

I had to rent a car for a few days while my car was in the shop. They came and picked me up at the repair shop After I dropped my car off there, just like they advertise, and I was provided with a rental fairly quickly at their rental center. They didn’t have an economy car available so they kindly upgraded me to a full size car and off I went, back to my busy life. A week later when my car was ready I went back to the Enterprise location and was quickly checked in and they drove me to the repair shop. All in a very timely and courteous manner. Very nice young people running the show at the Stuart Enterprise location! I highly recommend them for your car rental needs.
Upon arriving to receive my rental car, they have you wait outside. I am in Florida and waiting outside to pick up a car and pay at noon in the Florida heat is not ideal. The car I was originally given was absolutely disgusting, crumbs in the back seat, white crusty matter on the seats. Things a simple wipe down would have gotten rid of. With Covid and increasing concern, the rentals companies heavily advertise that they sanitize and thoroughly clean each vehicle before rented. I would have to argue that fact at this particular location. The gentleman was nice enough to switch out cars once I refused to take the dirty one. While on the road to my destination I realized that neither of the phone charging ports worked. My drive was quite lengthy and required my phone be able to charge. After spending over an hour changing fuses I fixed the issue. All things that should have been inspected and handled before I even rented the car. The gentleman that worked at this location did give me one free day of rental due to my trouble, which was kind of him. Ideally when i rent a car I want the piece of mind knowing that it is clean, reliable and able to get me from point a to point b without having to go through a lengthy process.
The issues that made me less than happy with Enterprise are not all theirs. The first car I got had such a bad smell of pot that when getting into it after the AC was off could make someone sick. The car was changed and the second one was fine. When I returned the car to Enterprise they had no one available for 20 to 30 min or to take me back to my car repair place. I walked it in those 20 min.

Every time I have used this place, it has been a nightmare. This place never has any vehicles in their fleet but lets you make a reservation anyway. Classic bait -and-switch tactic. Just recently, I reserved a vehicle to rent for a day. They called an hour before my pickup time to tell me they had no vehicles available and my reservation was going to be delayed. 1 HOUR before.... I never got a call back at all, even about cancelling my reservation. This unprofessionalism cause a full day of delays which had me scrambling to make emergency plans. Last month, I needed a vehicle and reserved it online. They didnt have the vehicle I reserved for (since you pay extra for a luxury car). They tried to pawn off a cheaper vehicle but charge me more money. After finally getting the rental they were suppose to provide, it had a broken windshield. This place is a scam. They never have enough cars and dont have the cars you reserved. The cars they do have are pieces of junk that are not up to safety standards and their customer service sucks.
We have used this local enterprise many times even with the extreme long wait at times because the staff was always courteous and friendly. This last visit I was extremely disappointed at turn in. Contacted the office stating we would be late by an hour due to a ceremony taking longer the expected. The representative stated it would be ok and gave us instructions since it would be after hours. Arrived as the office staff was leaving, left keys outside and the next day I was charged for an entire extra day. When I called early that morning they didn’t offer for me to come pick car back up any understanding, a discount for the next visit nothing but an oh well basically. Never did I comment on the filth of the car, the old windshield wipers that compromised our drive or the expired tag I got called out by a police officer for. I sent a note when asked about my experience on a comment email thinking maybe someone would contact me but it never happened.
This company claims to sanitize each car after use. I can tell you from experience they are not doing this. My wife left her glasses in the car and 25 minutes after we dropped it off called to see if we could pick them up we were informed that the car had already been rented out and that we would have to wait until he returns. There is no possible way for them to have cleaned this car and sanitize it within 25 minutes it took us to call. I originally wrote this post but took it down when it looked like they were going to give my wife her glasses back. Now they won’t even answer her calls. I’m leaving this post up here for everyone to see. You can see in the picture I shared this company is lying to the public and possibly contributing to the potential spread of viruses like Covid.
I live in Port St. Lucie, there are two Enterprise Branch Locations much closer to my home, but I will gladly drive an extra 10 miles for amazing customer service. The Stuart Location with Augie and Sarah provides exactly that; extraordinary service with clean vehicles worth the extra drive time. I appreciate them and will be back whenever I need to rent a car.
Zach thank you so much for being such a caring person. I know that you didnt have control over the entire situation but you made it right. I was extremely frustrated with a two production to get a vehicle that I had reserved! Your coworker was dishonest about the pick up being scheduled and that was so poor. Absolutely the WORST customer service experience with the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever dealt with in my life!!! One star is giving this way too much credit to be absolutely honest.I made a reservation for a rental car and to be picked up from a collision center. I specifically said I needed to be picked up at 5:30 to which I was told it would be no problem and that my reservation time would be at 6:00 in the store. 5:30 pick up time to be at the store for a 6:00 reservation. Makes sense.I call at 5:00 to re-confirm that I would be picked up at 5:30 and I was told it would be closer to 6:00. Slightly annoyed as I have young children with me but not the end of the world. 6:00 comes. No pick up. 6:15. No pick up. I call. They said someone is on their way. Should take no longer than 10 mins according to google maps. 30 mins later. Still no pick up. I now have children needing to use the bathroom but there’s no bathroom as we’re waiting outside a now closed business and we’ve been waiting for over an hour!! 100% completely and totally unacceptable!!! I now have to delay my car being repaired and start this whole process over bc these people, who do this for a living, can’t make a reservation and manage their time correctly! I had to call to cancel the reservation bc I could not make two little kids wait any longer. Not to my surprise at this point, I was once again talked to rudely by some little girl with an attitude problem. There was no apology for making me wait for over an hour. No concern what so ever that they made a huge mistake. All she wanted to do was argue with me and try to prove she was right by giving me some BS excuses. DONE!This is not how you do business with people. Period. Save yourself your time and frustration and go elsewhere.Oh. And as for the driver. Yeah. He finally called me. At this point I would have been waiting 2 hours!! He tells me he’s in the neighborhood and can’t find the address. He gives me the address. The lovely employees at this store location had sent this poor driver to an old home address that I lived at 4 years ago!!! Not even close to where I was supposed to be picked up from!!Stay in school folks!! Otherwise you may end up working here.
I reside in Port Saint Lucie, FL. There were plenty of other locations I had the opportunity to choose from, but from the time I spoke to a representative at the Stuart location, I noticed that their customer service was phenomenal. Every associate was not only nice and attentive but very knowledgeable. I had the pleasure of meeting a team names as follow Cristian Ortiz, Harmand St-Hubert, Chrishauna Wizzart, and Melissa Williams. This was once of the best experience I had in a long time and because of your team MR.Fitzhenry this will be the only location I will use and recommend to others, And Mr.Fitzhenery I do plan on doing something special for your team because you very much do have an amazing team. I strongly recommend anyone looking to rent a vehicle to use this location, the customer service is superior.
This is the second chance. The first time I rented here I had the absolute worst experience. I figured it was an off night. I am here now, my appointment was at 0900, 45 min still waiting. They couldn’t find the keys to the truck. It hasn’t been cleaned. This will be the last time I rent from here.The staff is nice, other than one in particular individual. The management (obviously) is extremely lacking. The word organization needs a dictionary look up so they understand the meaning.If you want an organized pick up in any fashion go elsewhere. If ya don’t have an hour to spare picking up a rental go elsewhere. Heck just go elsewhere.Update, I emailed Chris M (owner) at the email they provided on their response to my post so they could hear the details of my experience. We’ll see how this goes.After being contacted by an enterprise representative, I can tell you the company could care less about follow up or anything you post about the company. They know you need a rental, they’ll do whatever they want. Just not ever again with my money.

Absolutely stunned with what enterprise has become as a company. They were always my main car rental company until I went here 2 weeks ago while I was sailing through Stuart, FL and needed a rental car for a day. They were supposed to refund my $200 deposit but only refunded $35 with no real explanation. Just amazed that a company with the reputation of enterprise is stooping to these low and seedy business practices. Theyve definitely lost me as a customer.
I rented a car from enterprise twice in one week. The first time they did not have the type of car I reserved. The gave me a tiny car which made it difficult to travel with my two children & all of our luggage. The 2nd car was what I had asked for. However I had used a promo code for a free upgrade which I did not receive. Both cars were clean, but it appears that they do not seem to care that you make a reservation & do not give you what you ask for.
Seems like all car rental places has their share of problems. This one is no exception to the rule. Every time I go there there’s always an issue. When I return things they make me wait around for an hour or two before I get to where I’m going. Going to try a new place this one is not for me. Last time no receipt giving full return the car. Started thinking about it thought it might’ve been stolen from me. More crazy stuff they do.

I had not. Im not stupid. I used to have a lot of respect for Enterprise but I will no longer be a customer.
Came here to pick up my car only to find out it was given out to someone else. Had to wait for an hour just for them to tell me I will need to wait until the next day for another car. The follow day I received a message that my car will not be ready. I had to cancel the entire reservation and make a new one at a different location.
5 stars for Auggie the Branch Manager and Sarah! Auggie went above and beyond to help customers get on the road. Such a nice gentleman and Sarah is such a sweetheart! Super polite, very nice and helpful! 10/10

I was very impressed this past rental experience, not only did they upgrade my midsize car, it was very clean and safe processing without contact. Safe precautions with distance. Will rent again.
It took one and one half hours to get my car I Stuart, florida! Staff was helpful, but there were only two of them for about 15 customers. I think corporate blew it and is mismanaging their assets. I will use another company next time. Neither outside rear view mirrors worked, which I noticed once I was finally on the road. Did not turn around fearing another 3xtended wait = so I drove 500 miles with no rear view mirrors.
Sarah was very sweet and helpful. She was kind and patient not only with me, but with every customer before me as well. Great customer service !

Hands down best experience and the manger at the location Augie and his staff all work so well together as a team that is something nice to see. They all made my insurance rental as easy as I could imagine. They were all very helpful, efficient, professional and so friendly at this location. They had my vehicle ready and waiting it was washed, cleaned with a full tank of gas, all I had to do was over look the vehicle, sign on a iPad, give them my insurance card and credit card and down the road I went. Best rental experience in a long time! Thank you!! A very happy and satisfied Enterprise customer.
Let me start by saying I blame myself for stepping foot back in an enterprise store, but I guarantee you this will be the last time after I drop this rental off. I reserved a compact car as I only needed it for a one way trip so I did a 1 day rental. When I showed up and was taken to the car I was supposed to get I couldn’t get that one so the guy who said his name was Zach asked if I would take a van and being that I am just returning from deployment and anxious to see my family, without hesitation I said sure. Besides being given an “upgrade” if you want to call it that, since they only did what was more convenient for them, I now have to spend more money to put gas back in this dodge caravan. I mentioned this and he said he would help by giving me a “free” half tank. My biggest issue was that the “drop off fee” to drop off at another location cost more than the rental. I felt that was really unfair of enterprise, even though I was told it’s the drop off location that charges the fee that makes absolutely no sense to me, sounds like robbery. Zach showed me where he was not able to remove that fee. I asked if I could try to rebook but the app wouldn’t allow me to since it said the location was now closed. Being that I’m already at the location why couldn’t they just do a new reservation? While looking at a few more options for myself he asked if I wanted to take the rental I asked him to give me a moment. While still looking he asked well what’s my decision because he needs to wrap it up. I felt that was really rude and unprofessional. That is not how a business is ran, what happened to good customer service, don’t rush a customer because you guys booked a rental reservation for closing time. I ended up taking the rental only because coming off a long deployment I just wanted to see my family and be home. But I am not happy with the services and charges, this will be my last encounter with enterprise.
What an Enterprise saga! We had originally pre-booked a reservation for the Fort Lauderdale Airport location so we could drive up to Port St. Lucie for a week. We arrive at FLL and there are no cars. We’d prepaid, and had no car.Looooong story short, FLL’s mega-mess was cleaned up by Allen at this Stuart location. What a champ. Though we did have to wait an additional day for a vehicle (as this location was sending cars to Palm Beach to help meet the increased demand for cars from Trump’s arrival), Allen set us up with the perfect car at the earliest possible moment. Not only that, but due to the awful service we experienced at FLL, he extended some excellent perks (damage coverage, drop-off fee waiving, and a nice discount) to ensure that Enterprise won’t leave a bad taste in our mouth. I was offered a rental by my Toyota dealer doing a lengthy recall service and was pleased to receive nearly new Rav-4 to drive for the day, returning it the next morning. It was clean and Entreprise rep gave me adequate instructions as I drive a slightly different model, a Highlander. Got good directions to get home and returned it next day, getting a ride back to dealer within minutes of surrendering their rental. Enterprise folks were terrific and it was a great experience with them minimizing my inconvenience to nearly zero.Thank you Enterprise and Toyota of Stuart, Florida!

Nice upgrade very clean car but the tire pressure light came on 3 tires on the highway so cleaning a car is nice air in the tires more important
The only complaint that I have is that someone should of notified me about the original pick up location being closed. I freaked out because we were heading out right after getting the car. It was almost impossible trying to get through the phone with all the different options. Other than that, everything else went smooth. Customer service was fantastic! The person that helped me, went over and beyond to make sure my husband and I were taking care of and satisfied.
After dropping off my car for repairs, Enterprise picked me up and took me to their base. I wanted a European car but needed to arrange that with the Exotic car office. They arranged for them to call me and after speaking to Angela Cifone, my utmost desires we’re satisfied. She had the absolute perfect car for me and even delivered it to me. I could not have been happier with the superb service I received from Enterprise.
Had to top off air twice and tires were very noisy. Called to say I would be a bit late due to weather. Turned in 2 hours after the scheduled time and was charged a full day extra.
The vehicle I ordered was not available upon my getting to the pick up location two days later.m The vehicle offered was not conducive to what I needed to do. I ended up with an SUV instead of a pick-up. This vehicle was extremely dirty. Inside and outside of windshield very dirty. Dodge Durango, now I know why I have never bought a Dodge . Most likely never renting from Enterprise again.

Charge you 6 months later and triple price and charge you a whole bunch of fees that they already charged. IF I WAS GOING TO PAY THAT MUCH I WOULD OF RENTED A LUXURY CAR INSTEAD OF NISSAN.And it would probably been the same price
Highly recommended! This particular Enterprise has been absolutely wonderful. Ive used several other branches of Enterprise and on every occasion the Stuart office has exceeded my expectations. My car is always ready and properly cleaned. Even when the line is long and the lobby is full, they run so efficiently that its cleared with in 20-30 minutes. The staff is absolutely amazing. They appear to work well together and are always pleasant (even when some customers are not). If theres an issue, you can expect a quick resolution and they always check in to make sure you got the service experience requested.
They never have any cars !!! They let you book and when you arrive they don’t have the car you want, or any other cars in that class. Yet alone have anything else that may be comparable to rent. Worst Enterprise Ever

The customer service was bad. The that delivered the vehicle to me was rude because I asked for the inside of the car to be properly clean. While the staff sat inside, customers was waiting outside in the heat.

Reserved a SUV. Only had midsize cars. Interior of car had heavy cigarette smell, when AC was turned down. Orange Juice bottle rolled out from under the front seat. Disappointed.

When I receive poor customer service, I normally make it a policy not to write a negative review, because I feel people are more prone to criticize than praise. However, in this situation, I must leave a negative review.This was a nightmare experience.Enterprise provided me a vehicle of which the battery died 4 times over the course of 3 weeks.I contacted Enterprise 3 times in total. The first two times, I reached out to their customer service toll-free number and the associates stated that they would take my name, phone number and email address and a manager from the branch that I rented from would call me to correct the situation and provide a different vehicle. I never received a phone call.The third time I contacted Enterprise, I found the direct phone number to the branch from which I rented the vehicle. Someone answered the phone and immediately transferred me to the centralized call center, at which time I hung up the phone.I shared my experience with someone in the car business who knew one of the regional managers. I reached out to her, and she also never returned my phone call.The vehicle had to be returned to Enterprise by flat-bed truck because the battery ultimately died on the last day of the rental.The lack of customer service, the lack of professionalism and the unsafe vehicle that was provided to me by Enterprise is unacceptable.I will never rent from Enterprise again.
