My experience with Cabinets 2 Go has been a nightmare. I purchased my cabinets at the Stuart location, which I admit was a pleasant “shopping experience.” However, the functionality of the selection made was not explained by the designer therefore the cabinets are not as adequate as they should be. The worst part is that not everything was received and other parts were damaged. It’s been well over a month and I have yet to receive the items. They are on back order and no one seems to know when they will be available. The store does not assist with items that were received damaged. They refer you to the 800 number. I have called on numerous occasions and the response is, “We apologize and we will email you as soon as the shipment arrives,” but they don’t know when. There is no follow up by the store, or the Customer Service Center (800 number). I am the one who keeps calling with no success. In the interim, I am having to pay for the installer to come back. Not to mention the inconvenience of it all! Unfortunately, I don’t recommend Cabinets to Go at all.

I love the kitchen remodel I purchased from Cabinets to Go. The cabinets are well made and the extra features I purchased are worth every penny. I was able to get my cabinets, quartz countertop and flooring all in one location which made the remodel very easy. The cabinets were assembled and installed by Floridian Kitchens and the did a superb job. I highly recommend this store.

What a great experience, good product at a reasonable price! My designer was Robert Parr, excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. My installer was Robert Davis, a true professional that you can trust! This was a great experience and savings made it perfect. Advice, dont go into the showroom at 12:pm on a Saturday. I was there early but this process takes time to design and many came in behind me were disappointed they had to wait.

Outstanding customer service even work after hours to make sure we got what we wanted. The cabinets are phenomenal we are enjoying them. Super affordable price for nice and beautiful quality Cabinets! Highly recommended! Also when something was damaged or was not working right, they replaced it or upgraded it right a way with no additional cost!👍🏼👍🏼

Very informative meeting

First day we came in here, we dealt with Allen. We had a few things to finish, so we came back the next day and we asked for him. The guy said he was here, but apparently Allen didnt want to deal with us. He said for the other guy to take care of us because he (Allen) is the manager and herds all the kiddies around here. We we flabbergasted. What time of sales person just pushes their commissioned sales off to someone else?! We were not good enough for him to help us? There was no one on the store, it was beyond ridiculous that he refused to continue to work on our kitchen design.The way he talk, Im surprised the employee didnt just walk out. I wouldve if my manager talked to me like that. The only reason we stayed - since we werent good enough to be taken care of by the manager - was bc of the good prices and they guy who was forced to take care of us was nice too

While we have not yet installed our new cabinets, I thought Id offer an early report card on the experience. First, we were not aware the cabinets would come unassembled. So strike one. Next, the directions that come with the cabinets are among the worst Ive ever used. Watch the video on YouTube instead. It makes the process much easier! The cabinets themselves seem ok. Maybe along the lines of Ikea. The people at the store are nice, but could be better at explaining the details. ill update more once we begin the installation process.
