Theresa was amazing! Great service. VERY personable. She has great taste. No big issues with the installation of window treatments or drapes. She is also cost conscious - which I appreciated. Why buy custom, when you can find something similar at Joann Fabrics! Would use again. Highly recommend!!

Southern Blinds installed blinds in my newly built home 2years ago. My husband and I met with one of the owners and we were very confident that this company would do a great job. Unfortunately, we were WRONG!! The installer was very good and professional. After he installed the blinds he realized that the valances that attach to the blinds was missing. It took the company almost 2 weeks to send him back out to install them. Never once did the owner do a follow up call after she received my money (which was paid in full before the install)I entrusted this company to do 15 windows downstairs, which cost over $1800. I’m glad that I followed my intuition and not allow this company to do 13 of my upstairs windows, which I hired a well-known company to install which was HALF the price!! AND that same company had to come and RE-INSTALL the mess that Southern Blinds did.Very poor job! I was so disappointed I informed the builder to discontinue giving out her information.

I recently had my home measured for blinds and shades. The installation was completed about a week ago. Im very happy with the results. Everything was installed perfectly and I could not be happier with Leah and the installer, steve. Friendly, professional and everything was completed on time. Thank You!

I had the worst experience, I ordered verticals in Late October of 2018, I was leaving to go up north for the holidays in November on the 19th. The order came in the day before I was leaving so I made an appointment for January 4 2019. They called that am that the installer had another appointment that morning, could he come between 12 and 2 p.m. and I waited then called the office they said he couldn’t find the verticals so he never came or called to let me know . Made another appointment to Install the verticals they were too short, they don’t match the measurements on the invoice, they had to reorder. Made another appointment when They came in he puts them up, there two long, he cuts them and riun’s the verticals . Now they have to reorder them again, Finally there put up, the next day the anchor is coming out the wall,call again he makes more holes in my wall. Do you think they would call me to see if everything was alright and to apologize for all my trouble, I would never recommend them .Maria McGregorStuart, Florida
