This is the first time we own an Audi, and it almost didnt happen. Audi Stuart was the third Audi dealership we worked with, and had decided that if it didnt work out with them we were going with a different brand. The team at Audi Stuart was phenomenal and made us huge believers in the Audi brand. They were patient and took the time to explain everything. The salesperson Victor was top notch, and we will definitely be reaching out to him when we are ready for our next car. He sat with me and explained all of the features and how to use them - no one has every done that before. Even the finance team was great (I know, not what you typically read in a review). They were honest and straight forward, no shadiness or games. Amazing experience.

I live about 35 minutes away from Audi Stuart and about 4 minutes away from a local Audi dealership. I have and will continue to choose Audi Stuart as they have been nothing less than exceptional. The customer service when I bring my car in for service is absolutely unmatched. Andrew Mechmet has been my Service Advisor and will continue to be throughout my ownership of my current car and future cars I purchase from the dealership. He always greets me and others with a smile, is a delight to work with, is always punctual with service appointments, and accommodating when I need a loaner while work is being performed on my car. This is my first Audi and it won’t be my last. I’ve become a loyal customer of Audi Stuart and will continue to give them my business as this dealership is unlike any I have ever dealt with!

The experience we had at Audi Stuart was great, Victor welcomed us to the showroom and was friendly and knowledgeable. We test drove the Q5 and was very impressed with the vehicle. Just left there today. No regard for a customers time! They had a used Camaro ZL1 on their lot that I was interested in. The price was fair and I called and I spoke with Debra I let her know I was interested in the vehicle and was going to be driving up from Palm Beach and it would take me 45min to get there. She said she would have the vehicle ready for me to take a look at. I drive up walk into the dealership and thought I was about to have the best experience ever. I was greeted by about 6 of their employees I let them know I was there to see Debra. She was busy with another customer but she had the carfax printed out on the vehicle for me to review. Luisa who was helping me was aces. She went to go bring up the vehicle for me to take a look at. While waiting the other salesman were all talking about how nice that car was, offered me something to drink really a class act. I asked Luisa what was needed for a test drive she just needed a copy of my drivers license. No problem I hand that off to her she comes back with a Joe who is another sales person. I figured since Debra was with another customer Joe would he accompanying me on the test drive and assisting with the sale. Joe comes out talks about the car as he came from a store that had Chevy’s and then tells me that I cannot test drive the vehicle due to the tries being worn. They said that it was not safe but the dealership has a set on order and it would not change the price. I agree the tires were worn and I understand customer safety is a priority. Had I been told this when I spoke with Debra that would have been fine I wouldn’t have driven 45 min upAnd 45 min back home to waste my time. What I thought was going to be a really professional experience was anything but!

Hi, I have purchased 10 vehicles this year and this is my 11 the Vehicle purchased this year and it was from Audi Stuart!!! I have to tell you that This purchase I made 5 days ago was FLAWLESS!!! I usually never buy and negotiate a deal over the phone but This Audi Purchase I did because Audi Stuart is 2 hours away from my Home. I called up and spoke to Debra and Kirk, Tim and just about 2 days we Agreed on a Purchase of My Audi! 2021 Audi Q5 Premium Plus 45 in Pearl White . Luisa the sales person was very professional and treated me very nicely and went over all the features in the Audi R8 I bought.On the other hand coming for a person who works for a dealership and has been in the car business for over 10 years the whole management staff is a joke. I had to call the bank and get my own approval since they did not take me seriously and after that the manager by the name of Wayne still decided to mark up the interest rate which the bank gave them mind you I was the one that got the approval from the bank and knew the rate I was given. His words were “if you don’t like it don’t buy the car” But since I drove three hours to the dealership I still bought the car and currently in the process to refinance the loan because of what they did. I would stay away from this place or come with your own financing they do not do good honest business.

Bought a 2021 Q7 in April, this was my 3rd purchase from this dealership! We had a hiccup but you know what they took care of me. Alex (Sales) and Andy (Service) they are both phenomenal reps that Audi Stuart has on the team. Alex worked with me in nailing down the price out the door over the phone in this pandemic. Andy has been my Service tech for several years now, Its just about providing a great experience, they go above and beyond. Bought a 2021 S5 Prestige Sportback a few weeks ago. This is my 3rd Audi purchase from this dealer and couldn’t be happier. Brian has been my go to salesman every time. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to find me the car I wanted with all the features, in the color I wanted. Made a deal without being pushy. Can’t say enough good things about him and the dealer. Even their service dept is phenomenal. Definitely recommend Brian and Audi Stuart.

Friendliness is always above par. However this review is for parts dept.. I spoke to a gentleman Monday morning in regards to a part. Tried reconnecting with him Tuesday morning with an email and I left a message. Tried again Thursday as well and no response back at all. I ended up ordering the part through an Audi dealership in Connecticut who was more than willing to help and return my call. Also received a 25% discount on the part which is well below market price. Audi parts list price is always highly above market value and depending on who you get at the counter, sometimes you get a discount and sometimes you do not. I now have a new dealership I will order parts from. As an owner of my past 3 cars being an Audi, and understanding you pay a premium for a part from a dealership.. for a DIY’er you can’t price everything out of the market and then not respond as well.

Awesome people! Even though I was purchasing an used vehicle they were very helpful upfront and throughout the whole experience. I had been searching for a specific car and came across one here at Audi Stuart. I was able to communicate through text and email during my work hours to speed along the process and then drove two and half hours down to purchase the car. Once there, everyone was super nice and made us feel at home. The process was quick due to the open communication prior to the visit, but never felt rushed or bothered as buying a used vehicle. If I was in the market for new Audi, then Audi Stuart would be my first call.

Anytime I take my car in to get serviced.. Andrew Mechmet goes above and beyond. Recently, I had a power steering issue where audi had to keep my car for almost a week. Once he knew the time frame, he traded in my enterprise rental car (so i wouldnt be shelling out $$ everyday) for a brand new audi a4 loaner, at no cost to me. My wait time is never over 5 minutes & im always treated with such respect. Car is now driving like new ! Audi Stuart is amazing but Andrew is the best !

I was happy with my purchase a 2016 Audi Q3 however before I ventured up to see the car and eventually purchase it I inquired if there were two fobs for the vehicle in question as it turns out at the end of the negotiation I was presented with only one needed to say I was very disappointed. I did receive another fob but it was not programmed and of course it cost another $200 to have it programmed and the dealership did not offer it which was once again very disappointing.

Andy did great with our service call on Thursday, April 29 . We continue to be totally satisfied with our 2019 Q7 and the service we have received since our purchase.

Not really sure what we wanted and if we even wanted an Audi. We were only “looking” without intention to buy until after the new year. He showed us A3 in the showroom and we fell in love with it! After negotiations with him, the deal we got we felt was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and answered our questions. We walked out the door with a brand new 2020 Audi A3 which we are in love with! Will not purchase nor recommend this dealership, if youre planing to purchase an Audi, take your business elsewhere. The salesman Birney made a promise at the beginning of the sale but never delivery at the end of the transaction. Poor communication and unprofessional work ethic from the dealerships finance department, inefficient purchase process took way longer than it should, the dealership received full payment in cashiers check by mail but didnt confirm until almost a week later. No after-sale follow up, received car with only half tank of gas, multiple small dirty marks all over the interior, unknown stains on sun visor, car looked like it was not professionally detailed as it should upon delivery.

Just had major work done on my Audi S8 engine and wheels at Audi Stuart. Mike at the service counter is knowledgable and a true professional, and the repairs were done with utmost care to protect the cars interior, and returned on time as promised. Could not be happier with the overall experience.

Concern was, however; no one in the service department was Wearing a mask nor were the people taking my car for service or returning it. I payed extra to have the ozone cleaning so not sure what the point was since no one was wearing a mask. I am an over 70 customer so customer service people not wearing a mask seams irresponsible and not within Florida guidelines for the phase we are in for theCivid19 virus.

Sleezy used car tactics at luxury car dealership, they will tell you your trade is worth 2k less then the original quote unless you get new tires for it, spend hundreds to get new tires and then return and leave a 2k deposit, tell them you only want to use a specific bank for the loan... ignore that run your credit at 2 other banks and say the one you want to use is closed go home and wait for a response the next day only to hear they sold it after closing...

I decided buy my wife a used Audi A6 from the dealer. The used car manager was awesome to deal with.. After driving the car I noticed a slight issue, so I contacted Michael the service manager, he completely went out of his way to take care me: got back with me immediately to take care of the minor hiccup. The guy was a pleasure to deal with I do live in Delray Beach and I have to drive 1-hour to go to the dealer.. I have other dealers that are closer to me but their service was so great and Michael treating me so well, it was worth the drive. Im coming back there for any other service needs.. thank you guys!!

After going to several other dealerships and speaking with several other salesmen then visiting the Audi Stuart dealership was a far better experience. I knew the car I wanted and was able to finalize the purchase within a couple of hours and drive home with my new car. The salesman was probably the best Ive ever done business with in all the years Ive bought cars. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Asked for some information on a vehicle they had listed on Autotrader. Explained I would be flying into the dealership to take delivery and wanted more information as I lived 1k miles away. They replayed with an attempt to value my trade and set up a test drive. (Did they even read my email). After several more emails from them about my trade I responded and reiterated my intents. They told me the I wouldn’t find a better deal and to essentially shut up and buy it. I sent them several link to vehicles which were better deals and asked them to just simply share the information I had asked for. They replayed with a snarky email about the vehicles I had sent and were very rude. Sadly I was very interested in the vehicle but will not be buying it from this dealership. They need to learn basic customer service and how to speak to people. Go somewhere that’s cares about your experience.

After spending a harrowing 5 days looking for a quality used car for our daughter’s upcoming 16th birthday, I had all but given up hope that I could get the car I wanted for her at a good price and without having to deal with an unscrupulous dealership trying yet another bait and switch with me. This morning while beginning my 6th consecutive day of online research, I stumbled upon a beautiful 2016 red Audi A3 Premium Plus with low mileage and a clean CARFAX at Stuart Audi. I reached out to them without much hope and almost immediately heard back from Shellie Kull. I was very honest with her up front and asked that she not waste my time (as I also didn’t want to waste hers). I told her what I was willing to pay, and that I would be driving from over an hour and half away and didn’t want to come there for nothing. She was able to make assurances to me very quickly after checking with her manager, and she was very professional and honest. I headed to Stuart the same afternoon with my husband with the hope of making a deal. Once we arrived, we were met by Audi Brand Specialist Birney Boehland. The car we were coming to see was parked right out front as promised, shiny and clean. Birney was waiting for us and immediately took us for a test drive, where we were both able to try out the vehicle. He was super friendly, engaging, and professional. Once we arrived back at the dealership to talk numbers, it wasn’t even necessary. Just as Shellie had assured me via phone earlier in the day, the price on the preliminary paperwork was EXACTLY as we discussed with NO hidden costs. Birney quickly began the sales transaction, and again remained friendly, helpful, and patient throughout. Once he was done with his part, we moved onto financing and met with Finance Director Steve Eisenberg. Again, Steve was kind, informative, and HONEST. He went through everything step by step with us, making recommendations for add-ons that he believed would be worth it, while speaking truthfully about other items that he didn’t think would be necessary and/or things we could purchase down the road if we felt we needed them. The entire process from start to finish and finally driving home with the perfect car for our daughter was well under 3 hours. The dealership itself was beautiful, serene, and unhurried. I truly dislike the entire car buying experience, but Stuart Audi changed my mind today. I will surely consider this dealership and a beautiful Audi for any future car purchases. My visit to Audi this week was excellent. My car problems were solved efficiently and quickly. I called and when I arrived at the dealership, they were expecting me and had a loaner car ready. My rep Wyatt called me to keep me updated. The next morning my car was ready for me and was shining clean. The service at the dealership is what keeps me driving as Audi and going to Audi Stuart.

My experiences are always great here. One issue which Im very concerned with is that you charged me a 2% service fee for using my credit card? This will be a big problem for me and your dealership if this continues.

We even went to other dealerships just to test driving and made it know up front as we wanted to try a few other brands. They wanted to push us into the office to make a deal not listening to what our main reason being there. I felt pressured because I know they needed to make a sale. However, to me this is like a second big purchase and I didn’t want to be rushed. After having my Audi there seems to be no other quality ride that I prefer. So back to Audi we went. This being my second purchase through Audi of Stewart and same salesman, James. James took the time to hear what we wanted and met our needs. They are top notch. From salesman, manger, and finance person. Treated us like part of the Audi family. I highly recommend them and ask for James he’ll listen to your needs and find you what you’re looking for.
