From the moment we stepped in we were treated wonderfully. Every detail was taken care of and treated with the utmost importance. There was no typical pushy, over the top sales tactics. The finance department even called the next day to help lower the apr through a new bank. I would definitely recommend going through this dealership for any car.
I got a used car delivered to my house from Wallace. The sale transaction was simple, but I wish they had conveyed a few things that I thought were standard and apparently were not (the car did not come with a spare tire or a user manual). I didnt ask about these but in retrospect should have. If youre buying a used car, apparently most dealerships wont disclose that it doesnt have a spare, so make sure to ask.A couple other minor gripes are that after the sale, the title didnt arrive for about 2 months. This was concerning to me so I reached out the sales rep Jeff, but he never responded to me. I got it in the mail a little over a week later so fortunately it worked out, but would have appreciated a response about the process. The other incredibly minor gripe is that the delivery was several hours after what was scheduled, but I can understand that. All in all, I got a good used car, but they could definitely improve their communication, and if youre looking to buy a used car, Id ask about everything even if you think its standard (battery condition, spare tire, etc.)
We stopped by to look at the Cadillac out front. My husband was looking for a price. This extremely rude gentleman came out didnt even say hi. When my husband asked the price he would keep saying the price plus 10. If your looking to make sales maybe should work on your customer service and dont judge people for what they are wearing. Do everyone a favor and go back to NY.
Unfortunately, after 3 generations of using Wallace Cadillac in Stuart, I will now be taking my services to a different Cadillac location. The customer service was extremely lackadaisical, distasteful, and rude. After purchasing my 3rd car from this dealership - my husband and I noticed swirls in the paint (inexperienced wax/detail job) on the car that was created after purchasing the vehicle and the charging station would not charge our cell phones (apparently, my cell phone was too new for the 2018 charging station in my 2018 cadillac XT5 which I have an iphone 8?? Makes zero sense - make sure you double check your cell before pulling off the lot.) Oh well, I ended up having to pay $250 to update the charging station, what a joke! We then attempted (called and received no return call- twice) to make an appointment to have this issue resolved before there was permanent damage to the exterior of this car. I then drove myself to the dealership to explain the situation with my newly purchased vehicle. This is when I was told that nothing could be done to fix this issue and I was then questioned if I was the result of this paint job error. After customer service stated they could not do anything to help me, my husband stepped in. At that moment, I could see the staffs demeanor change completely towards my husband in such a positive manner that I was stunned. We finally had to have our SALES manager come out and schedule us an appointment. After Wallace had my car for 3 days, we never received a phone call for pick up nor a returned phone call after leaving multiple messages. All in all, its a shame to see the customer service side of what used to me such a great dealership go down hill. I hope it changes because my family and I will not be back until it does.
Avoid this dealership at all cost. They will mark up there vehicles a minimum of $10,000 and offer you less then $10,000 trade in value for your vehicle. That’s a $20,000 swing. Do your Due diligence before you walk in to this dealership. They will try to rob you blind.
Got There 1hr early of appointment. They had us fixed and out before the time we were suppose to arrive. Everyone was nice. The car came back clean, no hand prints 🌝
Dealership is very organized, clean both in the showroom and in the shop. Needless to say, sales and financial staff were very professional.
Bad business they mark up there vehicles at least $10k above sticker price. Looking for short term results not a long term customer. Going to AutoNation where they do not do that. Good Luck and Thanks Again!!
I brought my vehicle in for the AC which was blowing hot air, I met with service advisor Kasey Difrancesco who told me we are really backed up but I will do my best to get you in today. It was my first time at Wallace Cadillac, Kasey walked me to the waiting area told me there was coffee and snacks to help my self. My car was fixed in about 2 hours Kasey came to get me and give me the news, dealing with him was a real pleasure. My only dislike was in the mens room it looked like workers/mechanics are washing their hands in the sink and there was a grease ring around the sink.
Working with a sales rep online and text. Set-up an appointment to meet him and look at two Cadillac SUVs based on information he had sent me. Arrived on time only to find out he was even at that store! Not to mention the one unit he sent me that was supposed to be new... NOPE it was a loaner car!! Stay away its a bait and switch dealership. They dont know their inventory and fail to show up to appointments. Did I say they had to find these vehicles too!!
I had an AC Job on my cadillac. Their service department wont take my Warranty after this job, even though they got paid. I wont recommend this place.*Someone called me and offered me to service my card. Thanks for reaching out. Just for that I changed my review to 4 stars. The overall service is good.
I always have a great experience when I get my car serviced with Wallace. Great customer service and Collin whom I feel is man of integrity is very patient when I ask I questions regarding my car. I have peace Im getting the necessary service I need.
I normally would rather go to the dentist instead of buying a car. Wallace changed 47 years of bad experiences. From the salesman to the service repair manager. They really treated us like people looking for a certain Cadillac instead of a piece of meat being thrown back and forth with cheesy sales games. Truly a pleasure to buy there!
Very nice personnel. nice waiting area
Was treated extremely well and professionally. Highly recommend
NEVER RECIEVE A CALL BACK FROM SERVICE DEPARTMENT AFTER 6 VOICE MAILSHORRIBLE, NO UPDATES, NO RESPONSE, ENGINE LIGHT ON AFTER REPAIR WAS DONE.
Customer Service at this location is deplorable! Maybe they need to hire the staff at Chik Fil a to help them with their customer service skills since they lack so much of it. Ill never go there again to conduct business.
A really great and simple experience purchasing and financing a car 🚙.I had the pleasure to deal with Mister Malloy and mister Vogel .I bought until now approximately 25 cars in my life and this was the fastest and most convenient purchase until today.Mister Malloy was really a great help, a professional and great personality.
The parts floater is awesome!
False advertising! They listed a used car online that actually had much higher mileage than stated (2016 GLE 400). The vehicle was 7,800 miles over what is listed on their website. I mentioned this to them, they did say that it was inputted incorrectly. This morning they decided to change the miles again incorrectly and raise the price by $3k! What a scam! Not sure how they think people won’t get upset or disappointed. Amazing these places are still in business.
I can’t say enough about the Wallace Cadillac dealership. We just purchased a 2020 vehicle and had one of the best salesmen in the business. His name is Victor Dunn. He took on the task of explaining every bell and whistle that the car had to offer and was patient with all of our questions! Our best experience ever! I have also used the service department with another vehicle and had excellent service. Wallace is #1 in our book!
Awesome technicians a great place to have your car serviced
THIS REVIEW IS TO STATE THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS FAILED CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ROBERT GARCIA FOR WORK THAT WAS POORLY DONE AND INCORRECT STATEMENTS DOCUMENTED ON HIS REPAIR INVOICE, THE INVOICE STATES THAT THE EBCM CONNECTOR WAS REPLACED AND THE SERVICE MANAGER STATED A DIFFERENT CONNECTOR WAS REPLACED THAT WAS NOT DOCUMENTED, ALSO THE CAN BUS CIRCUIT WAS BYPASSED BETWEEN THE EBCM AND THE HARNESS CONNECTOR (THAT IS STILL ORIGINAL TO THE VEHICLE)AT THE LEFT SHOCK TOWER . THE BYPASS WIRING CIRCUIT WAS POORLY ROUTED AND UNPROTECTED AND AS A ASE MASTER (ASE-2031-6748), I PERSONALLY RETURNED THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALERSHIP AS REQUESTED FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER, TO WIT THE CIRCUIT WAS PROPERLY PROTECTED BUT STILL POORLY ROUTED.NOW FOR THE TRUE PROBLEM THE EBCM CONNECTOR QUICK RELEASE WAS DAMAGED AT THE CONNECTOR (PRIOR TO GOING TO THE DEALER) TO ATTEMPT A CIRCUIT DIAG FOR A LOST LEFT REAR ABS SENSOR SIGNAL AND AT THAT TIME THE CONNECTOR COULD NOT BE REMOVED THATS WHEN THE THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START DUE TO CAN BUS FAULTS AND TOWED TO YOUR DEALER. THE CAR WAS THEN GIVEN TO THE OWNER AND THE OWNER CAME BACK TO ME AND I FOUND THE EBCM CONNECTOR QUICK RELEASE REPAIRED(WHICH MEANT THE CONNECTOR WAS DISTURBED BY THE TECHNICIAN) . SO I PROCEED TO DIAG THE SPEED SIGNAL CIRCUIT AT THE EBCM CONNECTOR AND FOUND POOR CONTACTS WITHIN THE CONNECTOR THAT THE TECHNICIAN STATED HE HAD REPLACED FOR THE AMOUNT THAT WAS CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER. SO THIS DEALERSHIP POORLY REPAIRED VEHICLE AND ALSO FALSIFIED INVOICE OF THE REPAIR THAT WAS PERFORMED WHICH WOULD OF TRULY SOLVED THE VEHICLES PROBLEM.THE AMOUNT THE CUSTOMER WAS CHARGED DOES NOT MATCH THE TIME THE CIRCUIT REPAIR WAS PERFORMED. MY FINDINGS ARE AS FOLLOWS POOR AND UNPROTECTED CIRCUIT BETWEEN CONNECTORS NO CONNECTOR WAS REPLACED (NO EVIDENCE OF SAID REPLACED CONNECTOR) AS WELL AS CONNECTOR REPAIR NOT REPLACED THAT WOULD SOLVED POOR CONNECTIONS AT CONNECTOR AT THE EBCM.IT IS SAD THAT A PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION, DEALERSHIP, SERVICE DEPARTMENT WOULD HANDLE A COMPANY THAT SENT THEM WORK AND OVERCHARGE A CUSTOMER WITH POOR REPAIR AND FALSE DOCUMENTATION.
Wallace Cadillac in Stuart, FloridaThis Dealership has some of the nicest, most helpfulCustomer Service that I have encountered in Florida. Will buy there again.
Excellent, knowledgeable sales staff thoroughly understanding of my expectations in a vehicle delivered a win for my family.
From the start of on line credit app til end of financing all went smooth no issues, the staff was on point no obstacles the vehicle was delivered on time. Totally recommend the dealership to family and friends. Thumbs up to GM and Sales managers for the experience.
The staff that are employed there go out of their way to make obtaining a new Cadillac an enjoyable experience. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and made me feel like I was one of the family. Make every attempt to retain these employees along with your outstanding service department.-Bob Rego 2-1-20
My boyfriend & I are repeat customers at Wallace Cadillac. Great vehicles. The customer service is excellent, both in sales and in the service dept. Sales Associate Robert Collier and Service Advisor Collin Foxx are the best!
Appointment time was honored, service completed efficiently, minimum wait time and courtesies extended.
My wife and I truly enjoyed dealing with Wallace Cadillac and in particular Bob Collier. Thank you for your honest approach to business and excellence all the way through the process of our recent purchase, and especially for the care after the transaction. We are glad to have joined the Cadillac family and look forward to more opportunities in the future! Well done Wallace team!
Kacey at Wallace Cadillac was all over my problem... was in and out in a couple hours And totally fixed.. him and his staff at Andrew Cadillac I give 5 stars!!!
This was horrible service. The mechanic there told me there wasnt a check engine light on and was gonna send me on my way. I asked to talk to the service manager who also wanted to do the same thing. I argued with him and asked him to sit in my car where he then said that it did not feel right. Finally they agreed to do a compression test and what do you know it had a bad cylinder. The mechanic came to tell me that the loaner was ready for me and I could get my sh*t out of my car. About a week and a half later I pick up my car from the dealership on a Saturday. Come Sunday Im off to start my new job in Georgia, well here comes the check engine light and the car started driving horrible. I called them back to see if they could help and the service manager (Mike Rivera) told me he wasnt helping at all until he knew if it was related to their work. Behold the work the mechanic did was not correct and I had to get the local dealer here to fix it correctly. They even comped me a loaner car because Wallace would not help at all. Worst experience ever and I would not recommend or trust this place.
Vic and the team at Wallace made our car buying experience a pleasant one. We love the vehicle and would definitely buy there again.
I couldnt ask for a better service. The staff was great.Charles L Sales Consultant, and Bob Faba were Fantastic.
Nice, friendly people, no high pressure. Greig is Super Knowledgeable, Charles was our Awesome salesman with a personality to match! Doug & Ted processed everything, Painlessly! This is a Dealership that we will return to as long as they keep these Great People!!
Thank you Wallace Cadillac for taking good care of me and my car. My service involved both a repair covered by my extended warranty (thank goodness we decided to buy one since my original warranty expired just 20 days previously) plus the purchase of new tires. My service advisor, Kasey, handled everything expertly and efficiently. He followed through with my request to obtain a loaner car as my service appointment took the entire day and I do not live in the Stuart area. Being a fairly new resident to the east coast of Florida, I have a choice of two dealerships with which to do business. After experiencing routine care at both, my decision to return to Wallace was an easy one. Good service, good people in a comfortable setting wins.
Worst service EVER!!!! my girlfriend had her car towed there over the weekend and had no correspondence all day Saturday. We took turns calling the dealership and leaving voicemails and no one returned our calls. We finally connected with someone in another department in another building. They told us it was a skeleton crew and no one was around in the service department. Monday after calling down there, they explained it was the battery and service will send a driver to pickup my girlfriend from work to grab her car. They explained it should be about an hr or so. After 2 and half hours my girlfriend had to get a ride from someone she worked with after arriving at the dealership the driver called and asked if she still needed a ride??? She said no Im here.. he said ok and hung up. She proceeded to speak to a manager to tell them about her experience with this dealership and all she got was a sorry.. but look on the bright side at least it wasnt something more serious. Highly disappointed after hearing such great things from friends and family about this place.
My mother and I would like to express our appreciation to Bob in sales and Collin in service for their outstanding assistance over the years! Anyone looking to buy from Wallace do yourself a favor and seek out Bob Collier he is good people and Collin will take care of all your service needs in a professional manner. Mr. Wallace if you are reading this please commend these employees because they establish loyalty and keep us coming back!
We purchased a used Escalade EXT from Wallace on Monday 12/30/19 and the entire experience was absolutely first class. Communications were very timely and accurate. Photos and additional information were sent immediately upon request. Although the vehicle was freshly traded in, the Wallace team bent over backward to process it immediately so that we could complete the purchase the same day. Steve McKeon (General Manager) and his team are absolutely outstanding, and we highly recommend Wallace Cadillac!
We just bought an SUV at Wallace Cadillac and the experience could not have been better. Greig was our salesperson - and he really knows his product. He could not have been nicer or more helpful. And Ted, who handles finance - was also great to work with. I highly recommend Wallace Cadillac!
2016 CTS V SERVICEI was referred to this service department on the Cadilac forum, scheduled an appointment with Colin the service manager, left the car overnight picked it up the next day, everything was as described and better! Can’t go wrong here, huge dealer w/ over a dozen service bays. Really great service, just the way it should be! Great place !
Great service when I purchased my car.
Took the car in Tuesday they didnt write the order correctly. Finally, I had to leave it overnight to do what I originally asked. Will not use again because 1. Work order not written as requested 2. 2CDs on front seat plus unseated operating system when I picked up car 3 inhospitable cashier.
Charles Loiacono was so genuine and helpful from the moment I stepped into Wallace Cadillac. He went above and beyond! He is a great salesman without being “salesy “I totally recommend him if you are looking to buy a Cadillac!!! He knows everything about these vehicles and helps you to understand everything you need to!!
Have you ever been to a Honda or Lexus dealership? They make it very comfortable and accommodating. They have fresh food so you enjoy your stay. Not at Wallace Cadillac. The waiting room is pathetic. The noise from the radio in the hallway was horrendous. You couldnt hear yourself think. And when I asked the girl at the desk to turn it down she said there was no way of changing the volume. I tried to go outside to get away from it and it was playing the horrible music outside too. I went to the showroom and it was playing there also......you could NOT get away from it. The service was fine and Im sure they took care of the car but going the extra mile Not there.
Wait time is good but could be better.Nice, clean and well accessible.
Vik was very informative and extremely professional and as a Salesperson clearly had great knowledge of the product. The service team were also great and flexible.
Very nice service department. We had purchased a used Cadillac from a different dealership and brought it in for a few small things. We were greeted by friendly staff. they were very accommodating and helpful. We will be happy to return and use the service department. Thank you for a pleasant experience
Had an issue with the Cue entertainment system. The unit was replaced and all is good now. No out of pocket cost. Great Service!
Collin in the service department is always so friendly and helpful. He is always able to put my mind at ease when my vehicle has an issue. I drive 30 minutes to have my car worked on in this dealership because of the professionalism and courtesy that the employees offer.
Great place, great staff! Easiest car buying experience,,hands down...
Very courteous and knowledge sales person. Victor explained all the features.very courteous. so far the vehicle is performing well
Josh was very helpful. Communication was great, he was straight forward and worked with us. Came through on agreed deal. Overall very smooth transaction, would definitely work with him again.
Great service. Warm and friendly staff. However, they told me my electronic key fob will be $200, but they charged me $356 plus tax. The extra money was for programming and a shop use charge. Yes, you read that right, they charge you for the privilege of fixing your car. I cant help but wonder if I buy a $200 tire from Wallace will they sneak in an extra $156 charge for putting air in it. Again the service is good but other then that theyre the typical nickle and dime car dealership. The programming instructions is in the owners manual. Next time Ill save the money.
The service was great! The staff was great! The fact that the taillight assembly is $400 will most likely prevent me from ever buying a Caddy again.
What a waste of a day. Drove all the way down from Melbourne because I was promised they would have a number of vehicles available in my price range. I advised them of my credit and the maximum amount of money I had to spend. When I got there, nobody knew what I was talking about. There were no vehicles waiting for my inspection and Adam, the sales person I had been speaking with was not on sight. I was later told he wasnt even a sales person, that he was the guy who gets people in the door. I was disgusted and would never recommend this dealership. Vic Dunn did his best to deal with the situation, but overall, a very negative experience. Im sure this wont be posted, but it really should be!Carol OConnellLinda Gladstone
So glad I stopped by this dealership last week. Got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay! Greig, my salesman was the best! Great experience all the way!
Repaired our car as promised.
The staff at Wallace Cadillac were extremely helpful in finding a vehicle that was a good fit for us. Bob went above and beyond to make our purchase a good experience. Josh also was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Bob as there salesman.
Excellent service! We rolled in after driving 900 to purchase a vehicle from another dealer, which dropped the ball once we got there. We found the vehicle we were looking for online at Wallace Cadillac, called them, went there and bought it. All the guys we dealt with were great. It was a Saturday night and they even stayed late to finish the deal. We appreciated the time and effort they put in to help us. Thank you!
Not a hugely positive experience. The dealership is oversaturated w/male salesman & managers. Received a letter that was described as, by the individuals name w/whom the letter was signed by & who I was speaking with, spit out by a marketing program (duh) that inflated their offer to buy back your vehicle. W/a request to inspect the vehicle & not acknowledged, I was given an offer that was near the number I knew it was worth after my own due diligence. After some questioning, I found myself to be an inconvenience to the manager and quite frankly as if I were an annoyance. Am I not a customer? Is this not your job? I realized quickly if I stood up while I peed, I would have easily gotten the price. Note to TRUE management, hire some experienced saleswomen, I guarantee your sales will go up and you might just find yourselves with thicker pockets. You lost customers today, I would simmer down the arrogance a bit and be more transparent regarding how you figure your price, as opposed to just stating its the economy, or its the appraisal company that you use....all without inspection.
Great service department! They always take good care of our cars.
I had the worst experience at this dealership. I wanted to test drive a car with the intentions of leasing it. Without him knowing all details on my current least he told me I cant do business today implying that I will not be able to afford the car payments. I have sold at three dealerships before so I know how the businesses works. I just felt like that was very unprofessional and the manager was there and didnt feel like he was wrong so I assume this is the way of Wallace Cadillac.
Greig Johnson is a wonderful salesman and a very good person. He went above and beyond in helping me with my new car. Doug Dodd, the sales manager, was also a tremendous help in getting my car appraised for the trade-in. Doug came to my house to inspect my car when I was unable to get to Stuart. Wallace Cadillac will always be the place I go when I want a new car.
I usually see Casey but I went thru other service rep there who I reschuled with to come in on last Monday for oil change. Last time they said they topped off all fluids and did check . When I left two hours later my car was over heating, and I stopped off at autozone to put anti freeze in car. This time I went back because I had 10.00 off coupon I though I use for oil change. My car had just hit 0 percent on dash. I know my car and it seems as though they either did not give me an oil change or didnt use enough oil in the process of giving oil change. My car is running worst than when I brought it in. They did a tire rotation, but I think that is all they must have done. When the mechanic pulls my car up my radio is on country station, and paper used to protect my floor mats is still in car. What type of service is this? Needless to say I smell burning oil smell and my car is dragging like no oil change was done. I would avoid this service unless you are in garage watching them give you oil change. Lack luster service, and on too of that I have to pay someone else to check if oil was even changed. If I was white would I have received such lack luster service? Wallace would have to give me year of free oil changes to give them my hard earn money.Update today I talk to Service Manager Mike Rivera, after my last visit I explained to him my car starts falling apart. He responds to me the customer with why are you calling me back. If I was white would I get this same treatment. Wallace Cadillac are crooks, typical crooked dealership with classless management. Stay far away from this racist organization from top to bottom. A real solid business would ask what can we do to fix the issue, but their solution is to ask the customer why are you calling? This place is a joke, please take me off the mailing list. Black folks dont another dime to businesses like this that dont respect our kind.
I had a 10:00am appointment for an oil change when I learned that my husband would be in the ICU with limited visiting hours that day. Collin was kind enough to take me earlier at the last minute that morning. When I arrived Derek took very good care of me and my automobile. Thank you Wallace Cadillac for 13 years of excellent customer service.
We dropped a car off for service, everyone was kind and courteous and we were driven back home in minutes. I was very impressed.👌
1. Poor customer service2. Poor communication3. Internet Sales is clueless and in over his head4. Unable to properly relay information as well as interpret information.Overall the worst car buying experience I have ever experienced. There is definitely no leadership at the dealership from the General Manger. He is also no aware of how to properly run a business. I’m amazed that this place is still operating. I have a whole more to say and explain but I pasted that on General Motors Facebook site as well as conducted a survey. Can I please get my books for my car as well I still haven’t received them? People go elsewhere for your car buying needs trust me it’s not worth the headache and aggravation. I’d rather deploy again then deal with this mess.
They do not stand behind their CUE system when it just stops working for no reason. Vehicle only has 29,000 miles, no way this system should just quit. They lost a customer and Ill spread word of mouth the way I was treated to all who will listen so they dont get ripped off as well!! Do Not Buy Cadillac and Certainly not from Wallace!!
We bought our 2008 DTS Cadillac at Wallace 12 years ago even though we live in Virginia, and we’ve had it serviced there when vacationing in Florida. The dealership employees that we’ve met over the years are true professionals that are dedicated to providing the highest quality and friendly service to its customers. In December 2019, we had our DTS serviced there again, and we bought a new Cadillac XT4 from Wallace during that visit. Again the service was outstanding. The XT4 has a lot of new technology and our salesman, Victor Dunn, worked tirelessly with us making sure we understood every feature and how to use it. He made himself available to us at anytime when we needed help with the vehicle. And we used that assistance on our drive 2 day drive back to Virginia. My wife was driving the XT4 and I was driving the DTS. He called us the first night to check on how the drive was going and provided us some refresher training on a few technology features. This personal touch was very helpful and it’s what you get from Wallace.
My experience at Wallace Cadillac was great the whole sales department was exceptional!, Our salesman Victor Dunn was professional and made the experience smooth and seamless explained everything we needed to know about our new vehicle . I would highly recommend Wallace Cadillac to anyone truly a great experience !!
Headlight recall. Everything looks great didnt take long at all.
Worst experience ever. I’m very pregnant and explained I couldn’t easily walk the lot to pick out a car. So we started with financing part (as he recommended) after them pulling my credit and about seven inquiries on my credit report, they came to a specific terms and payment that worked for me. Then my salesman Bruce, picked a car (Altima) that was in my range and was in my list of cars I would be interested in. He told me the car would go into the shop and have the tires checked and a fresh oil change done on the car that had 26,000 miles. This was on Saturday, on Monday evening he called and randomly asked if I was interested in an SUV that came in, I said no the Altima was perfect. He then called back a few hours later and said that the Altima was in a wreck and it was not worth salvaging and selling to me. I must let you know that I let him know I am a single mom and how important it was to me that I had a car that was in very good condition and that needed no work or was it no accidents. I was devastated. This has gone on for 4 1/2 days and I was expecting to be in a car by this particular day. Then, I checked their website and found the exact same car same year with 10,000 miles more on it and I was willing to purchase that one, When the finance guy who works alongside of Bruce, named Rafael tried to change my terms by $100 a month for 72 months and expect more of a down payment on a car that was $900 more with more miles. Literally changing the price of the not crashed vehicle over $9000. I am so disappointed they would try to sell me a totaled car and try to buy time to repair it and sell it to me. The customer service is terrible, the used cars they’re trying to sell are even worse. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CADILLAC WALLACE. They are scam artist.
Wallace Cadillac very best experience leasing a new car.
Our salesman was so down to earth he even was cleaning up even tho we havent done any paperwork, the vehicle was just put on the lot the night before and still needed to do the point inspection and they drove my truck to my house, that was the most thoughtful thing they probably do it with everybody but it still made me feel good
Excellent service & sales expertise from Bob & Emily !!
Wallace as a hole, sucks. The people in the Service Dept really really try. The Sales people lied to me many times! The upper management should be a shamed at how they use and treat their clients. Hence why I bought elsewhere. The Salesman lied over and over and I knew it, yet he just kept shooting BS. The Service Dept on the other hand tries but is lacking support from upper management. If I was in there for 90 days it would be running 110% better guaranteed. Lets see if I even get a phone call or anything from Wallace. Better yet the car is a month old and in the shop and Wallace cant fix it!
We were very happy with our salesman, Josh Estes, and Ted Soch, the Business Manager. Both were efficient and made us feel our business was appreciated. The overall experience was excellent and Wallace Cadillac made the process painless.
Looking for my first Cadillac SRX was an enjoyable and gratifying experience. I bought a used car that had the look and feel of a brand new SRX. The salesman and the entire personnel were personable, attentive to my desires and expectations. They went out of their way to help me with a relatively easy transition of trading in my older vehicle, registering my new car and even the loan. All aspects of the process I was comfortable, feeling no stress on my decisions or acquiring of the vehicle. The clean and attractive dealership is run very professionally. I would recommend my friends to visit this dealer for a new car and recommend my salesman, Paul.
Excellent place, nice and friendly people.. definitely a nice experience
Paul, Becky and Ted made this purchase experience a pleasant one.My second purchase at Wallace in a year.I highly recommend The Wallace Auto Group.
The service department is less than acceptable. I have taken my SUV there three times and each time there was an issue. First I was quoted over $600.00 for a job that cost $149.00 at the GMC dealer. I was told that it would take three hours to diagnose my car, once again it only took one hour at the GMC dealer. The second time they could not remember what they quoted or advised me on. The third time was just ridiculous. It is as if the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I was under the impression that a luxury dealership would offer better service because of the quality of their product. The service department really need to get it together.SN: The body shop is wonderful. They provide service that show that they care about the customers and their vehicles.
My CTS was done when promised and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. Colin Fox is the best.
Buying experience was very pleasant. The staff at Wallace Auto Group is second to none! Thank you!
The work was completed in a short period of time. Im pleased with the results.
Doug Dodd and Larry are the best!!!!
My husband and I had a very good experience with our salesman, Paul. He was very patient with us and explained everything fully about all the extra on the ca. A very good experience. thank you.
I bought a 2006 Cadillac DTS from Josh. I was treated as if I was buying a new car. It was an excellent buying e exxperience. I needed some service for the vehicle. The ball was passed to service and I was treated just as good there from Collin. I would definitely recommend Wallace. No pressure. Only good old fashioned friendly service.
This is the reason people buy quality, luxury cars. The staff is amazing & the waiting area is super accommodating.
GREAT, HONEST AND HARD WORKING SETVICE ADVISORS.,THEY WORK WITH WHATEVER WARRANTY COMPANY YOU DEAL WITH, NO MATTER HOW UNFAIR OR FRUSTRATING YOUR COMPANY AND THEIR ADJUSTERS ARE, LIKE MUNE :-(. THEY GET YOUR CAR DONE RIGHT AND IN AND OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE..THEY DONT TRY TO SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DONT NEED..WHICH IS A PLEASURE FOR A CHANGE :-) ;-)SUPER & HONEST SALES DEPT AND F & I TOO.HIGHLY RECOMNEND
Bob Collier is an Excellent Salesman!!!Thanks Wallace for having such a wonderful staff.
My car was there for routine maintenance -- oil change, filter, inspection, etc... As far as I know, all the work was done well and on time. Moreover, this was the first such visit in my case and there was no charge for the service. My only negative comment is that the car was supposed to be washed and cleaned inside, but none of that was done. I didnt notice until I had left the dealership and I didnt have time to go back. Small complaints, I suppose, but I would have felt much better if the whole job had been done. As it was, I had doubts about the extent of the work which I could not see.
Always great so far. Kaceys the best always helpful.

They lied to us regarding prices, absorbitant bank fees and after 4 mores hours they couldnt get into the ca

Fixed my problem. It will take several weeks to make sure all is well since its very intermittent problem.
Bought 3 cars from Wallace over the past 6 years. Very good experience with the salesmen. YOU DONT KNOW A COMPANY UNTIL YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH SERVICE>Only had to go to Service once and had an awful experience. Asked them to put on a bicycle hitch for me which involved 2 screws and 1 U-bolt needing to be attached to the chassis, a no-brainer. I would have done it myself in less than 15 minutes if the car was not so low to the ground. I was able to attach the hitch with the 2 screws. I was just not able to raise the bar to the chassis with the U-bolt though it was in correct alignment.Had an oil change done, so I asked them to attach the hitch for me. After waiting over 3 hours I asked what was taking so long. They took me to the car and I could see in less than a minute that it was the wrong hitch for the car (the gas tank was in the way). I dont know how much longer they would have spent looking at it if I did not ask to see it and told them that it clearly does not fit. They agreed.Bottom line, they were not able to put the hitch on AND they charged me a half hour labor $69.57. It took their Professional mechanic half hour + to see what I saw in less than a minute PLUS they charged me for work that they did not do.I called back several times. Always receiving an answering machine. Never received a call back. I filled out a questionnaire twice asking for someone to get in touch with me. No response after 6 weeks. I called corporate office. They read to me the bill. Car hitch, half hour labor, everything is in order, tough luck.People I spoke withService Advisor: Scott GuntzCorporate Office: CraigWanted to speak to someone above Craig. He insisted that everyone above him will say the same as him and would not give me a telephone number of anyone above him. Am waiting for a call back, as I have been waiting for a call back over the last 6 weeks....
