I was without a car and asked for all numbers to be ran and basically everything to be done minus test drive and signing. I asked this of 5 dealerships. Hector and Hus not only were one of 3 dealerships to do this for me but the other 2 were rude and incredibly unresponsive. Hector and Hus were sending me numbers and links to cars for almost 2 days to get me where I needed to be with a car I would be happy in. That was just all my phone communication! Then when I went into the dealership it was like hanging out with friends in my own home. They were straight to the point but so friendly and welcoming. Not in a fake salesman way either. This review is a ramble but Im just so in awe of them. BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Top notch service.

I had a fine experience with Stuart Infiniti purchasing a new Q60. First of all they made me a deal I couldnt refuse, then I dealt with a knowledgeable and sweet salesperson named Mengie. After all the papers were signed we took the car out to demonstrate all the safety features and I learned how to set up the audio system.Plus, I found the dealership pristine. Everything was clean and well cared for. Even the bathroom was beautiful.Finally they gave me a gift bag which was filled with cool stuff, filled my tank, and sent me on my way.

The sale of the Q60 a year ago was a great experience. No hassle and lots of cooperation. Love the car. Great performance. The first yearly (oil change, wheel rotation) service was not so satisfying. Had issues with the sensors and found damage on the front bumper. The service dept. did replace it after 7 weeks. I would buy again at this dealership. Although the service dept. made good on the bumper without hesitation, I am not sure I will return for maintenance.

I am thrilled to say I have had a great experience at this dealership! Jim, Luis, and Kevin in the service department were a pleasure to work with. They covered all the bases and made sure my vehicle was taken care of as if it were their own. They considered all my concerns and made sure the warranty covered everything. The clear coat was damaged on the front and they took care of it immediately. I really appreciated Jim’s courtesy in handling this issue. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing service for their vehicle. It is a huge relief knowing I found a great dealership to service my vehicle. Recently we bought a Toyota Tacoma at Infiniti Stuart and the whole buying experience was easy and stress less, Sarah Cable from sales and David the finance manager were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Weve had bad experiences with pushy and intimidating salesmen, but that wasnt the case at Infiniti. Recently, their customer service proved to be outstanding when we were having trouble getting Toyota and the warranty company to pay for a repair that was covered under the contract but was being dragged out due to lack of organization and professionalism which only ended in Toyota wanting us to pay for the repair out of pocket. Fortunately we contacted Sarah, whom, along with David took over the case and helped us by having the truck taken to another repair shop and properly inspected and repaired with us not having to pay out of pocket and putting an end to our difficult time. We will be forever grateful.

Everything went pretty well. They cleaned my vehicle up well after service. The only, less than satisfactory, experience I had was that they told me my vehicle would be ready at 2 and they called again when I was almost there. I told them I would be there in less than 2 minutes. When I got there, I couldnt find anyone and it took at least 15 minutes for someone to ask me if they could help. Other than that, everything went well. Thank you.

Terrible customer service and communication. We purchased a truck from this dealership and the process was a nightmare. They still haven’t made good on all their promises and after the initial contact they were nearly impossible to get in touch with. It took about a month for the truck to be fixed to the standards they promised and the salesman, Matt C, refused to take our calls. The new manager of the service department was helpful but only after NUMEROUS calls to the dealership. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this place. Terrible customer service.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS RIPOFF BUSINESS!!Purchased a used Infiniti q50 with less than 10k miles.The rear drivers side tire alert was showing low after around 10 days. I told my girlfriend maybe its due to the cold weather. Every 3-4 days after putting air in the tire it was showing low again.My girlfriend brought the car to Firestone to see if there was a leak. They informed us that there was a leak on the side of the tire that couldnt be patched and we will need a new tire. Stuart Infiniti informed us it wasnt covered and tried to sell my girlfriend a maintenance plan. Hmmmm... bought a car from them with only 9000 miles and they wouldnt cover it...SHOP FOR A USED CAR ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!

Everything I wanted in this vehicle he was able to deliver to me. There was minimal back and forth with his superiors to get the vehicle I wanted at the price I could agree on. Amazing experience when I bought my new car from here three years ago ☺️ Horrible experience when I bought my used car recently😩 Had to bring the car back twice within only having the car for four weeks for major issues, which I didn’t expect for a car with only 20,000 miles on it that I probably overpaid for. It’s a gamble either way, depending on what you get from there.

I was told that the car was diagnosed to have a leaking turbo coolant inlet gasket and that is why I lost coolant.When I picked up the vehicle I noticed I had a very small dent on my roof which they ended up repairing. Two days later my car is losing coolant once again I took the car back to the dealership to let them know about it. After my car being in there for three days they told me it was normal to have fluctuating coolant levels which a small fluctuation is normal, but for coolant to just vanish from my reservoir is not normal. Yet, they continue to say it is.To top it off my car developed a leak by my foot under neath the steering after the dent repair. I took the car back to address the leak and replace front bumper clips and three days later I get the car back stating all was fixed.The bumper still was sticking out, i went on a road trip and got caught in a rain storm and go figure my interior was getting soaked again! Car smelled musty and was humid. They never repaired my sunroof leak. In fact it’s worse because my carpet behind the drivers seat was drenched!In addition my car started to over heat again on the road trip! I ended up taking the car to another dealership and revealed to me that the mechanics at Infiniti of Stuart didn’t repair or replace anything in my car that 3-4 times I’ve taken my car to them.I highly recommend to NOT get your car serviced here. They are a fraud.

When I purchased the vehicle in Stuart infinity although it was a used vehicle I was told that I would have a VIP package which would include that if I were to drop off my car I will get a loaner. I brought in my vehicle for the butler service and when I took it home I realized there was a scratch on the hood I called service immediately and brought it in. I was told that their scratch man only comes in twice a week. Service said it should not take long. I asked about a loaner they said no. I was told it was going to take about an hour to get done, it took over two hours. I looked at what repair was done and the scratch was still visible. I spoke with service manager who by the way very unpleasant, terrible customer service. He said sorry nothing they can do. I am a very unsatisfied customer.

Kevin from the service department is wonderful. He goes over and beyond to make sure everything is correct and his customers are happy. Best customer service ever!! Highly recommended Kevin.

Service goes above and beyond to address any issues I had which were very few. The only problem we have is that they have elected to stop making our vehicle,the Q70. We now have to move on to another brand with the same amount of room.
