I had gone on a scouting adventure to test drive cars I’ve been researching. I couldn’t purchase a vehicle due to troubling times, but wanted to nail down the vehicle that I wanted. I went to 4 different dealerships over the course of the day and all were great except for this one. The first thing I said was “I cannot purchase today but would like to see this model if that’s alright?” When I arrive at this Toyota location, an employee (who wore no name tag or company shirt) said that they were packed and it was Labor Day weekend so they wanted to save their services for actual paying customers. I thought he was joking at first. But, when he didn’t laugh and said that he can’t help us, I almost said he has to be joking if this is the kind of service he thinks will ever get me to come back. Even if I wanted to get a Toyota in the end, I will NEVER come to this disrespectful place. Let me preface that there wasn’t a SINGLE customer in the entire building when we were there on a Saturday morning. It was dead silent. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I went in to look at a specific car they had listed online. The salesman, Christopher, was arrogant and condescending and detached. He went through the motions of showing us the car I came to see and a couple others that caught my eye, but when it came time to discuss a deal, he/they would not work with us. We told them what we wanted to spend and they had assured us that they would do what they could to get us the price we wanted. In the end they came back with no deal at all, not budging on price or rates at all, and when we told him that that would just not work with us, Christopher acted as though we were crazy to want a reasonable price. We weren’t demanding they come down in price by a lot, we just gave them a hard number and they would not meet it. So when we said that we wouldn’t do it for that price, Christopher told us he would have taken a different customer in that case, because apparently WE had wasted HIS time and his time was far too valuable to be spent with anyone who wasn’t going to buy whatever he wanted to offer. We were polite, thanked him for his time, and offered our contact details in case they found a way to meet us half way. He refused taking the information and walked away. The arrogance and condescension alone would make me never recommend this dealership.

I got a key fob done for my 2011 Avalon. It was $300 and that did NOT include the key in the fob. Without the mini-key, there is no way to attach the fob to a keychain. They wanted ANOTHER $100 for the mini-key. You are better off going to a locksmith or even Amazon to have this done.

Had a great experience at this dealership with salesperson, sales manager and technicians. In fact, while my wife and I were very interested in the Venza and Highlander, they gave us such a fair price for our trade-in, we ended up buying the Venza. While there was a markup on the car (they added some extra stuff that we normally would not have wanted, and some we did want), the fair price for our trade-in offset the markup. I went back about 2 weeks later to purchase wheel locks (I forgot to get them when we bought the car) from the parts department, and they were very friendly. I then got them installed by the excellent technicians who also happily got my car washed (a great perk of this excellent dealership). The maintenance department was very busy, but they still squeezed me in, and I was out of there with a washed car in 30 minutes. Additionally, I financed my purchase and was also happy with the finance department. I extended my maintenance and warranty benefits and am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the dealer! It is clean, comfortable, and includes nice amenities for the customers.

Not too pleased with the business experience here, made an appointment to view a specific car model we had spoken about that Id be interested in. Got me there and I guess their thought of people is screw your wants of what you know you want because theyre such good sales people that youre going to get in whatever they have and like it. Needless to say a waste of time and a Saturday. Go elsewhere where theyll set up an actual game plan of the exact vehicle youre interested in. Not a meeting to tell you that in 3 week you can see the actual car youd want.

Caution ⚠️⚠️ to people purchasing a used vehicle! Purchase extended warranty if at all possible! Bought a truck 2 weeks ago and started acting up and shutting off. I thought buying one from a reputable dealership they would take care of it since it was so recent of a purchase. I was told its an as is sale and it didnt matter how recent the purchase was anything over 36,0000 is as is and that was from a manager. 5 hours after I contacted them about needing to get it fixed, they made sure I had extended warranty and finally got a call to bring it in. The integrity is no different then buying one from your local dealership. (At least my last one was under ally motorgaurd)

Jason, Wally and Tim are THE BEST! I’m 23 years old and it was my first time buying a car myself an they made the process SO easy! I bought the car online, drove down from Tennessee to trade my Camry in for a Highlander and Jason had everything ready to go when I got there. Communication beforehand was easy. Found the car online on a Wednesday night, reached out Thursday got a bunch of the paper work done at home and was able to drive down to pick it up on Sunday morning. I cannot speak anymore highly of my experience. I’d make the 12 hour drive again to pick up another one in the future. Thank you guys!

If youre looking for a bait-and-switch on a certified used Toyota, Treasure Coast Toyota is for you. They did not honor their online posted price, even after I gave them my credit card to hold the car. Once we got to the out-the-door price, I was told the price went up because they certified the vehicle. I was lied to. Dont waste your time with Andre Caldero or Joe Smith at Treasure Coast Toyota. I would never do business with them again. I love Toyotas, but they make Toyotas looks bad. Horrible experience.

Toyota service has been great for the last year and a half. Their process is so streamlined, easy in, easy out. I have not had to get major work done but when I’ve been in to get service it was a great experience. Kareem Thomas was advisor yesterday and I liked him a lot. Buying process was okay but after that they are no help whatsoever if you have any problems. All I wanted to do was cancel my maintenance plan with them and they don’t answer and don’t return calls. Is it really that hard? Also right after buying my car I had a tire pressure warning light come on which i wasn’t told about and so thought something was wrong with one of my tires but it was just a bad tire sensor. Don’t recommend to anyone and deff will never be back.

This Toyota branch is disorganized, the sales you have to call them 3 times before they respond. The salesman an old guy definitely unorganized too and very slow I drove test a RAV4 the car was very dirty how will you present a dirty car to your buyer?

I bought a used car here a week ago. Spent a lot of money. I like the car fine but there were a few minor problems. They needed to order a missing part, the bright headlights didn’t work and the Apple CarPlay didn’t work. They called me a couple days ago to say the part was in. I told who I spoke to there were a couple other problems and made an appointment for today. He told me to drop the car off by 9 this morning. I showed up around 8:45 and I’m told I don’t have an appointment. I told them I made one. Someone named Aaron approached me, and was extremely rude, telling me he “didn’t know who I talked to” and I don’t have an appointment, essentially accusing me of lying. He clearly couldn’t have cared less that I just spent a large chunk of my savings here 7 days earlier. He said I “could leave my car there all day” and they “might get to it.” I became angry and told them to just fix the part and I’ll take my business elsewhere to fix the other problems. To top it off, apparently they needed to order two parts to fix the problem with the grill, and they only ordered one. I didn’t hear the word sorry once. All I got was blame shifting and my car still has the same 3 problems. Don’t spend your money here.

I stopped in last week to look for a RAV4. The salesman, Corey Mackey, was great. Unfortunately, the dealership just didnt have the trim level I wanted. I ended up going to two other dealerships just to order the car, but the sales team at both places were slimy. I would have much rather bought a car from Corey and the team at Treasure Coast Toyota. The tight car market just didnt allow it to happen.

I recently purchased a 2021 4runner The sales process was neither great nor poor. My issue is with the service department and the overall work flow of this Toyota dealership. I purchased the vehicle 3 weeks prior and wanted to get a quote on some service work.... I called 4 different times on a Friday. Each time, I was transferred to service but actually disconnected on. I called back the 4th time on this Friday and spoke to a manager he promised me he would get me a quote for what I needed by cob that day. I never heard from him again.... I waited until the following Wednesday and called back.. spoke to a Steve, and he made the same promise... or that a service writer would call me back... here it is, end of the day and not a word.In short, I will NO LONGER work with this facility. I will take my vehicle to Toyota in Lake Park to have maintenance... when I purchase a new car, I will not work with Treasure coast.. they lost my business.

Service department and parts department are terrible. Be prepared to wait and have out of stock items. The dealership started out great eight or 10 years ago. But they’ve grown too big for their own good. Can’t keep up with demand.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!I ordered bumper parts for my 2021 TOYOTA TUNDRA...The dealership sent me the wrong parts.I paid Several hundred dollars to have the parts put on by my local mechanic.Unfortunately by the time the truck was taken apart to put the new parts on,we then realized the parts would not be a correct fit.The parts Director Scott admitted the parts were not correct,but refused to do anything for me.I know have to pay the mechanic to take the WRONG parts off and ship them back.This is the worst customer service I have experienced.Absolutely low life garbage.DO not do business with these bottom feeders.I guess there 2 star Yelp reviews tell the accurate story.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! It is so UNETHICAL. We were coming from out of town so we called one day before to put down a deposit to hold the car. We were told by one employee a deposit would hold the car for us. THEN we get a TEXT message the morning of saying they sold the car and the deposit was just to hold the price?? They will do anything to get your money. It’s such snakey behavior do not trust this place.

Great people work here. We worked solely with Alvin when deciding on a gently used vehicle, and they put a lot of time and money into servicing and detailing the car before we drove it off the lot.

Just got my 2018 Camry serviced here. What a joy to visit this place. They have free coffee, free bottled water, free WiFi, free car wash, and a area to watch t.v. I was greeted right away when I pulled up. Then quickly meet with the car care representative. The service was fast and thorough. They accept credit and debit cards.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealer and used them for service on all of them. I have been a happy customer up until about 6 months ago. Recently the quality of work at the service department has been poor. Each time I brought it to the attention of the service writer with no improvement on subsequent visits. Calls to the service manager went unanswered. I went to the top and went to the general manager. Two messages were unanswered. The third time I did get a call back from the Gm’s assistant. She was nice but her reassurance was not confidence inspiring. There is no excuse for not returning my calls promptly. I’m going to Fort Pierce for all my services in the future. As far as Treasurer Coast Toyota, They have a nice new building but my advice is to go elsewhere too!

1 star is to high. The salesmen passed me off twice. They held my keys for two hours. I was only there to compare to models. They took my keys to get the odometer reading. They dug through my glove box and console with out permission. While i was on a test drive they also had access to my back pack in the SUV I drove in. They went though it and had the nerve to tell me it was like that. It was zipped up in the back seat how did it get to the front seat, and open?

However, there is one area that I would like to point out and that is sometimes a lack of communication between the team regarding a customer who has made the appointment and wanted them to check a particular problem out but wasnt conveyed until I said something to the team member to be sure they looked at the problem I was concerned with. They do great work, very friendly and I appreciate the hard work they put in to make a customer feel they are important. Love my Toyota!

Buyer beware. The old bait and switch. $3,000 over MSRP on a Tundra not advertised price on their website. On top of that trade offer $2,000 below what Carvana would pay outright. Waste of time. Salesman was nice but they are definitely out to squeeze every penny out of the customer. Friend if mine had the same experience a year ago trying to trade his silverado for a Tundra so this is how they do business. Definitely one of those what do you want your payment to be type of dealerships.

Never buy nothing here, they are lie a lot, they send me total price charge will be 30500$ but they charge me 3000$ more, and they don’t answer to my any question, don’t trust them. SCAMMERS

Drove 2 1/2 hrs to purchase a truck they say is immaculate. The truck is a piece of junk! Paint chips, headliner held up using tape. Total disaster! The salesman is the only good thing about the trip. Nice guy.
